Adobe Acrobat Online

Purchased this subscription assuming this would not be an issue.  Is there another I need to consider for this purpose?

I have a brand new Dell laptop and a few days ago the adobe cloud would load just fine, recently it has continuously shows progress, but never loads.  Is there something in my internet settings that prevents me from viewing my cloud on my computer?

Going into the new year my billing cycle has been refreshed and i am unable to recover my last months invoice for our account.

I just signed up with adobe.  My objective is to convert existing pdf files to word documents.  I am having difficulty navigating your information.  Please advise.

When I finished filling in the pdf - the text is too small when I printed out the form.

When using exportpdf, the file is outputted to the cloud, converted and downloaded. Everything to this point looks good.  All messages  indicate a successful run.  When you open the xlsx file there no characters only little squares.  I think this means the output may be in Ascii still.  Results.Not usable unless I find out why.

I have bought adobe pdf pack today and thought I then could reduce filesize online for my pdf-files. As I can see the pdf pack don't include that function.If I upgrade to pdf pack pro, is the "reduce filsize" function included in that pack, or is it not possible to do that on the web?

TIF files are supported with mobile Acrobat.com PDF conversion service. However, I miss OCR conversion and suppose that there might be a way to activate OCR conversion (incl. language settings).Where to activate OCR conversion, eg from Acrobat.com (Web-browser)?May be there exists a mobile solution (Acrobat.com, WEB-browser or App) to do OCR conversion from PDF as a second step, so to say to have scanned text as PDF and to get a new PDF which is OCR-converted.I think PDF/graphics to PDF/OCR is not supported for mobile solutions, isn't it?Many thanks for any help!P.S.: I've subscibed for:Adobe ExportPDF, Adobe PDF Pack

Conversion from .pdf to .docx:I have converted a text in Slovenian in .pdf, but all the accents are missing in the converted .docx. version.Does Adobe have a converter for texts with European-language accents, or shall I cancel my subscription?

Currently the default time limit for sent files is 7 days.  After that, the recipient can no longer download the file.Question: Can the sent file time limit be lowered from 7 days to 1 or 2 days on annual paid subscription accounts?

I updated my credit card info as requested and no payment was taken. I asked a "question" in another forum and was directed here. If I don't find someone who will take my money...i won't be able to open my files.
