以前买过一款Adobe Acrobat XI Pro 11的软件   后来包装盒遗失   序列号安装完后忘记了  我现在重新安装系统前想找回我的序列号

I was using my Adobe Acrobat Pro DC on a Windows 10 PC but when I first installed it the option to select the default page size for scanning as A4 was greyed out. At that time I was allowed to phone Adobe and get support and they fixed it; but I don't know what they did though!This week I had to reinstall it on a new Windows 10 machine and I have the same problem again, but this time there is no phone support option. Any ideas what is causing the problem and how to fix it?

None of the topics applied to my problem. My present account was discontinued saying that it is a trial version.  I have used and paid for Acrobat Pro for over a year.  How can I reactivate my subscription?

One week ago, I had a chat with some acrobat helper, regarding my licence for Acrobat X, which was requesting for an activation code on my new computer. He said I have to wait one or two days, and I would get an E-Mail with instructions. One week later, I never received anything... What can I do  ?

I cannot read some of the "fill in the blank" slots in pdf forms, that my students say they can see answers.   I can, however, see the answers from another computer at work.  I am using Google Chrome as my home Browser and would like to work from home.  How can I resolve this problem? 

I've never had this problem before with Fill & Sign.In Fill & Sign, I place the text perfectly within the row of entry boxes. But when I close Fill & Sign, and return to Document view, the text length has stretched, making it lose synch with the entry boxes.Is there some feature about the document that causes this, or some feature with Fill & Sign that can freeze the text placement?Is there another thread dealing with this someone could direct me to?Julie

I have an excel workbook where I am printing 7 tabs of 10, where 3 tabs are not printed. . Six of the tabs are 1 page so do not have page # on the footer. The 4th tab has 3 pages. If I convert that tab to PDF by itself it works fine with page 1 o3, 2 of 3 and 3 of 3 on the footer. But if I convert all of the tabs to PDF at once it says page 4 of 9, page 5 of 9 and 6 of 9 on the footer. The text to do this in the excel footer is…. Page &[Page] of &[Pages] Is there a way to do this in excel footer so the page numbers are correct in PDF, or will I always need to create that one tab separately in PDF, and then insert it. Thanks.

Hello:  I have Adobe Acrobat X Pro.  It seems to not be working to it's full capacity since I had to reinstall it onto a new solid-state hard drive I had to install.   Can you tell me how to unistall it off of my MacBook Air and reinstall it again without losing it all together?  It is Version 10.1.1

Hello,I have 2 issues regarding the OCSP revocation checker integrated in Adobe Reader XI:     1. I have encountered a issue when trying to validate a digital signature created with a qualified certificate and without adding LTV data in Document Security Store(DSS), the problem is as follows:  the PDF file contains only the signature without any Long Term Validation data and the local CRL cache was deleted in advance. According to Revocation Checking Quick Key ( http://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/QuickKeys/Acrobat_SigRevCheck_KeyAll.pdf​ )  this scenario would imply that the revocation checking process would be skipped to the moment of online OCSP checking (this can be confirmed by log files), the problem is that OCSP revocation status is "Trouble" because "OCSP response was not signed by an authorized responder.". A strange anomaly with one user...After applying the Digital Signature to a document, the "Save As" dialog box that appears automatically doesn't start in the folder of the original document. Instead, the user has to browse back to the original folder to save it there. Any ideas why it's not defaulting to the original folder?Windows 7Acrobat XI ProThank you.

apparently a common problem is that the Edge browser grabs the default status for opening pdfs away from Adobe Acrobat.  There are several articles about how to change a registry key, and one on the MS Tech site on how to make a backup and restore of all defaults because it's a known bug.I can reset it in settings, but everytime there's a major update, and sometimes twice a day for no reason, Edge grabs back the default.Adobe DC  subscription

I have a command made that does not work properly when called by the Commands drop down menu nor by the swf panel I created for it.  BUT when I drop the jsfl file into the flash window it works properly.  This problem occurs only in Flash CS6 and up.  It works properly with Flash 8 to Flash CS5.  There is no error in the output window, but I can tell that the command is failing at a certain line that involves "setSelectedLayers". Is this a Bug?  Is there a workaround? Please help.Some smart fella seems to say there is a jsfl Timeline Bug involving setSelectedLayers, indicated in his list. I created a form that can be edited by multiple users at our office.  However, the fonts appears to not be embedded.  I am not sure how to correct this as the directions online are not clear.  I have Adobe Pro XI

Every time I try to print, it saves to PDF instead even though I have selected a printer (and not save to PDF).  Please advise.

When I attempt to print  (Adobe PDF) in acrobat Pro XI I go to a print dialog. Print dialog is not set to print to file and set to print as image.  I am on Windows 10.  How do I fix?

I'm exporting an interactive PDF from inDesign to PDF. My reader is Acrobat Pro DC. In the reader, the Page Transitioning > Auto Flip setting is set at 5 seconds by default. Is there anyway to have that Auto Flip box unchecked and seconds set to 0 by default?I know that I can do this manually, each time I export. But why? Who wants to open a PDF, of any sort, and have it start automatically flipping the pages every 5 seconds?  Seems like the default should be 0.Thanks!Rob

adobe install for adobe XI says I need to update xp64 to sp2. I reloaded the xp64 SP2, and still received the same message. The link in the message led to an XP64 SP2 MS download.

I have Acrobat XI installed on a Windows 7 Pro, I also have Acrobat DC installed. Until about a week ago both functioned flawlessly.Now when I try to print, the print window/dialog is either incomplete or huge and distorted with some words crossed. Windows 7 has no errors, All updates are current, there is no malware virus or rootkits. Printer drivers are up to date and video drivers are up to date. I have looked for answer on the web for days with no luck. Found one similar post and it had no answer or reply. Does any one have any ideas of what the issue is? Thanks

I bought Acrobat XI Pro online direct from Adobe 3 years ago. Lately it's become very glitchy, and I want to start over fresh. How can I re-install Acrobat XI Pro? Can I "reformat" the present installation back to factory-fresh ?
