Just was notified Adobe was compromised and my email and password was taken is this old or something new. It's new to me

I recently purchased the premium subscription however it still shows me as a free user and the page stating "Feature Activation" never goes anywhere.

How do I change my email address of record? It has mine as my old work one but it's an individually held account using my personal payment info. 

Why would Adobe want access to my contacts list on my phone for Adobe Acrobat reader?I can see no valid reason why I should give you access to them, or for that matter, why you would all for that.

Hola, me comunico con ustedes por el motivo de que esta aplicación la uso hace varios días y nunca tuve problemas pero ahora no se que le pasa a la aplicación. Cuando quiero hacer un pdf me dice que me tengo que inscribir y ya estoy inscripto, también cuando pongo nuevamente suscribirme me pone que ya lo estoy. necesito que me lo resuelvan urgente.

I have saved a number of edited pdfs on my iPad. However I am not able to save any further. I even updated the app yet it keeps on crashing. Please help me.

I saw liquid mode available on my Pocophone F1 but not on my Galaxy A51. I wish to have it on my A51 as liquid mode sometimes makes the viewing experience much better. The "liquid mode" button doesn't even exist on the menu of my Galaxy A51.

Why wont a hyperlink open in pdf on iphone

Hello, On my iPad I'm able to save a document however I receive an error that states "Your document cannot be opened. May be corrupted". I have tried this with multiple documents. Also I'm unable to edit or save as PDF. Are you able to help?

Hello.I need my clients to be able to fill and comment on a restricted document on mobile devices. When they open it in the acrobat app, it says it is a policy-protected PDF which is not supported by the Fill and Sign tool, even though I can fill and sign just fine on my desktop.

Every PDF i move to acrobat will not allow me to fill or modify in any way. The fils are sent through school and are designed for this purpose. Very frustrating! Please help.

I’ve used the Adobe Reader on my iPad for a year or so, and I have never had any trouble losing comments.  In the last week I’ve added comments to files and lost them after closing the file.  I’ve attempted to save it to the document cloud, but nothing works.  I updated to the most recent version this morning (20.01.00), but that does not help. I can open files that I modified a few months ago, and those comments are still present.  It only seems to affect files with recent comments.

New user... How do you " save as " on a mobile device. On a PC I use file, save as. On tablet/note 8 there is no save as tab, I have a fillable form that I would like to use but keep changing the file name per form, ie Master Form, save as Inspection 1, then back to Master form complete inspection, save as Inspection 2 and so on. I can't figure out as top left button just gives drop down of file name (not changeable even with hold down feature) , my docs, comment,create pdf,export pdf,organize,fill and sign,scan.

I got an email from the Nc zoo for my ticket confirmation but it's telling me I need to download them off of the adobe app and I'm not sure how I'm getting very frustrated 

Hello! So I've secured a few documents with passwords and I made sure to uncheck the 'Require a password to open the document' in the security settings. They all open fine with Adobe Reader on desktop, but they do not open saying it is 'restricted' when I try to open them both on my mobile or my iPad. Is there anything I'm missing here?

Question,Does deleting the adobe reader app in iOS (either purposely or accidentally) also remove any pdfs you may have downloaded to an iPad's Files app? If so, is there a way to prevent that from happening?I ask because it appears that a user had her PDFs deleted when a change was made in our MDM that caused Adobe Reader to be uninstalled and then reinstalled.

Why can't I cancel this subscription. It is hard to even get a response from one of thes bitts manning the emails activity here. I have been trying to cancel a subscription for 5 days because it does not work on my phone and there is no way to cancel. What is happening here . This is a scam and they are.just ripping me off and maybe others too 

Hello, everyone. I was wondering if there was a way to make Adobe reader view files from one specific folder only. I have like hundreds of pdfs on my mobile device which I technically never open but still don't want to delete. I have moved alltall important pdfs into one folder, but Adobe scans my entire phone and shows all the files which, to me, seems like a clutter. Is there any way to select which directory Adobe can scan for files?  Thanks in advance. 

I have been struggling with this for a while now, I have share a flatted copy enabled in my preferences but when ever I try email a pdf it attaches the original version that is not flattened. I'm doing this on my iPad.  the solution is to open it up on my desktop and save it as a flattened copy or if I'm out on site, I have to import it into another app and then save it as a flattened copy. Both not ideal. 

Please return my purchase!!! It's not usefull for me!! It's loading forever!! I need my money back!
