Acrobat Reader Mobile

ADOBE PRO 9.99 A MONTH and it wont let me edit a pdf. It alerts me subcribe to edit documents, but correctly states i am already a subscriber but i can't edit. It is a loop!!

Hey Friends, I appreciate help on this. I'm just trying to find out if I have more licenses available with my account? What to do? Stay safe all!! 

I can't print pdf from iPhone 

I have the acrobat on desk top and am able to print shipping labels by doing the 2x2 thing on the print page.. long story short: computer being repaired.. is there a way I can save things to acrobat on iphone and print the labels? I subscribed to the $9.99 a month and it's the only feature I want (!) and can't find.  Please help. FYI; I know how to import the files to to the acrobat reader - heck it's won't even let me print anything from the app on IOS at all.  

The Clear Form buttons works perfectly on the computer, however does not work when using the iPad (via Adobe Reader App). I've tried both 'mouse up' and 'mouse down' options, and re-creating the button a few times, but same problem. Even with all the fields selected (for deletion), nothing is prompted on the iPad. Any suggestions?Thanks!

I am currently using acrobat on my mac desktop with all of the features unlocked, due to my subscription. I got a new iPad and downloaded the mobile version and it won't unlock all of the features. I use the same account and even try clicking restoring purchases, but it doesn't work. The desktop version even says "your subscription unlocks all mobile functionality. Open or download the acrobat reader app, then sign in to use all tools." Any help or advice would be much appreciated.

I hav just bought a premium version of Adobe Acrobat for my iPhone 11. One of the primary reasons for upgrading is to to be able to combine .pdf documents. I have had success with  simple combining of two documents but have not been able to have any success with more than two docs. I now have docs 'converting in progress' going on for two days and cannot delete. So I now have two problems. I am a very disappointed having just paid for Adobe. Does anyone have any tips? The problem is mirrored on my other device -iPad Pro.

I subscribed for the adobe premium and the 10.99 was taken from my account last week. My account doesn't say I have premium though and I cannot covert to pdf or do anything that I should be able to do

I have a premium subscription and have some tax documents that need to be changed in pdf.  I am doing this on the mobile app,  I have also tried online by signing in.  I am unable to change numbers or edit the text.  The only thing it sometimes gives me is a text box and a highlight or strike through option.  I need to be able to remove text on the document and insert new text.  There is no such option on my end.  Can someone please help,  I've been at this for about 10 hrs total and paid for the premium subscription just to edit one document.

Despite I installed all the Thai fonts on Ipad, and the fonts showed on Acrobat, what I typed in Thai didn't come out as it should be. The font's actual appearance didn't show, and the vowels came up incorrectly, forms of errors as you can see despite you knowing the language, as this photo attachedPlease help me solve the problem. The e forms which are used to submit various returns with the statutory authorities like Ministr of Corporate affairs, cannot be opened using adobe software in mobile and iPad. Can you provide a solution to this ?

I canceled a subscription before my 7 days were up on the free trial but for some reason I've been charged twice for a subscription I don't have. Why am I being charged when I have no subscriptions? 

Hi I have been using this app for many years and has worked great until the latest update that happened 3 or 4 months ago since then some of my customers that I send my invoice and contracts to are unable to print them and now one customer said they couldn't even download it and there was a warning of a virus

I bought my official transcripts from my college, they told me I had to view it on pdf, but my transcripts aren't popping up in my email or the pdf .. what do I do?

I have an Adobe account that allows me to edit PDF documents.  I have only used it at work on my PC.  I am trying to work from home and downloaded Adobe Reader Touch to my laptop.  There is no place to sign in to my account.  I hope someone can help be get connected to my Adobe account.  I am running Windows 10 Home on my laptop.  THANKS!

I am a knowledgeable user. I am trying to set Adobe Reader as the default pdf reader. All defaults have been cleared and I am presented with a list of apps and the "just once or always" options . I select Adobe and tap always. I get this presentation whenever I attempt to open a pdf file. BUT if I choose any other app and tap always, that app is set to the default. The only one that won't work is Adobe  

Our institution, which is based in the UK, has recently moved to using federated accounts for Adobe licenced products. Since then we have been working with our userbase ensuring that those that should have access to Acrobat have their IDs setup correctly and can access the software. However, those that are trying to install Acrobat on their iPads are getting an "Access Denied" message when they sign into the Creative Cloud app. We have checked their credentials on the portal and they can use the software on a desktop so we are unable to explain why it won't allow them access on an IOS device.Can you help please. Got an adobe subscription to try & create a pdf. Program refused to work. I forgot to cancel the subscription & was charged $10. I want a refund & I don't know how to get it. I can easily dispute the charge with my bank, but I'd just rather have my refund. 

Dear Adobe Mobile Support,I have a question about Adobe Reader for iPAD. When I use share option to publish some PDF document 2 popups are displayed to the user to choose the external application. Unfortunately popups do not disappear after the PDF has been published effectively. As the result if I copy PDF from browser to Adobe - the unclosed popups make it impossible - need to be closed manually prior to any import into Adobe. Is there some setting to force Adobe Reader to close popup after the document has been shared successfully?Thank you for any advice.Jacek Kłobut

I have Adobe Reader, with Adobe PRO subscription logged in on an iPad Pro with Apple Pencil.  I have a multiple page PDF document opened and want to highlight text on the first page, but the highlighted areas located on page 1 transfer to every page in the PDF, creating yellow rectangles, not associated with any text. How do I stop this from happening? I would like to highlight only the important information on each page independently.  Thanks,  Dominika 

I have made an form in Adobe Acrobat DC to fill out on ipad with signature fields. The editable fields are blank when I put it in OneDrive. When opened in Onedrive on iPad and some fields are filled and the form is signed, the following happens:1. All editable fields turns gray and stays gray when printed. 2. The signature field also turn gray and stays on top of the signature made on the iPad.  Is there any possible way to avoid this?  Due to company restrictions we are not allowed to install the Acrobat app on the iPad.  Best regardsMorten Veum Apelthun
