I have the Adobe PDF Pack. Can I convert my pdf to png?

I upload a PDF-A file to Document Cloud for conversion to Word, but the Word document returned is mostly garbage.Not very helpful conversion.

When I try to Export PDF I get a message that tells me my trial has expired.  I have a paid subscription that is good until January 26, 2018.  How can I access my subscription and Export PDF's - this just started happening?

I keep getting the error message, one or more files cannot be uploadedsomething upgraded over the weekend and now this doesn't work!  Last week I could send MP3 files fine, this week nothing will send!HELP!This is messing up my business!!!!!!!!Where is the phone number to get support???  I pay for this in my membership!

I deleted all sent and saved files that were stored to create more room.  Then tried to resend MP3 file , same error message, File or files cannot be downloaded.Help!

I have subscribed to the adobe export application.How do I download this to my pc?

I verified my payment, quickly charged my account, and I still just keep getting errors when attempting to convert PDFs. I cannot do it online or from adobe acrobat.

I have Adobe PDF Pack, and the Annual Subscription appears to be current. It allowed me to Password Protect (only file opening) a file that I sent. I now want to remove the password protection, but I see Add under Protect, not Open. What should I do?Thanks,Joyce

reader doesn't reconized i've paid for the tools  adobe pdf pack an redirects me to pay for membership i've been trying to get to a person to chat or email to adobe directly, but it just keeps directing me to forums for help so thats frustrating as well if you can help trouble shoot either please and thank you

For whatever reason, I am no longer able to convert PDFs, and now it only says "conversion failure" and "an error has occured which has stopped the processing of the pdf". I have an active account that I am logged into, and I was exporting PDFs last night with no trouble. It's not due to a broken file, as I tried again on files I've already converted and they didn't work either. What do I do?

I have a PDF that I have split so that it can be exported to Word. When I export I end up with a Word document full of squares, and no text! The PDF was originally a word document that was converted to PDF so why won't it go back?

In the past I have sent multiple PDF files over 100MB my Adobe-PDF pack but now when I send them after a few minutes it shows a pop up window that said    Error uploading files       One or more files could not be uploaded. Please try again.When I try again the same think happens. Your note below states – With the exception of Adobe Send, the Document Cloud services allow files that are up to 100MB.Is Adobe send not part of Adobe PDF Pack? If not what is Adobe Send?  

I prepaid an annual fee of $69.99 for an Adobe PDF Pack on November 6, 2017.  I just reviewed my account and it says it is active until November 7, 2017.  However as soon as I canceled my auto-renew it now says "I don't have an account".I started over an hour ago trying to convert a PDF document to a Word, something I used to be able to do in seconds.What's happened?????

Hi,I need a direct and quick answer to this. I have an annotated, higlighted PDF which I tried to convert to word using my basic $2 a month export package. It kept my annotations/comments, but the highlight is now completely obscured in word. This is an issue of compatibility/conversion, not with word itself. I've been told to upgrade to Acrobat Pro DC, but I am NOT buying that product without knowing EXACTLY how I would fix this in that program FIRST. I'm not sure either program can fix the issue, but if either could, an answer on how would be much appreciated.
