Não consigo cancelar meu plano, pois, ele está conectado na loja da samsung, mas lá eu também não consigo cancelar. Quando eu fiz aquele plano eu ainda tinha android, hoje não tenho mais, e já excluí minha conta da samsung. Estou precisando atualizar meu plano, pois preciso de mais aplicativos, mas não consigo!

Ich habe mit Acrobat DC ein Formular erstellt, das unser Kunde auf seinen Baustellen mit dem Tablet ausfüllen kann. Unter anderem gibt es dort zu Dokumentationszwecken 3 Bildfelder. Dort sollen mögliche Schäden beschrieben werden. Auf dem PC funktioniert alles einwandfrei - man klickt das Bildfeld an und wird gefragt, ob man das Bild vom Computer einfügen möchte. Auf dem Android-Tablet passiert gar nichts, auf dem iPad erscheint ein Unterschriftenfeld (das im Formular jedoch nicht als solches angelegt ist). Laut Adobe-Support (englisch) ist das Einfügen von Fotos in ein Bildfeld auf einem Tablet nicht möglich. Ich kann das eigentlich schwer glauben. Hat jemand dafür eine Lösung?

Accidently I deleted all the files I have on my devise I am fraustratedis there any way to restore them?

I was using Adobe this morning and it was working fine and now it is telling me that the app is not responding. It gives me the option to wait or exit the app. If I select "wait" a few seconds later the options come up again. I am unable to figure out how to fix it. I have rebooted my laptop, I've checked for updates but not sure what else to do. Any assistance is appreciated.

Hi guys, my phone was in my pocket and it accidentally subscribed to the Adobe Acrobat Annual Plan through google play, and the funds that were inside my account when it got billed was for a vital purpose and now it is used up. The subscription was 2 hours ago, i have filed for the Refund Request on Google Play but can an employee or team for Adobe please assist me, i am urgently in need of the refund. Thanks

I canceled subscription. I just needed a free trial and I still got charged. Can I please have my refund?

No se porque ahora no puedo ver en el momento un archivo en pdf. Antes podía hacerlo me abría la página del pdf. Ahora al abrirlo la página queda en blanco y después lo puedo ver desde el icono de Adobe.Me pueden ayudar a solucionarlo?

I was deducted even i cancelled the free trial before it i ends ! I need a refund.

Why isn't possible to open multiple tabs? I use other pdf viewers that can do this, and I am really missing it on Acrobat. 

Guys, how do I cancel an automatic subscription? I was automatically subscribed without my consent, and it's using my PayLater funds. I have cancelled it via the Play Store but my PayLater bill is still there, and I am still a premium user.

I keep getting an error trying to open a PDF on my Apple iPhone. Message states that I need to download the latest version for my Mac or iPhone. When I look at my profile, I have the latest acrobat pro. So I am at a loss as to what to do - please assist 

I own many PDF patterns and would love to know if there is a way to select layers ( sizes) from my iPad or iPhone. I don't always have access to a computer, this would make my life way easier. Thank you in advance for any input.

J ai été debiter de le debut  de la souscription de la periode d essai gratuit d une semaine. Donc j ai voulu resilier, l abonnement ne marche pas et j ai été quand même débiter.
