Why now after converting PDF files to JPEG is windows photo viewer saying "cannot open due to unsupported file format etc"? I can still open JPEG's I have previously converted but any PDF file I convert to JPEG now I can't open including PDF's I have converted and opened previously ok !! please help

I really need this issue with being unable to download a PDF to JPEG export that's not corrupted sorting please Adobe, I have already missed a deadline and this is costing me money now !!!!!!

Despite having the same issue for days which is being unable to export PDF to a readable JPEG format I am still stuck with a product I've paid for that doesn't work and have received no help apart from a staff member telling me I may have the wrong program! It would appear Adobe has the usual "too big to care" customer service unless your a multi-national!!! Has anyone else had issues like this?

I am trying to work between devices so decided to try out the adobe cloud.  Unfortunately, after uploading my files I am no longer able to fill the forms. Is this because I am using the free cloud storage? I don't understand the benefit of using adobe cloud if this is the case.  Is there a setting that I need to change?  I appreciate any help as working from several locations and from different devices this would be a great solution.

I need to know how to convert a pdf document to a word document

Recently we have been putting together a series of large documents in PDF form, however, we have been running into trouble when we try to make those documents more than 100 pages. An error message pops up and we are not able to continue to add pages to the file. Why is this limit in place, and is there a way around it?

Once the PDF is exported into word format, it won't allow me to edit document.

Help! On deadline publishing 100+ page directory due to printer in 24 hours. Graphic files are saving blanks! Simple 1 pagers, banner blue, text nothing fancy. I see it on screen; save the file. Export to PDF. One exported perfectly; 6 others are BLANK pages! what is going on??

I bought the low-cost version of PDF converter a few weeks ago, which has worked in the past, but now when I download a PDF and click on 'convert' it kicks me back to the purchase page. I'm running Windows 10 and need to know how to get this to work.Marjorie

I purchased the Adobe PDF Pack and when I open my Adobe Acrobat Reader DC, I cannot click on my document cloud.  Can someone help me out with this?  I haven't been able to open it for a while and I thought it was because I was using the free version of this program and so I purchased the service, but I still cannot open my DC.  I went online and tried it that was as well and my DC will open, but it will not pull up my document.  I get a message on the screen saying "Please wait".[Moved from the non-technical LOUNGE Forum to an actual Program forum... I was doing what I always do, taking an Illustrator file and opening it in acrobat to double check content. For some reason Acrobat decided to upload and convert the file and then download. Not sure what this is about but it needs to stop. It is now hung up downloading and making little or no progress. Can someone tell me what is now different and how to change it back to the way it was when I could open a file without it uploading, converting, and downloading my file?

I have paid Adobe for the Adobe Acrobat DC to allow export of PDFs to Word.  When I use the function the subsequent document is rubbish.  The data is there but appears to be contained within something like a Text Box AND in addition each page is separate so the whole document cannot be edited at the same time.  I use the facility to convert a PDF table into a Word table.  Without the conversion producing a whole Table, with any number of Rows,  immediately the function has no use to me.  I do not regard this as acceptable for the subscription I am paying for!There is no facility in the programme to amend any Settings.

I'm trying to send my tax return transcripts by email and when you download the file from the irs webpage it saves the file as .html i need the file as a pdf. i looked on the irs website and it says that it works with adobe to convert the transcript into a pdf but i cant figure out how to do it. Hi all,I'm looking at the PDF Pack subscription, but confused about one of the options. The FAQ says that you can ''get signatures from others, then track and manage responses''. Am I correct that this means that you can send a file to other so that they can sign it and send it back? If so, what are the differences with Adobe Sign?Any clarification would be greatly appreciated.
