What am I being charged for, my credit card has a recurring monthly charge of $15.96 from ADOBE ACROPRO SUB 408-536-6000 CA, my subscription ended July 20, 2020

Olá comunidade, espero que vocês estejam bem...Preciso de ajuda para entender o motivo de muitos arquivos PDF não entrarem na lista de arquivos recentes mesmo após eu ter acabado de abrir e fechar tal aquivo. Na lista de arquivos recentes do adobe mobile não carrega todos os pdf que visualizei, alguém sabe me explicar o que fazer? Pois, com esse erro eu sempre preciso ir até o arquivo no sistema android e reabrir o arquivo novamente para acessa-lo. Esse problema ocorre há anos, durante esse período eu pensava que era um erro do Adobe, contudo isso não faz mais sentido. Vocês já passaram por isso? Utilizo arquivos PDF todos os dias, esse problema me faz perder tempo e disposição. 

Can Adobe dc be downloaded on my mobile device (android) or my ipad?What other ways can one access reading a pdf that requires Adobe dc?  

I have a file saved in adobe document cloud but from last month i was unable to open it whenever i click on the pdf file to download or open it says the document cannot be opened because it is corrupted or damaged.I am using vivo 1714 android version 7.0 Mobile Phone Please help its an important pdf file. 

I want to cancel my one week free trial. And I have tried to cancel it upon Adobe's guide, but I failed.  I entered subscribe management , but I can't find find the App for cancel.Final date of free trial is 12 Aug,Your guide will be highly appreciated.

Used this adobe scan app to scan a copy of a lease agreement since I wasn't given a physical copy. Now days later that I need to send a copy of this lease to a lawyer I cant find it anywhere on my phone or in app please how come its vanished 

Does the iPhone Acrobat Reader app work with Apple Pencil?  Would I get better results with the Pencil than any other stylus?  I previously read that the Pencil was compatible only with an iPad--not an iPhone.  I would also want palm rejection. Thank you.

Hello. I cannot cancel subscription to Acrobat Premium. I followed the instruction given by Adobe support consultant. But I cannot see cancelling button.  They sent me this instruction:     Open Adobe Acrobat app·         Click on “Settings” (human like icon on the top right of Home page)·         Tap “Subscriptions” and then Tap “Manage Subscriptions”.·         You are now in Play Store. Choose the item that you want to cancel and then tap “Cancel Subscription”. I followed the instruction, but tapping the button "manage subscriptions" I could not find "cancel subscription" button. (It shows me only "start" button. Help me please.

I use Adobe acrobat reader mobile for ios and have pdf’s of books on it that are stored locally on my iPad. Usually I open a pdf and my comments/annotations are there but instead when I clicked on the app it was stuck on the first screen with Adobe acrobat so I closed it and reopened it. I was asked to sign in again but I didn’t as I know my files are located on the ipad. I found out that I cant see any of the comments that I made on any of the pdf’s so I logged in to my adobe account again but that didn’t help either. Now I am stuck because I dont know what happened to the app and even if it crashed or lagged why would all my annotations go away.

I purchased Adobe Acrobat Premuim for $9.99 as monthly subscription . I was billed from iTunes. I cannot get passed "purchase complete. Waiting for feature activation."

I created a Pdf form file using acrobat reader and encrypt it with a password, I can fill and sign from my computer but I can't fill it from the Tablets and the phones, It says "This is a policy-protected PDF, wich is not supported by the Fill & Sign tool".When I encrypted it I allowed the fill and sign option.Thank you. 

Hi! How do I encrypt a pdf on here from my iPhone 11?

I edited some pdf files in Adobe DC Pro creating links to a web page in a document.The links takes one to my google drive which is shared with a limited group. The files in the google drive are mp4a.If I try to open those files directly, my phone says they are unusual and asks for a program. They open.When I try to open them via the hotlink I place in the pdf file, it asks me which google account I want to use. I select the one that has access, but get stuck in an endless wait. How can I fix this?

Ever since the new update (when the app changed its logo), the app is simply unable to detect the files stored locally unless I manually open them from my file explorer. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it didn't work. What broke and how can I remedy this?

Just wondering, just clicked to subscribe. It took the $$ out of my account, then I realized it was wrong thing I subscribed to so I canceled within minutes, will I get refunded? And if so how long does it take? Tia
