Acrobat Reader Mobile

Updated to the latest IOS 13.1.3 version on my IPad Pro , Now I'm unable to airdrop and open pdf files , in my mail apps it doesn't show my adobe as an opening app for viewing anymore. I have logged in and out. Restarted and deleted the app and logged back in with no luck. Any assistance or ideas would be greatly appreaceted.  

I have the Adobe Acrobat Pro IOS mobile app. Since the new update, I can not find the features to organize pages and fill/sign documents. Is anyone else having this issue or am I just not seeing how to do this with the new update. Please help 🙂

Acrobat reader for PDF (Version 19.10.01) iPad app freezes using fill and sign. Doesn’t return to last completed task after recovery. Completely useless.

I want to edit, create forms, and add buttons to PDFs from my iphone. What do I need to do this?

A random folder called “My Song.Band” is showing up in my home screen on the iOS app for adobe reader and it will not let me delete it. I didn’t create the folder, there’s nothing in it, but I also can’t delete it which is very annoying when trying to organize my documents. How can I get rid of this folder?

My daily reports are stored in Dropbox as single PDF-files. I need a way to flip back and forth between the files in order to read them without having to close the first and select and open the next manually. It would be like all the files was one single pdf. Need this for use on iPad.Can anyone please help me?

Using new ipad 7th gen with Reader v19.10.01 I've made numerous edits using highlighter, lines and textboxes, clicked done, exited program and next time I open file from my ipad all my work is missing! 

Hi there at Adobe – The Adobe Acrobat Reader on my Android mobile phone (Sony Xperia XZ) has not been able to update itself (through the Google Play Store).Have you any suggestions?I'm thinking that Google is wanting people to only use its apps – but I'm hoping to continue to use Acrobat Reader by Adobe.However, as my Samsung tablet is not registering such an issue -- is this just a Sony issue, and not an Adobe issue?Thanks... Regarding "Dark mode", it would be so great if: 1) There were more dark shade themes, as it's available for desktop version (Charcoal, gray etc. options and/or customizable colors for background and foreground.  It would give a very convenient, as well as professional look, like all other current Adobe products. 2) At least, there were an option avalability for what to do when in dark mode; Since In the dark mode, everything turns dull,  including pictures.

I use to be able to open pdf files from my Yahoo email but after I'd say the second to last update, I cannot open them anymore. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Adobe but it did not work. I use the original Google Pixel.

After I updated ios app I have scrolling problems. First of all scrolling is very slow. Secondly, while I read in landscape mode scrolling freezes suddenly and I can not scroll. Bu after I change orientation to portrait and then again landscape scrolling turns to normal.

on iOS version of Acrobat Pro DC, why aren't bookmarks available when in the review mode of a shared pdf?

I would like to use my Acrobat DC on a tablet such as a Samsung Galaxy. Does the Android OS give me the capability to use Acrobat DC to the fullest extent (especially marking up, enlarging PDFs and emailing said changes)? App canot open password protedted pdf ,l know the password but app not opening the pdf

Hello. I am useing android tablet and your mobile app - acrobat reader. I created a form and sent it to my device. The idea is my patient to fill the form and to print it right away. But when i fill the fields with text and mark the boxes and print it its blank with no text in the fields. I red for similar problems from a PC and they fix it - print like e photo. but on android app there is no such option. Can you help me fix the problem. I want to give the tablet to my patients, they fill the form and  than to print it with the filled fields.Thank you and sorry if this topic is not for this section.Best regards 

the above message is what is shown whenever i attempt to view documents that are meant to be printed from a secure connection. i am unable to download the document 1st. only the print document option is available. any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi there,I have Acrobat Reader on my mobile and an enterprise OneDrive account. I cannot connect Acrobat to OneDrive as seamlessly as I can connect Acrobat to Dropbox. OneDrive does not appear under "locations" and I cannot add it there. I can "Add Dropbox account" but I do not see any equivalent for OneDrive. I can navigate to my OneDrive files from Acrobat ("Browse"), and open a PDF but it won't sync. Please help as this functionality is indispensable in my line of business. Thanks!

On android LG 7thinq.   App won't open up.did a restart and still doesn't open.

This is happening to me when I download PDFs fom my Gmail app to any android device. I've tried it in different ones just to check it wasn't a specific phone problem and I realised it's not.The only documents I download from Gmail that have either QR or barCodes ara always Tickets, concert tickets, theater tickets and whatever tickets I download I always have this issue. I've been having this problem for more than a year and by doing a little bit of research I've noticed that noty many people suffer from this.It is very annoying to reach the 1st place in theater line, open your tickets PDF and make other people wait just because PDF app can't show Codes as it should.I'm attaching 2 screenshots of how it looks in the mail app and the afterwards mess in the PDF app:I'll be so thankful if you could solve this.Thankyou

I'm creating an interactive PDF and have added videos (as .mp4s) - I have also set up buttons that allow the video to be played and paused. They are all set up correctly and are working when I export the PDF and use it on my Mac computer in Acrobat Pro. However, I've airdropped the PDF across to my iPad and opened it in the Acrobat Reader DC app, and the videos are not working.Does anyone why this is happening and how I fix this/make them work?

I need to send a PDF link to be oppened in ios mobile devices and the user devices be forced to open the file in Acrobat. Is there a way to do this? It is needed because I am using an encrypted tool that only works on mobile acrobat.

I am using Acrobat Reader on a tablet to access a field report. All the markup tools in the "Fill & Sign" option are there when I have an internet connection. When I go offline in the field, I only get the signature and initial option. I don't have the tools with the check, dot, X, etc... Is this a setting somewhere or by design to irritate people that haven't paid? I know they don't support it and nobody is trained on Reader for some reason. Hi, When I open a PDF on my Android (Samsung Galaxy S7) phone using the Adobe Reader app I am shown a red rectangle instead of the barcode. This is extremely embarassing when you are in line of people and there is an expectation you can present the barcode to be scanned. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks
