Adobe Acrobat Online

Hi everyone. I am running into some issues with views of my Adobe signed documents. I was hoping someone here might have already run into this issue and have resolved it. Did a search for the partial error that comes up, "not able to open this document" but nothing helpful came back. When I use the Fill & Sign tool in Adobe Acrobat DC, I am able to sign and successfully upload it to Adobe Cloud. If I then share the signed encrypted PDF to someone who is not required to sign it but needs access to it via a shareable URL, that person can load the URL fine but accessing the signed PDF this way always produces the following error. File DownloadWe're not able to open this document. It's either corrupted, or the file type isn't supported. Downloading a copy of the file works fine and the recipient of the shared document can locally open the signed PDF file fine. But what is the likely cause of the error above? I would be unable to send this document if any of my recip

Can anybody please tell me how I can restrict editing in the date form field? I want them to choose from the calendar but not be able to type in the field thanks

I want to take a multiple page pdf and turn it into multiple one page pdfs. My tool bar in organize pages only has options to insert, delete or rotate. I do not have extract or split, etc.

how do i access changes i made (updated pdf files) on ipad on my mac via cloud? If i can't do this, how do i ensure my changes to pdfs are being updated to the cloud automatically? (I have lost data in the past)thanks!

Mais à ce moment-là, l'enregistrement ne se fait pas. La page Adobe présentant le document à l'écran se bloque. Et à la place du curseur, une petite montre qui se déplace mais la page reste bloquée.Des jours entiers à chercher une solution. Dans les forum, on donne des instructions pour le cas ou à la place du curseur on aurait un carré noir. Mais ça ne marche pas, vu que moi, il s'agit d'une montre..Très bizarre !Merci pour votre aide

When opening documents in Adobe DC, or browser I am able to see the bookmarks in the left navigation. When opening in Adobe Document Cloud for SharePoint the bookmarks are not consistently displayed. Is there a way to "display" bookmarks in Adobe Document Cloud if they are not immediately visible.

Hi, I have a word document that includes headers with collapsable and expandable text. I know that when you convert the word document to PDF, the text with headers and its text is not also saved in the PDF. Is there a way to add this in a PDF document to condense text to be visible to the reader and then clicked on to hide the text.  Thanks,

I do NOT wish to change the file size but do wish to physically change the physical dimensions of a pdf. I wish to take a pdf and shrink it to be drivers' license size. For the life of me, I can't figure out how to do this, if even possible. Thank you. 

I hope Adobe fixes this problem. After switching phone to dark mode, can see what is typed, naked App useless and frustrating. Please fix this serious bug. On latest Xiami POCO 3X NFC model.   

This has long been an issue with cloud docs. We really just need the option in mobile Acrobat to manually sync docs, since changes often don't automatically sync. I haven't ever had the issue on PC/OS X versions, but it's awful on iOS and Android.

I am signed up and paid for the service to convert pdf files to Word files and it worked very well for a few months, and my next payment due date on the automatic charge to my credit card is next February, but in the last couple of months I receive the message "an error occurred while trying to access the service.  I am able to successfully log on to my account and drag my pdf on to be converted but receive the message "Conversion failure" and " an error occurred which stopped the processing of the pdf.

Hi! A question about Adobe pdf pack (online pdf tool). I have a pdf-form to fill in (with square boxes to check on or off and textboxes to type in). It's not a form to fill and sign for sending, but 'just' a form to fill in, comparable with a word-document-form to fill in.I use acrobat reader to fill in these forms on pc's/laptops. But when I want to do the same thing on a chromebooks for example (pdf opens in the chrome-browser), can I use the Adobe pdf pack for the same things? I have written a non fictional book inAdobe Pro DC. The font is 12 New times Roman. I want to change the font to Garamond. So far I can only do this paragraph by paragraph. Is there wome way this can be done for the whole book via one action? WalterH

Hi, I have tried advise from other posts and still no chance. Cannot combine any pdfs. I am using the Chrome, cannot even see the combine option on the mobile app. Please help I have several docs I need to combine. I cannot install any software as it is an organization computer.  Thanks, Mayrin

I have an account, fully paid up. When opening a document sent as an attachment to an email from a colleague, it opens it outside of my account, and therefore I can't access any of the things I pay for. Am I missing something really simple here? I'm logged in at the time I'm opening it. Thanks

I'm attempting to combine multiple pdf files into one pdf file.  I have 3 pages that are based off the same format with input feilds (simple text strings).  Each time I combine it duplicates random feilds from page 2 to page 3 and links them together.  Thus they have the same text and if i change on one page it makes the SAME change to the other page.  I have combined many documents using these same templates and have not run into this issue.  I have combined online and on my desk top with the same results. If I combine as a Portfolio there is no duplication, but I would rather not use the Portfolio format for these reports.Any ideas???Thanks 

Can a PDF document look different in my browswe (Chrome) than in Adobe acrobat (pro)?I have send a PDF document to someone that looked correct in my browser. I got an answer back that in de PDF document some of the coloured pictures were in black and white and some were dissapeared. The other person uses Adobe acrobat (pro) to open the PDF document. Is this possible and how can we solve this problem?

Receive error message ‘could not import document ‘ when using Adobe Fill & Sign on iPhone and Ipad with iOS 11. Have asked someone else to test and received same message.
