I can't access any of the files I saved to the "cloud" but I can view them on the reader but I can't save them, nor can I do anything else with them...isn't there a toll free number I can call to talk to a human being to get an answer rather than wait for weeks, months or years before I get an answer?

I have internet connectivity, I am able to upload to the cloud to convert from a browser but I am unable to do so from the document.  I get the message: "An error occurred while trying to access this service"Does anyone know what might be causing this?

We have recently upgraded Adobe (Version 2017.009.2044) and now we can't use Export to PDF.  It was working fine before and our subscription is still valid.  If I click on this option, nothing happens at all.

I just bought an Adobe pdf pack. The pdfs I create originate as Word documents, and are in the Documents section of my desktop. When I create a pdf, I want and need to avoid the Document Cloud entirely. Instead, I need to have the pdf in the same Documents section that the original document was in. How do I do this?

how do you upload the file? I have already tried opening and converting the doc from the saved version. The PDF does not populate in any previously saved files. I have the pdf pack and I can't combine locally on my laptop? Seems like we are adding additional steps here to merge files, then have to download it, I would rather be able to do this without internet access.  Is this possible with the pdf pack?

I purchased export pdf expecting to be a couple of clicks away from having an excel doc. After trying to upload on Acrobat reader, google and Internet explorer, I got Conversion failure, it is only 33kb and I'm using windows 10. I then have spent over an hour trying to get support and cancel my subscription. I can get as far as manage account and then get a blank screen. THIS IS AN APPALLING SERVICE.

Why are my .pdf documents not loading to the cloud?

I have a document, a billing statement, that I would like to save so I can email it to someone but when I select Save As, all I get is a completely white screen with absolutely no options to save anything.  I ended up printing the document then scanning it in order to save it somewhere so I could attach it to an email.  Ridiculous!!
