I signed up for the one-year subscription and downloaded the Adobe Acrobat XI Pro. When I try to use adobe software for any extended period I get this message:Your Acrobat subscription cannot be validated. Please see here for more information: http://www.adobe.com/go/acro_install_license_validation.Acrobat can be used in Trial mode.(1) Why can my subscription not be "validated?" They definitely have no trouble charging me the monthly fee. Anyway, this wouldn't be a big deal if "trial mode" didn't cause any problems.  However, using in "trial mode," Acrobat regularly shuts down while I am reading or editing PDFs, which is both frustrating and detrimental to my work.Any help out there?

I recently signed up for a one month trial of adobe pro.  I logged in.  I cannot convert a single page of PDF file to word or Excel with this trial.  I just get the request to sign up for a year.  What good is the trial if I can't try it?

My Mac (Mac OS X Lion 10.7.5) downloads the newest version of Adobe, but Adobe does not seem to be working, as I cannot download the pdf documents I need (and I get yet another message stating I need to download the newest version of Adobe). Everytime I try, I get a message saying it will not download. I have tried to download the newest Adobe version dozens of times. WHat is not working?

I have pdf file with 500 pages created from AutoCad file. In all pages, I have different document numbers.The file is not editable in pdf. How to change all the document numbers using "Comment" feature? Any alternate method?  alternate method? I have Adobe Acrobat X Pro and Windows -7 platform.

How to lock a document to keep someone else from making any changes on it.

I have the preview pane active when selecting PDF Documents.  When I open a PDF document I am unable to save any changes. the error message I receive:"The documents could not be saved. The file ma be read-only,or another user may have it open. Please save the document with a different name of in a different folder"The document is not read only and no other user has it open.  If I turn the preview pane OFF there is no problem saving changes.  I have also un-installed Adobe Reader.Other programs (such as Excel, Word) do not experience the same problems as the PDF documents.Does anyone have a solution?

If the exporting into word doesn't produce a workable piece, can I get a refund? I have over 100 pages that I have to work on and the scans in pdf look great/perfect. However, the exports into Word are not!

I scanned a document into my computer and then hoped to convert it to Word so that I and others could edit it.  It still looks like a scan with no toolbar for editing.  How will I be able to edit it? GBJ@

i WASte hours putting a new file togther. Then it just randomly has an internal error and PDF just decides to shut down and restart. It never saves my data I did upon reopening the file. The program asks to reopen closed files that were shut down without warning. But again the files are forever gone it finally notifies me.I need this program. I am putting files together for disability from the military. And I am on a small fixed disability income from SSDI.  I make 900 a month. So is there a way to have this program past the 30 day trial offer that will end in 9 days.Considering my 30 day test and multiple shut downs with out warning I am a bit confused on paying wasting my time and energy. If there is a deal to use the program that is glitchy I would really like to know.Thank You In Advance

when exporting pdf into a word doc the text does not show up on new doc. what to do?

Eine PDF-Datei wird unter dem Android-System Adobe-Reader 11.7.0 als eine  leere Seite angezeigt. Dieselbe Datei unter dem Windows Adobe wird aber ganz korrekt angezeigt. Wie kann man das händeln. Der adobeReader wurde bei google play bezogen und installiert. Die erste Seite der Dokumentation ist ein grafisches Titelbatt, die hier jedoch auch einwandfrei angezeigt wurde. Aber ab der 2. Seite dieser Dokumentation fehlt jegliches textliche ist hier nicht mehr vorhanden.Noch was ganz wichtiges. Die Datei ist also gar nicht in irgendeiner Weise geschützt. Das konnte ich einwandfrei mit einem anderen Programm kontrollieren und nachprüfen!
