Adobe Acrobat Online

Hi, I used adobe cloud created a useless word version after converting the file from PDF.  It has a bunch of meaningless symbols.  Any idea why is this happening? this is an example of the word file:  I li c professionaJ clc.uniog service,. to be provided hereunder (the "Services'')shallcomprise the cleaning activities dcfitted below(me..Cleaning Activities") Ill the Service L.ocat ioos . I am having this same issue.  I have rebooted, I have copied and pasted the link into another browser, I have signed out and back in again, and I have cleaned my cache.  I have done everything that has been suggested in these forums and I am still getting the same message below.  I have had this service for about 2 years and it is doubtful that I will renew because it has been down like this more than I have been able to convert files.  It works for several weeks when I first pay for it each year and then I continually have problems.  It seems like this is just a scam to get money and then the service never works.  Please fix.

I have purchase the packaged to convert pdf to excel via Adobe credit card option. The first time I used the conversion it worked.  The second time I went to https://cloud.acrobat.com/recent and log into my account.  Import my file that I want to convert.  As soon as I click on the conversion button, it reroutes me to buy the package again.  If I asked to go to license it tells me my licence did not exist.  The payment was done from my bank account.

Adobe ExportPdf, when signing in, comes up with "Reader doesn't have the ability to access this service", yet I have a subscription. How is this sorted out so it works?

When combining files, conversion keeps failing with a red notice that the document is password protected. I was combining all pdf files and had just been successful with some of the same content under a different file name. What is wrong and how do I correct it?

Is it possible to remove the option to download a PDF when you have sent someone to a URL link? It always gives the option to download it to their computer. I am trying to export a pdf (convert it to a Microsoft Word document) - need to do so urgently.Every time I click on 'sign in' at top right hand side of Tools panel - there is no box appearing for me to sign into. My account is all paid up.
