Adobe Send & Track - new subscriber to the upgraded form allowing personal message & tracking - However: The Uploads to Adobe Cloud (which are slow) persistently fail. I have checked the "properties" of each of the materials & there is nothing restricting their access. Files attempted to be "added" to send/upload are a pdf (21 pp.); and (ii) a zip folder in which is accessed a pdf folder with 198 pp.; or just (iii) the pdf folder of those 198 pp. Adobe represents that these are forms of material that can be sent & tracked. Disturbed that "Support" means relegation to a Forum [but thanks for any answer/guidance!] and no real staff immediacy & contact or help-line!

PDF documents edited in Fill & Sign (on iOS specifically) do not retain their formatting.I created a doc with 'boxes' it correctly formatted them as fixed width font. When I save and forward as PDF, they loose the formatting!

I am paying for the PDF converter but my software says my trial has expired. On checking the account information it is being paid for so i do not understand what is happening?

Why can't I, and/or when can I access Document Cloud or any other Adobe product when using Chrome/Google? This is honestly not good service for your customers that this is not accessible unless I use Safari. IE, EE may be available, but I don't use those. I would like to access them from Google/ChromeG

I just converted a pdf document to a word document - and would like to remove the Watermark "SAMPLE"  from the word document. The conventional way that I know to remove it is not working - is there another way to remove the watermark?  Thanks in advance for any help you can provide!

I'm facing a problem with Export PDF when converting PDF to excel. When I try to convert PDF file where (",") separates decimals and (".") thousands, numbers ending with "0" such as 1.200 (one thousand two hundreds) becomes 1.2 (one point two) in the excel. Is there any other solution than converting the PDF to word and then copying the numbers into excel?By the way, changing excel setting of comma/dot for decimals/thousands doesn't work.

My abobe icon appears on the bar, I can hover over icon and see thumbnail of the opened document but I cannot click on the image to see it on the full screen.  Also, when I download it shows as thumbnail of open document when I hover but it does NOT automatically open like before

Anyone in my accounts department seeing the invoice will not be able to identify what it is I have purchased. I've tried lenghty customer service chats and phone calls to get this sorted out and I was informed it was 'company policy and cannot be changed' the customer service guy was also unable to send me an email describing what these letters on my invoice mean,EPDF,ALL,OTH,WHST1,MUL,001,N/A,23.88. I find it absolutley ridiculous that invoices are sent out in this way, sheer 'gobbledygook'.

Hi All,I have a technical document produced in Office 365 Word with high quality images with it.Using word to either save as PDF then selecting best for printing, or print as PDF for adobe, then selecting High Quality Print, I can create an document that has the required image quality. However, this method does NOT preserve the TOC and links.If I use the Adobe Tab within word it will work by uploading the file to the Adobe Document Cloud Service then there it converts to a PDF with the TOC and links preserved, then download it back to Acrobat Pro DC. However the quality of the images is the same as for converting in word using the standard setting. This is completely unacceptable for this technical document.Is there a way to increase the quality of the convert in the cloud service or is the Adobe Document Cloud Service only able to convert at this lower quality?When I upload the docx file to the Document Cloud it arrives at 20mb. I have just signed up and paid for the Adobe converter from PDF to word document.  But ever file I try to convert it ends up saying unable to convert.  What do  I do?

I have not been able to access the Adobe converter for days. I keep getting an error message that the site is not available, they apologize for the inconvenience and say to try back shortly. Contacted Adobe, they referred me to the forums. Not sure what their idea of shortly is, but this has been days.
