I get a message while I download an e-book which I bought that "I can't activate more devices on my Adobe account. And that I should contact adobe for help" I need help to still activate more devices, why can't I do it any more? What happened. Please I need to read my book as soon as possible because I have a deadline homeworks 

Hi all,I'm trying to install Acrobat DC using Acrobat_DC_Set-Up downloaded.The installation stops 'couse the impossibility to update Creative Cloud desktop (error 1002)No usefull suggestions from the support center, nobody to contact.Anybody can halp me?Thx in advance

Earlier today we launched our first version of "email address autocomplete" for Send & Track. If you're using the web interface for Document Cloud, http://cloud.acrobat.com/send‌, and you choose to send a "Personalized Invitation" and enter email addresses, you'll see a feature you're probably used to using in other software: email address autocompletion. After you type a few characters, we will show you a short list of potentially relevant email addresses that you've previously used within Adobe Send & Track. Simply choose the one you want (either by mouse or using your arrow keys and tab or return), or continue typing if it's an address you haven't used before. We anticipate this feature being included in releases of Adobe Acrobat DC and Adobe Acrobat Reader DC later this year. Meanwhile, if you're using our desktop tools, you can continue to use our integration with your local machine's Address Book.Feedback, or questions, are welcome as always.

Hello,We have users who do a lot of document merges. According to your documentation here: Using Adobe Document Cloud PDF experience for Office 365 on SharePoint and OneDrive It states: "You can combine up to twelve files into a single PDF." However when attempting to merge any more than 6 documents we get an error. Is there a way to change this limit, modify it? The documents being merged don't have any form of encryption, security, etc. I can merge bunches of 6 or less, but never more than 6. Please advise.

Im assisting someone that no longer has access to the "Open in Adobe" button in Google Chrome. For some reason Adobe Reader DC was reinstalld and that is when the button became no longer available. I have looked into adding the chrome extension but this has changed the UI of the PDF viewer in Chrome so I disabled it, back to square one.Normally I would suggest downloading the PDF and just clicking it in the browser to open in Adobe Reader but this person has grown quite attached to the old button and wants it back. Is this something that can be restored or was it coded out in a recent update? 

What is the reason for the failure to save the file after adding the file to the attachment in the pdf package, and how to solve it?

Good day. Everytime I open a PDF - my internet browser (google chrome opens) to the Adobe Acrobat web page and the pdf opens in my Adobe Acrobat Reader application. This started happening when I subscribed to Adobe Cloud. How do I get my PDF's to open in Adobe Acrobat Reader application without the pop-up in my browser. Its annoying that the browser keeps opening everytime i open a PDF. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello,I am trying to export a report PDF to excel. When I convert it, it puts all of the information from one row of the report into one cell. Is there a way to dictate it to go into multiple cells?There is also a ridiculous amount of spacing between rows. How would I change this?Thanks for your help.

I have a PDF that I shared on acrobat.adobe.com. It would appear that people within my company can view the PDF and add comments. But there are a couple people within another company that keep getting the error "The files have been remopved or you don't have access. Contact the docuement owner to request access" I have I have sent them a link, and then sent I have also tried sending an invite to the pdf. Even though I send the invite, they get the same message.  Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

WHY DO I NEED A SUBSCRIPTION TO DO SIMPLE  EDITING, LIKE CHANGING A DATE ON MY DOCUMENT? ADOBE IS UNBELIEVABLE,  IN REQUESTING SUCH. 

When trying to use the Fill and Sign requests signature feature I recive an error.For the desktop I get "Access denied, you do not have access to the service. please contact your IT administrator to gain access."When using the web interface on documentcloud.adobe.com, the feature never loads. I have Creative Cloud All Apps which includes Acrobat DC Pro. I inserted an image then created a link over it to open a file when you click on the image. In future updates, the image may have to be moved to a different location on the page.Can I lock or group the link to the image so it moves with the image when I move it?Thanks

Hello Adobe, My question to you is if I need to create an accessibile document for my fellow friends who use screen readers such as I do; how can I do this for free? I do not have the funds to purchase a month subscription but I would love to be able to create documents that my friends could then review  through their screen reader accessible programs.  I have noticed all I can do for free is create a title and a tag on the save file.  I cannot create a root tag tree,  or ensure headings are at the correct level, or even create links that will be picked up by their screen readers. I understand others should pay for your tool but I wonder if there is a way it could be free to CNIB (Canadian National Institute for the Blind) clients? How can I create an accessible pdf document so not only my friends can use their screen readers but myself?Signed a fellow student, advocate, and community member of the Deaf/Blind Community.Why Assistive Technology Ma

I am in the process of reading ALOT of policy and procedures for a D.O.E. job I landed. I have the ability to open and add comments to these documents (for my own reference) and save to my computer.The use of Acronyms is just frustrating so I started going throught the procedures, highlighting each acronym and adding a note for what it stood for. Helps me for sure just running my cursor over it and viola! I see what it stands for.. and might help the next new guy.My question is, "Can I somehow select all the same acronym's as a group, highlight them all and add the description in one shot?"  Right now I am using "find" to go to each occurence and add the full description for the acronym then hop to the next etc.. Thanks,Chadd Rose

hello all,in the Internet Explorer age it was still possible to send PDF's directly via Outlook connection.I miss this function in EDGE or CHrome. The offered extensions do not list the functions anymore. Is there a possibility of which I do not know yet.many greetings

How to open pdf in acrobat adobe in microsoft edge

I work on a macOS Catalina (version10.15.7). On this mac I have installed the Adobe Acrobat Reader DC app. Recently I have been getting an Adobe Popup Sign In when I try to access an Adobe PDF file. There is no way I can make the popup go away or even quit Adobe. Please tell me how to get rid of the Sign In popup.

Hi I am trying to compress a few pdf files online on Adobe Acrobat Convert, but I keep getting the following error message: "An error has occurred which stopped the processing of the PDF."

Hi, I've just come across an error I've not encountered before, though I've seen others report it, with no solution so far.I'm a CC customer, and using the online "Compress PDF" fuynction to reduce the size of scanned PDF documents.  I've done this many times without issue in the past. However, while using this today, I've had the error "Unable to process request", and can get no further. I suffer this error in Chrome, Firefox and Edge, and all are the latest versions.  All site settings, cookies, cache etc have been cleared in all browsers, and I've restarted the PC. Oddly enough, if I'm not signed in to my CC account, I can upload and compress PDF without issue, albeit only a couple of PDFs as a free user.  I sign in, and it fails - I sign out, and retry the exact same file seconds later and it works, signed out.  Sign back in, same file, and fails again. This would seem to suggest the issue lies at Adobe's end - some kind of account/activ

 I have a document that was created from a scanned document, after using the Acrobat XI pro's text recognition tool, with parameters language: Spanish; PDF output: clear scan; downsample to 600 dpi.It worked rather well, with only small problems, which can be easily overlooked. Except that I use foxit PDF reader to actually read PDF (I have a slow PC), and there is an "a" glyph that in Adobe looks normal, but in foxit it looks filled, without the empty space at its center (the problem exists only in italics lowercase "a") (example of problem). There are lots of lower case italics a's, almost in every other page. I use this book to study for a central course for my degree, it's the best we have at our school's library in Spanish, so I read it almost every day, and it's quite annoying (example 2).There are examples of that italics lowercase "a" that show up fine in foxit the a's in "plantación" are normal.Sample pages, the first page has normal a's, the second has filled a'saccounta

I am not very good on doing this but I really try I need a tutor in this all because I don't want to fail I love my schooling but it's some what confusion
