Adobe Acrobat Online

In Acrobat DC Pro, I forgot the document protection security permissions password.  How can I retrieve or change it?

I just paid for a subscription to Adobe systems and it didn't work.  And I was charged!!!!@

I don't k now how this happened, but Adobe has converted every saved PPT on my computer as a PDF. I don't even need to open the file - it just systematically went through my computer and converted all my saved files. The format on all my presentations are now a complete mess. How did this happen and how do I undo this? I didn't change the default program to open everything as a PDF, or use Adobe to open my files.  This isn't as bad as iTunes deleting all the non-apple music files on my computer, but it's up there. 

I no longer use Adobe products and just cancelled my account. Today is Jan 11, 2024 and I am within the 14 days of being charged (Jan 6, 2024) and I want confirmation that my account will be refunded the Annual Subscription. - I could not find a place to request a refund on the Adobe Site.  - I could not find a posted email or phone number for Annual Subscription members.  - Adobe's Virtual Assitant was useless and kept pointing me to Transaction History.  I don't use their products and do not want to pay for another year of apps that won't even be installed but I've already been charged. Any help is greatly appreciated (unless you direct me to another FAQ/knowledge base page on Adobe's website).Thank you,-Frustrated With Adobe 

My company uses Segoe UI font.  I have a Mac.  Do not have Segoe UI and it is not in the Fonts within Acrobat DC Pro.

I have paid for my subscription but it is asking me to pay again and won't let me do anything?

Last week, I was sending test forms with Adobe Bulk Sign and everything was working great. This week (now 2024), when I try to send the forms, I get stuck in the processing loop. The circle just keeps spinning and never finishes. I tried to sign out and in a couple times, but nothing. Does this have something to do with the new year? I have no idea why it just stopped working. I have a line on top of my page that says I have access to all Acrobat features.

Hey I'm paying monthly 23.70 CHF since May 2023 for the following subscription: ADOBE SYSTEMS SOFTWARE, 044-207-3650 IE (also named ADOBE ACROPRO SUBS, ADOBE.COM IE or ADOBE ACROPRO SUBS, ADOBE.COM I) I can't remember signing up for those subscriptions and can't cancel it as it doesn't show me the subscription in my plans. Where can i cancel this and get the refund of 270 CHF?Alexandra

In the last few months every time I launch an Adobe product or go to open a PDF, Abobe forces me to select an account for verification then I have to go to a new browser window to confirm who I am.  This is new and a real pain.  Is this happening to everyone now?  Can I find a way to eliminate this bothersome step?Thanks, Bob

Hi everyone,Few days ago a message on my Creative Cloud app came... "Your storage is almost full..."My plan give me 20GB of storage.I created a website/portfolio with adobe, and I created some galeries and did some sync between my library from laptop and the lightroom online. But nothing major.So, I've been looking to understand how my storage got full. And I've been searching to see if I can find a way to see all the documents I have in the cloud.I understood that, most likely, there isn't any way to see in detail the storage. But a bit like other storage (icloud, or google) there must be a way to check all the documents.As I don't believe that 300 photos will make my storage of 20GB full.Thank you in advance.

안녕하세요.크리에이티브 클라우드를 구독했습니다.  외국어 공부책을 ocr 입히려고 하는데... 제가 못찾는건지 몰라도...한개의 언어밖에 설정이 안됩니다.  보통 외국어교재는 일본어, 한국어.. 이렇거나,,,, 중국어 한국어 이런식으로 한 책에 2가지 언어가 있는데.. 설정창에는 한가지 언어만 체크가 되고..중복체크는 안되는데...제가 뭘 몰라서 이런걸까요?문서언어에서 한국어는 기본이고...일본어나 중국어(간체) 이렇게 2가지는 설정이 되야하는거같은데.... 방금 일본어교재를 몇부분만 해봤는데...OCR을 일어로 설정하고 결과물을 한국어를 사전에 넣어봤더니..이상한 말이 나오고.... 그래서 일본어 ocr 입힌걸....다시 한국어로 또 입히면 될 줄 알았는데..그것도 안되는거같아요. 이거 어떻게 해결해야 될까요?? 방법좀 알려주세요.. 구독한지 일주일이 다 되가서....2개국어 동시에 ocr 못입힌다면...취소하려구합니다.  

I am trying convert pdf to word file but it is making all things pdf editable, i don't want that is there any way to converting word and no changes and header and footer with the images in pdf should not be get editable. It is always making every single word editable, due to this my changes in word file makes more mistake and entering new words chnages my header and footer to new pages beacuse of it's editable if somebody knows the right way please share with me

Getting this error for all files, regardless of size. I am using documents.adobe.com, and trying both "Create Link" and "Send Invitation" methods. Have tried multiple browsers, have tried your suggestions to similar questions in these forums. How can I resolve?

What does Adobe Export PDF do? I've been paying for this service but I don't know how it is used. Is it a cloud hosting storage or something I download on my computer?

If I review all the "Apps included with my plan (web)" (Photography Plan), I have listed Acrobat Export PDFConvert an unlimited number of PDF files into MS Word, Excel, or RTF files for easy editing with this convenient online service.  However when I attempt to convert a .PDF it's asking me to sign up for a trial or upgrade...   

HiI've been subscribing to the export feature for a few years but it's stopped working.  I am logged into my account and my subscription is up to date but the clicking the Export button now just opens a pop-up asking me if I want to start a free 7-day trial.Any ideas?I'm still using windows 7 if that matters.Ta

Hi, I have been converting excel files to PDF and initially it was swapping round day/month in a date field i.e. 31/05/2018 turned in to 05/31/2018 - I took this to mean that it was trying to change into american date? So as I was not fussed about the format I changed the date to read 31 May 2018. When now changing this into a PDF it turns it into a line of #### with nothing else. Any assistance would be appreciated as this was the only reason I purchased this product to begin with.

Two questions: Is there a workaround if Adobe reader online or the chrome extension says "This form contains fields that you can only fill in using the Acrobat desktop app"? What could cause this error?  

Hello,We have scripts in our forms to generate a number. It works on Chrome, Edge and the Acrobat desktop app.It does not work on documentcloud.adobe.com .I have attached a pdf sample with the scripts on the fields.Not sure why it worked on the desktop app but not the web version. Seems like the pdf are not supported the same on both platforms.Thank you!

Hello, When someone shares an asset with me, my only option is to add a comment. Why can't I download or print this document?  You'll see there are no icons or actions in the upper toolbar.
