I have paid twice for services that I don't know exactly what I paid for because I STILL CANNOT EXPORT A PDF FILE.  Can someone at adobe explain what the $29 and the $9 covers because all I want to do is export a file.  Every time I try to do this I get prompted to pay-I pay and still not working.  It would seem to me that the "PAY" link should be attached to the service I am trying to use not another random service.  Are the services intentionally set up this way as to confuse the customer?  When I have called and asked Adobe what is the problem, the response is, "you paid for Adobe Air, or whatever else my 5 different payments have gotten directed to.  Please explain what the SINGLE service that will export a pdf file is called?  I don't need a bunch of random crap-just a  quick link.  Apparently, I also have Adobe Creative Cloud on my account since February that I have never used or activated...this is beyond ridiculous. Hi, I have a Mac and a PC on my workplace. We frequently use PDF files. So to make work easier i connected them via our network so we could be more efficient. But I have a big problem. When i create .pdf files on my computer and then transfer them to the mac i cant save them on the mac without deleting all the work i did on the computer. This is highly problematic. I have tried a few different thing as to fix it. I have restarted both computers and also insted of  moving the files via the network i transfered them via an USB stick but to no avail.any help would be tremendously appreciateThanks /Didiuz

, I have a subscription for Adobe’s PDF Pack since October 2014.Sorry to say that this is of microscopic use to me: Before I ran Vista with a perfect working Adobe Pro 8Since a few months, I run Windows 8.1;It appears that PDF Pack is not compatible with Windows 8;dragging files to the www-interface is of no help to me since I mostly want to print selections of xls-sheets and drawings.Adobe Pro 8 is not compatible with Windows 8;So I had to forget about PDF Pack and back / upgrade to Acrobat Pro.  Therefor my request to refund me the 64.99 €, billed with invoice IEE2014001172320 dated 07/10/2014 and paid per Visa.

I'm trying to install the flash player addon for Adobe Reader and the links found on the adobe help page are showing error messages. When I try to download the installer, they say "no file found" and are showing"Not FoundThe requested URL /pub/flashplayer/current/support/install_flash_player_ax.exe was not found on this server."when the link is opened.  Any advice?  I just need to view an audio file that was embedded in a .pdf.My computer meets the system requirements, as well.Thanks.
