Acrobat Reader Mobile

I had all of my notes saved for a couple months in my document cloud, one day I go to my notes and it says that none of them are saved. Now when I open the same notes that have been opened on my iPad, half of my notes are missing. The first couple pages have notes on them and then it goes blank. Is there anyway to restore my notes? 

I am still subscribed but everytime I log in under the Apple ID or the other account I have. It Shows free user  but on my subscription, Adobe is still active 

Hi there.I have the free version of Acrobat on my iPad Pro and I have recently lost all PDF's that were saved apart from two that were recovered at an earlier date. I have not updated the app or uninstalled it, they just seem to have disappeared. I can't seem to get anything from iCloud so I am now worried I have lost everything. Any help would be much appreciated! Thank you

pdf files open very slowly and after a certain page, the pages are blank

On PC there is a setting for this but I cannot seems to find it on my iPad. I am reading documents from document cloud that sync between my PC and iPad

Hi there, new here. I have a question, can you add or sync all the pdf library in your iPhone Acrobat app to a cloud storage account like Dropbox, Google Drive or iCloud Drive? I'd like to copy all my iphone files to my Mac for backup, wirelessly if possible.thanks

Is it possible to get Acrobat Reader to recognize and convert to PDF a dat file?

For some reason I got signed out of the document cloud. I signed back in but decided to change my access via my Apple iCloud account. When I got to the cloud storage it shows NO FILES. I know they are they because I signed on via my desktop and my Adobe account and passowrd and the files are there! So, I want to try this. Change my document cloud signon from my Apple iCloud parameters to my regular Adobe Document Cloud parameters. The iPad app doesn't seem to allow it.-Mark

I use an iPhone XR. My phone is always up to date.A few weeks ago the Acrobat Reader app stopped allowing me to connect to the Document Cloud. I signed out of the app and attempted to sign back in but the login screen would not open. It just sat at a spinning "processing cursor". I deleted the app from my phone and resintalled it and the same thing occured. As it is I am no longer able to access my files on the go.

We develop output with URL links in PDF's that work great (as advertised) on desktops, but don't work on mobile (ios & android) devices. Please Adobe - this needs to get resolved or explained (and I have asked, but it drifts into the depths of ambivalence).  Help - I have users that are not happy right now.

Our iPhones are inTune managed and Cloud Apps are protected by MAM Application Protection Policy. Adobe Acrobat iOS is also managed by that policy. The policy allow only to share files between managed Apps like Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, etc. The Acrobat App is registered in inTune by enabeling it on "Pre-Settings". The Policy itself works like expected. Did already doublechecked with .xlsx .docx. When i disable the policy .pdfs could opened again without problems. When i open a .PDF from one of the managed apps e.g Teams, i get error messages within Acrobat. I open a .PDF --> Import to Acrobat --> Error. Error Messages:1. The document cannot be opened because it is damaged2. The file could not be opened because it is not in the correct format 

The feature to insert my signature disappeared from my app and I need to sign a PDF sent to me. Any ideas?

When the PDF is opened in IE 11, we see the signature box but we cannot sign in it using the Topaz signature pad.However when we open the PDF in Adode Acrobat Reader DC, we are able to sign in thee signature box using the Topaz Signature pad.We need a solution where in one can sign a PDF opened in IE 11 using Topaz Signatutr Pad.

Hi all... Just bought an 8" Samsung Galaxy Tab A for inexpensive -- it won't kill me if lost oir stolen -- and easy travel travel transport. Unlike on our full-size iPads, the Acrobat app does not seem to display a tree of folders. It only displays all the files, merely sorted by folder. This, of course, is problematic when I have over a hundred files on the device. Organizing them in nested folders doesn't help much, if they don't display with folder levels. Am I doing something wrong -- is there a setting I can change -- or is this a feature that needs to be improved? Thanks in advance.Steve Sander

Dear mr/mrsPlease give me some advise about this situationI want to use some pdf on document cloud , but when I run the adobe acrobat on my samsung tablet I get this message:“No enough available memory .cannot download the file.”But when I check my setting storage and memory I gave 7.4 gb in my storage free and 1.5 gb in my memory free.Please give me some advise how can I manage it because I need to use document cloud.ThanksBest RegardsMahsa   [Title renamed by the moderator]

Can we have (a) the option to have bookmarks down the left hand side of the page - As in Acrobat Pro DC(b) the option to add/edit bookmarks The App feels so lacking in features compared to say PDFexpert

This problem just began in the last month but worked fine for 3 yrs. Files opened in pdf and edited will give an error that they cannot be saved in Dropbox. Will update to adobe cloud without error. Would appreciate any input with this.
