Adobe Acrobat Online

All the time, in an open adobe file, after my mouse down to work on the file, as soon as my mouse up after completed a single process, the file closed immediately, so that I cannot save any task I have been done.  Any solutions, please help/

how do i stop the conversion process it is taking way too long (over 10 minutes at this point) or fix it...this is my first time using the service

I have just recently switched (forcibly) from SendNow to Adobe Send. I was using the service in order to securely send records to clients and the send receipts as well as the download receipts have proven in-vaulable later down the line. Is there a way to enable such functionality in the new Adobe Send product?

How do I do a quick transfer of all the documents on the ipad to the acrobat cloud, without individually going and opening each document to then save?

My customers who use iOS cannot download the video files I send by Adobe Send "Safari cannot download this type of file" is the report they get. I have tried created a zip file of the clip but get the same result. Please help

Dear anyone,I have a license for Adobe Design Premium (purchased 2010) and I have a problem, which I hope you can help me with. I work on a Mac and my computer's main language is English (as is mine). The CS-package is in Dutch. This is no problem, because I also speak Dutch. So far, so good. The problem is Acrobat ProX. I can not use this program, unless I change my system language to Dutch. This is most inconvenient. I would really like to know why this is (and why the same problem doesn't arise with all the other programs - Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign .. etc.?).Hope you can help me.Fred

So I have a 52 page pdf file of scanned pages and everytime I try t convert it gets to the end and fails?

does not work highlight text, the button is pressed, but does not stand out in yellow

The file is a long list of personal property and typed using the Scripts format. The document is a description of furniture and personal items in a one-line format and was saved in a .pdf format. After it was converted to .docx or .doc, ALL of the text was Scrambled and Impossible to read!!  What can I do to correct it or at least make it more legible?? Thanks. Edith

lors de la conversion de fichier pdf écrit en français, exportPDF les convertit en fichier word en choisissant l ' anglais comme langue par défaut, par exemple les accent deviennent des apostrophe, bref le service de conversion n' est pas rendu, comment faire pour que le texte deja en français au départ soit convertit avec le français comme langue de référence ?

Strange that I can save a pdf file created in windows 8.1 to my cloud storage, but then I don't see it when I open my account. What is strange is that when I try again to save the file, system ask me to change the file name or over write current file. But file not present in my drive. Any help would be much appreciated

Pt 2 - when I tired to log in at cloud.acrobat.com - all I see is a features checklist that shows only one under Export PDF (my current plan) and all the other features under PRO. I'm confused because I have had more than one feature previously with ExportPDF - has that now changed and I have to upgrade to PRO - same price $19.99???

I was downloading my files from Workspaces due to it expiring and when I tried to login to the new iCloud linkI see it asking me to upgrade to Pro.  I am now in the Adobe Export PDF plan at $19.95 and the checklist only showsone feature in that plan vs. the PRO showing all features checked. I was billed $97.05.  I immediately called & cancelled my subscription and got an email saying my refund was processing. I tried to find that status of this refund by searching using my RMA# - but CANNOT find anything.  Can somebody please tell me HOW I can talk to somebody about this?The email said funds are released to the credit company within 5 business days.  IT'S BEEN 10 days. 

Okay so I uploaded all my files from my ipad (for school) to acrobat.com will they be deleted if they're deleted on my ipad?
