i purchased program but i cant access combining pdf files

Why when i log in to the export pdf do keep getting sent to purchase a plan?  Checked my acct and annual was paid in october.

Hello!I am trying to uninstall/refund the PDF pack which I purchased online. I cannot, however, find the serial number, which is something I believe I need to complete the de-installation.On the following page,Find your serial number​,I am using option 2. I get to step 5, but I cannot find a "View all downloads" or a "downloads and serial numbers" option. Any advice?Thanks!

I am in Canada and have used my premium package before and in my account paid till May 2018...yet telling me I have no registered product...after wasting 20 minutes trying to find a possible question to submit.... I cannot find an appropriate on question to submit!!! Imagine the ability to just email a question that doesn't happen to be on their list...or you don't want to waste even more time trying to find a question !!!! Utterly frustrating..yet again in dealing with software companies. Dave

We have Outlook 2016 Version 1710 (Build 8625.2127 Click-to-Run)Whenever a large PDF or any file is dragged and dropped onto a new email,the following pop-up window blocks Adobe Send & Track from offering to upload the file.Seems like Outlook is trying to take over control of attaching large files.As soon as you close the pop-up window nothing happens.The file is not attached and Adobe Send & Track never offers to upload the file.This isn't that big of a problem because the "Attache File via Adobe Send & Track" still works.But everyone in the office is used to using drag'n'drop.Is there a way to disable Outlook's default handling of large attachments?

Hi thereI purchased the Adobe PDF pack membership today so I am able to combine PDF's for an assignment I need to submit today! However, the program does not recognise my account as premium and just allows me to perform the free options! Apparently a lot of users are having the same problem, Can somebody help me how to sort this out?Thanks

Until recently <i was able to create Pdf Documents and to combine thin´m into a single file. This no longer is possible as option no longer available.

I'm unable to upgrade my subscription from Adobe Acrobat Reader DC to Adobe PDF Pack.  I've made two attempts and receive a response that I should try again in 30 minutes, which I did.

I keep receiving the error message, "Error uploading documents" whenever I try to send a document using Adobe Send and Track. I've tried different browsers, different computers, different documents, etc., and always receive the error, no matter what. I even cleared out several large documents that were stored on Adobe Send & Track, but it still won't work. Please help ASAP!

when converting from pdf to word adobe ocrs it and most of the words are incorrect.  all i want is export as original.  how do you do that?

After login, there is no Create PDF option under the tools tab and there is no "right-hand pane". How do I create a PDF document?This is not a discussion - it is a question?????

I get the error message when choosing Attach File via Adobe Send & Track: You do not have access to this service.  Please contact your IT Administrator to gain access, or try to sign in with an Adobe ID. I am signed in to Creative Cloud on the computer, have restarted that and signed in again, also signed out/in within Acrobat Pro DC.  The Outlook plug-in shows the ID is signed in.This had worked just fine, web has zero instances of this error message.

I have subscribed to the Adobe PDF Pack and cannot find it on my desktop. Whenever I download a PDF, it takes me to the Creative Cloud. I used to have the app (as of 2 months ago) downloaded on my desktop and, therefore, could easily use the Tools and Comments option, which I don't seem to be able to access now. Help would be appreciated.

Since some weeks it does not appear the export-pdf function neither when my abobe software is running nor when I am connected and logged and online. So, I have pre-paid the service pdf-export, but I do not receive the service! How can I do to obtain the possibility to export and translate in word format my pdf files?

My Adobe reader won't allow me to sign in and convert documents. I have to go to the cloud to do it now. Does Reader just suck now, or is there some trick? This is a major degradation of functionality. Thanks Adobe!

Hi,my company is planning to buy Adobe PDF Export licenses and will use it mainly on Shared Desktop (by W2K8 Terminal Server).My question at all:Is it possible to have the users on Shared Desktop (Citrix)?If the users have logged in and shutdown the shared system: Does the login stay at all, that a reboot does not request a re-login to Adobe Cloud?Is the adobe cloud login in user profile saved or in system part?Thanks for your help and support.
