for updating my previous service to transfer PDF to words, I have trouble to go into my payment page to update my credit card .[private information removed by moderator] is my account, but each time I tried to go to log to my account and update button, it turns " have problems... or turn to ask me to upgrade..."  . I have a collection of documents on Files at https://cloud.acrobat.com/ that I often share with forum users; mainly in the Reader forum.Each time I need to provide a download link I go and create a new public link, then post it in the forum.My question: when I create a new public link, will older links created earlier still remain valid?  Or will a new link override older links?

I'm not really sure what is being retired. Will all the PDF files and documents I have saved on my computer still be ok. I don't think I have anything I need to retrieve and save but I am not sure, please help tech unsavvy oldie!

Just got e-mail from adobe saying that the version  adobe x is going to discontinue the send now function starting first part of 2015.    What shall I now do to be able to continue sending created pdf files to others by e-mail. I do not use this more than 4 times a month and hope to not have to pay a monthly subscription 0f $12-$14 per mth for their cloud service.    Any simple solution.    Suggestions welcome

Hello,When I convert a PDF to word it is changing the font to some weird characters.  How do I correct this?  I already tried changing the font in the word document but it doesn't work.

I would love for us to select which notifications do we want when we use the adobe send product. In the previous version (sendnow) we used to receive notifications when the file was actually sent out, and downloaded. In this version we only receive when the file is downloaded which is terrible. Moreover, it would be great to have a CC option in an email too. Lastly, I cannot view my history of files that I have sent but instead I just see a history of files available but no record on what that file is associated with, etc.. TERRIBLE. Please fix these things in the future release.

This is a disaster. I just tried to convert an evaluation to word and there are so many errors, I might as well retype the entire document. This is not worth it AT ALL.  I signed up about 10 minutes ago and already canceling. This was a complete waste of my time.

The idea is excellent, but the execution is terrible. When you work on a document and can't get to it in the cloud, it causes a lot of frustration. Everytime we try, we get a "Please wait..." message. After waiting, nothing happens. What's up with that?
