I have an idea on smart searching which if included in the app, would be a lot helpful...Here is a sentence in a book (PDF)"These drugs are used to ameliorate fear during the time of exams"I want to search this sentence in a big bookAs humans we can't remember things as suchI would type "exam fear" in the search barThis phrase is not as such in the book but I want to glance at it. BUT I WANT TO GET THE RESULTS FAVOURABLE TO THE DESIRED SENTENCE MENTIONED ABOVEAlso,I can't search for the single word 'exam' because it would bring up loads of results.So here is the idea:Include an option called 'Proximity search' which could be turned ON/OFFIf it's ON the app must look for a set of words typed in the search bar,even if they are not in the order as present in the book.It must take each word as keyword and look up for them in proximity (FROM IN A SINGLE LINE TO 2 PAGES)We could be able to change the level(sesitivity) of the PROXIMITY SEARCH (such as from a line a paragraph etc.)This would b

Would it be possible to integrate an open source dictionary like Colordict? That way I don't have to leave the app if I need to look up obscure word. When you long-press a word and the dialog box comes with copy, highlight, etc you could add dictionary. Upon pressing dictionary, the preinstalled ColorDict comes up with the definition.The beauty about ColorDict is you can preinstall plugins into it for other languages as well as etymologies. I don't know if I can name here, but I am a long time user of a different reading app which uses this. The app is great, but what made me change was that it kept Annotations in separate files when working with PDFs. Then I discovered Adobe Android app and realised that it's really awesome! Really like the reflow, simplicity, etc. But the dictionary is badly needed.Thanks everyone!

When I read PDF-file in Continuos-mode and zoom the text and swipe up and down on the screen to change pages, the zooming should be keep locked. So the reading would be much easier than now. I wonder, if it's possible to add this kind of feature to Adobe Acrobat Reader for Android? Such feature is for example in Moon+ Reader. Of course in Acrobat Reader is Reading Mode, but is has its own problems in showing tables, lists, indenting etc.

I have several documents stored in the Acrobat app on my iPad. I see a way to make a new folder, but I cannot figure out how to move files into the new folder I created. Nor how to save documents from Dropbox into my folder in Acrobat. How can I do this?

I added comments in Acrobat reader (Samsung Android device) on a PDF-file and saved the PDF.When reopening the PDF all comments disappeared - irrecoverable.All rights on the PDF-file are enabled!any recommondations - or ideas?

Hi! Huge glitch? Everytime i open any kind of documents, it's all with a full black background and written in white. If documents have poctures, ot's all in black and white! Please fix that!

I used the adobe app yesterday without any problems however it seems that after the recent update my annotations won’t save. I get an error system error message or when i try to open the same document after closing it all of my annotations are gone.

I am currently having the same issue mentioned by other users. I try to annotate my file and save everything without any problems, but when I reopen the document my annotations are gone. Either that or I get a message saying that a system error was encountered and again, my annotations disappear. I already restarted my device and made sure that I have the most recent update for Adobe. How should I proceed?

hi therei use an iPad with latest iOS update and free adobe reader up to date.the pdf files I use when you press the back button doesn’t always automatically save changes ( so I lose all the information)sometimes says its a read only document and asks me if I want to make a copyThe pdf doesn’t  always attach to an email.been using it for approx 3 years with no issues whatsoever.help please

Hi, everyoneFirst of all, I am new-hand user and I have some problems with it.I can highlight getting started.pdf easily but I can’t not highlight my documents. Neither is iBooks or other apps In the first row. Only the default Mail app displays. After tapping the More button, nothing except the Mail app displays. Hello everyone;I am using Adobe acrobat reader on an iPad/iPhone For about the last couple of months have been having an issue moving files. Working on my local folder, I have a document created  that I need to move to a folder that I have already created.  First I click on the checkmark in the upper right-hand corner, second I select the document that I want to move, third I go to the bottom of the screen and select the move box I then get a choice to either move or duplicate and I choose move, next a window opens with the list of my folders that are in my local folder. Prior to a couple of months ago that list was in numeric and alphabetical order, but a couple of months ago all of a sudden there’s no order to the list meaning each time I move a document to a folder I have to scroll through the list looking at each file out of hundreds to find the one I want to move the document to. Please someone tell me what happened  and how to fix it. I cannot continue to search t

Until starting to use Adobe Acrobat on my iPad I'd been using google drive to store all my files. In the app the access to google drive is too many clicks away for me at the moment. Any idea if it is possible to pin google drive as a location to the drop down menu in order to get it to open like dropbox does when you open the app?
