Intento hacer la conversion de PDF a Excel y me da error.Me dice que no se pudo cargar. He cerrado todas las aplicaciones y reiniciado el ordenador. Otras veces había funcionado sin problemas. He probado archivos pequeños y tengo el mismo problema. ¿Que puedo hacer?

I purchased the pdf export. Normally I can convert pdf. files under "tool" but the button is not there any more. It only happened this afternoon.

Hi,I have an active account to the file online export service but it doesn't open when I choose to export a pdf file into word.It just redirects me to the payment forms but when I'm there it founds that I'm already paid......so it's a loop.What shall I do?Stefano

I downloaded all data to a new laptop. It does not recognize that I have Adobe Export. When I go to Adobe and sign in to my account, it only wants to sell me more products. How do I fix this?

I have a PDF file open and when I click on the Export PDF tab in the right pane, I do not get a drop down box to access Word

I purchased Export PDF but in Acrobat Reader when I click to convert a file it just takes me to the Subscribe page and does not convert it.  I have tried some solutions in the discussion forum but so far nothing has worked.

I have installed and reinstalled the Chrome extension a few times.  When right clicking on any webpage and choosing the Adobe Acrobat icon, I get two options--Convert or Add.  When clicking "convert" nothing happens.  Do I need to purchase some other product for this to work?  Did it convert and save somewhere?  Where would the document go?

After renewal was automatically charged to my account in January, 2018, the app does not convert files for me.  I open a PDF and click "Export PDF," but it does nothing.  How can I fix this?  Using Windows 10.Ann

I purchased the product and was able to convert and combine files since about 3 days ago.. I am trying to combine files now and it brings me to a pricing page where I need to purchase more.   Why is this happening when I purchased an annual commitment?

I have a paid subscription to Adobe Acrobat Reader DC and for the past few weeks I am unable to convert PDF documents to Excel.  I receive an error of "Conversion Failure" on any type of PDF file (scanned or an actual PDF).  The file I am trying to convert today is 138 KB.  I have tried restarting my computer, which didn't change the outcome.  I also tried going into Control Panel / Programs / Programs and Features / Adobe Acrobat Reader DC / Change / Repair.  This did not help either.  Can somebody help me out?  Thanks!
