I am trying to convert a prf to power point and when I hit convert I get a message"non internet connectivity". I have a paid subscrition and internet connectivity

Dear Madam or Sir,When I click on a file titled "Subject Access Request Letter re Account Number 12527629 Sort Code 60-10-34 24022015.pdf", which is stored in my Account on Acrobat.com I get the response "Cannot preview filetype please download the file for viewing". This file was created from an OpenOffice .odt document of the same title. Please advise.I downloaded an image, which purports to be a .pdf, from the Royal Mail Track & Trace web facility using my Samsung S5. The text that I expect to see might as well be hieroglyphics for all its similarity to text. I have used Adobe fill and sign for almost a year without any issues. I have a Google pixel and recently the app will not share the the files. I get an error message that says the app has stopped. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app on my phone a dozen times and it has not fixed the issue. Verizon tech support States it must be an issue with the app. I really need it to be corrected with an update or something to address the issue as I use have used the app for work routinely.

Cannot up load file to cloud, have tried numerous files and always told error uploading file. This started yesterday and continues today, tried various files and sizes.

The create adobe PDF application on my Word program says the trial has expired despite having a subscription to PDF Pack.  How can I make this recognize my subscription? This always worked previously.

Just purchased the Export tool for Acrobat Reader and I can only export entire files.  When I select specific text and right click i do not have an option to export selected text.  Do i need a different version of acrobat in order to achieve exporting selected text?

After years of using this program - Adobe PDF services suddenly will not combine PDF files.  After clicking on "Combine" - it very quickly give the message - "Conversion Failure"  The file has not been processed.  An error has occurred which stopped the processing of the PDF."

Starting a new business and asked my printer for a pdf of my letterhead so when I send an email, it is on my letterhead and they do not have to open a file or link. How can I do this?  Technologically challenged.

I've used export pdf to convert a file from pdf to docx. When I open the docx file in word 2011 or earlier the file conversion is perfect. When the same file is opened in Word 2016 large sections are missing. Anyone got any ideas about what is going on?

Hi,In the last few days I have been trying to send documents and everything seems to work fine with the upload. It says links have been sent but these are never received (not even in junk mail). I can view the files that are supposed to have been sent.However, I have discovered that if I then forward the message on, then the link is received very quickly. Can you please advise why the service does not send on its original submission?.Many thanksChris
