Acrobat Reader Mobile

Hello.  I have not been able to use highlight feature at all using the iPad Acrobat Reader at all for some time.  It's irritating me a lot. I pay for a DC subscription and you'd think the applications would work correctly.  I tap the pencil Botton, I tap comment, I tap highlighter, and it does nothing when I use my pencil or my finger except magnify the letter on the pdf.  What gives, experts of all things adobe?????????

I have done this for years and after my recent adobe acrobat app update, the icon does not show up when I want to move the pdf from mail to adobe on my ipad. Does anyone know what to do?

HII am using the "combine files" feature to put multiple documents into one document. The combined document is then sent to members by using the "copy link" feature.  The "copy link" is placed as a link in an email to the group.  Several members of the group can open it and several cannot.  One of the members that cannot open it says he gets a message that says "encountered an unexpected error."  He is using an ipad to open the document.  Do you know why he would get this message?  It has worked before!ThanksAmy West

I use the Acrobat Reader app on Android Mobile. A form on 2 pages with fields to be filled in and summed up in a field further down. On page 1 It works fine, but on page 2 the field I filled in is not updated when I click on the next field, but returns to the original value (= 0). The values on page 1 retain their new values.

Just to confirm I am experiencing the issue. Highlights on acrobat Pro / PC - Windows 10 do Show up on Android. Highlights on Android are dropped the moment the same pdf is opened on PC and saved over. To Also confirm, all my apps are updated.

Since early in the morning I've been unable to connect to Adobe document cloud. That's a dreadful issue to me because all of my files are accessed through the cloud. Thankfully I have an Ipad and I don't have experienced the same issue.Hugo Wanner, Android 4.0.3 ASUS Tablet user.

Some Arabic documents which is searchable and created correctly which I mean not just an image. These documents when I open with android Adobe I face problem with the encoding and it is a mess and not readable, however when I open same documents with other apps it's totally fne.

I am trying to use an adobe dc distributed form on an ipad.  The submit button will not work in Reader on the ipad. After perusing answers to similar questions from several years ago, I installed 'readle' on the ipad.  In that app, the submit button works, but just emails the whole filled form back, not the data, and when I open the attached form back on my pc, it does not register as a response on the tracker, which removes all the benefits of using a distributed form in the first place. I am hoping that since the posts I was looking at were old, there may be some newer way to tackle this. Please help!

I'm trying to search for a keyword in multiple pdf price lists. I can do this on my desktop pc  with advanced search and really need to be able to do it on my IPad.  I search for plants in several files from grower/sellers.

I have several PDF files stored in Document Cloud and I want to access some of them on Acrobat Reader on several iPads, offline.So, I locate the files, tap on the little cloud icon, the files download but after a few minutes or if I restart the iPad, the downloads disappear and I have to re-download them.Some info about my setup:- CC suite is being used on two Macs.- The latest Acrobat Reader app has been downloaded on several up to date iPads, under 2-3 Apple IDs, and all are logged in and able to access the Document Cloud files.- All the iPads have plenty of free storage.- I have tried to remove Acrobat's access to iCloud drive, to no effect.- The PDF files are about 10-20MB each- I am trying to download about 30 of them for offline viewingAny help?P.S. What is the purpose of the "On this iPad" tab, if not displaying the downloaded PDF files?

I can only view but no save or download option. I'm using Samsung Note 9 on Android Oreo. Can enlighten?

I have a PDF form that 75% of the time will be completed on a mobile device.  In testing, completing the form works perfectly however, once the end user signs the form (using the Adobe App) and shares a copy via email back to me, the form is editable.  I've verified that the option to lock the form after signed is checked but I'm still able to edit.  I've created the form using both Adobe DC and  Livecycle.  When I open the LiveCycle one on my mobile, I get an error "This form requires Adobe Acrobat Reader DC for Mac or Windows".  Is there a way to lock the form after signing it on a mobile device?

How do I get the Acrobat iOS app to open a Document Cloud PDF at the same exact page where I had stopped at from my computer the day before?For example, let's say I start reading a PDF (from my computer) from page 1 and stop at page 32. When I access the document from my iPhone the following day, it opens at page 1. What happened? How can I get the iOS app to open at the place where I left off (in this example, page 32)?If the iOS app does not currently support this functionality, I would like to request that this functionality be included in a future update for the iOS app.

I just downloaded the Adobe Reader app for my IPad. Fortunately, it's full of nice useful-looking icons. Unfortunately, I can't figure out what they all do. I have several "how do I do this" questions. I would be happy to just read the documentation -- but I haven't found any. I found the faq at https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/mobile-app-faq.html, but the faq is very general and goes into little detail. Also, the faq does not seem to point to any actual documentation.Thanks/Joel

I tried to download the Adobe Reader app on my ipad, but it appears that I got Document Reader.  I know that something is wrong with Adobe Reader because I can't access the book that I downloaded.

PDF has been protected for edit but has no password for open.  Works fine with other platforms and other readers but the acrobat reader on android is prompting for a password to just open the file.  Is there a way to fix the acrobat reader so it can open these files?

I am able to see my documents on my computer, but the page is completely blank when I visit the document cloud from the iOS Fill&Sign application.I tested folder creation as well, and none of the folder show up on the iOS application. I am logged in with the same account on the computer and on the app.

HiI need to create multiple inter linkable pdf files. I got it work on the local system but I need it to work on the Ipad.I know the option of Add/edit web/document link and 'Open a file' but that works only in the local system. If i transfer the files to an Ipad it doesn't work. Any help/guidance would be greatly appreciated.ThanksMak
