My Adobe DC doesn`t install the "PDF Printer" on mac system when install the program.I uninstall, reinstall, uninstall all programs and the Creative Cloud (and clear fix them) and re-install again......and.....nothing.I need the Adobe PDF Printer because need make a booklet built on Indesign. (I use .ps and distiller after, but this method is very boring)How install the PDF Printer manually on mac?

This is driving me crazy! I am working in windows 10 and have been sent a reviewed document as a pdf for me to revise but beyond seeing some highlights and inserted notes,  I cannot open these to view comments. Does anyone have any ideas??

HelloI replaced my PC with a new one and just cannot install the Adobe Acrobat 8 Professional software on the new PC. The installation process is blocked when inserting the Serial Number. I added Color Picker and Line Thickness to my Quick tools bar. When I click on those tools, the dropdown menu doesn't appear on the quick tools bar. Is there any known fix for this issue?Thanks

HelloI bought a legal copy of Acrobat Pro 10 a few years back and it operated fine and I never got any registration error messages. My HDD went out and I had to install a new one in the machine. I reloaded all software including ACROBAT 10 Pro including the original registration number. It installed fine from the Adobe download site and I installed, now when I use the program I get an error message saying my software is not a legal copy. I checked the registration number I entered and I entered it as on the box. Any suggestions as to what is the issue? I am a registered user on the adobe site.

I work for a university and the campus installed Acrobat Pro DC on my Mac. I want to check for updates but there is no option in the Help menu. I've signed in with an Adobe account. What am I doing wrong?

Application above running on Windows 10 latest security patches and latest updates crashes intermittently.Windows Defender not running on machine and cannot think of any other changes that would be making the application crash . I purchased the Adobe Pro DC about one month ago. I paid for a one year subscription. My computer unfortunately had to be replaced because of driver issues.  Is there a way to install the already purchased Adobe Pro DC to my new computer? Thanks!

PDF can't show the fonts that I use from MS office 2007 & 2016 transferred to adobe PDF file.I had googled it and fixed the problem for 3 days, also contact with windows, and windows said it's MS office's problem, then I contacted with MS, and they sad it's adobe's problem, so now I'm contacting with you and hope I can fix this problem.

I cannot set my printer to a high quality output from within Acrobat Reader DC. With any other app I can select the quality I want from the print set up box but not from Acrobat Reader DC. There is no way to do this on the printer front panel, and DC will not allow me to export the pages I want to print to a Mac program I have.

Regardless of which version my users have, X, XI, or DC, they still need the Pro version to create pdfs. 1. What is the difference between an Optimized pdf vs a Reduced File Sized pdf? 2. Are they both under File>Save As> ..... ?

Can only open/close file in Acrobat Pro by going up to the toolbar, go to file, then to open and pick the document I want to open, must do the same when closing a document. On my other computers all I need to do is double click on the actual document, is there a setting somewhere that I need to change?

I have some troubles to sign a PDF document, when i follow the several steps, all works but at the end a message appear, CF attached doc.On Acrobat 11.0.18, i use the sign with a certificate, i choose my signature, i verify if my certificate is valid (it is ), i select the name of the document when i'm asked to save the document; and then i have the troubleshooting message.Please, can you help me.

For some time printing email messages using the Adobe PDF printer option in Adobe Acrobat X from Outlook 2013 has become problematic; i.e., sometimes it works and often does not usually by hanging Outlook.  Now when I try to print to the Adobe PDF printer it just crashes Outlook.  I am running Version 10.1.16 and tried both updating and repairing Adobe Acrobat X but neither has solved the problem of crashing Outlook.  Is there any fix for this problem (I noted that it appears to be a very common situation for users of Outlook 2013 and 2016 and even with Acrobat Version 11.0.x).  Should I try to remove & re-install?

I have an cd which I used to upgrade to Acrobat X in the past.  Recently I had to format my hard drive.  When I try to re-install Acrobat X using the product code that is on my Adobe account, I get a message that "there is no older version to upgrade from" so I can't install it.  Since I was able to register this before, Adobe has a record of my using Acrobat X on my computer. How can I install Acrobat X?

I have seen many discussions relating to hiding the tools pane but am unable to find where this has been answered for DC Pro.  I am required to close the tools pane each time I open a document.  The program does not "remember" this setting and unlike DC reader, the setting checkbox is not in the preferences (Edit, Preferences, Documents, ....)  I am not sure if there is an update I am missing or if a fix is still not out for this particular issue yet.  Can someone please tell me if you have found the answer to this?

Hi,Im trying to export my PDF to word and keep the design work that i have done, however i keep losing it.Is there a way or another programme that can be used to keep thr formatting?Im deisgning in Indesign, coverting to PDF and want to convert to word to add in some dynamic scripting but keep my design....Any thoughts?
