Adobe Acrobat Online

I have a PDF document that I need to complete, sign and then send off for signature to another person, what is the best way of doing this? Also is there a way of perventing the other person signing from changing the information inputted?

i have windows 10 on an intel core 17 Acer laptop with 8 gb internal memory. I install adobe dc for free and enable thumbnail view via edit Shortly afterwards i get an update from adobe and have to restart my pc But then the problems start the image flickers and if i try long enough i get to task manager and see adobe 2 times . But when I click on finish it disappears but comes back right after. So I get nothing done and have to set windows to factory settings via buttons on my laptop so that adobe goes off. But after reinstalling Adobe I keep getting the same problem. I got this for the 1st time while I was just working on laptop after an update but before reboot. I would like to advise you to see my thumbnails normally without all those problems. 

I created a document in InDesign, added fillin fields, including Digital ID field, in Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, Reader extended when saving it and loaded it to the web. When clients open the form online, all the fillin fields show up EXCEPT the digital signature field. Why can they not sign the document when it's open in a web browser? I'm dealing with all levels of tech-users so am trying to make this as easy as possible for them. Requiring every customer to download Reader and set up a digital ID is not feasible. Does Adobe suggest any other options for easily adding electronic signatures to documents online? Thanks very much for your help. -Kathy

I can draw lines however, if i need to delete them i cant now. Before i used to be able to highlight the line and simply press delete or backspace and they would go. Now i get lots of comment boxes come up and cant delete at all. I also cant change the lines once drawn. I used to be able to drag the little boxes at the line intersections and move them. What is the problem please? Our user's put confidential name or information on adobe DC title and send to the end user. End user when they opened up in chrome or DC at their end Title shows up on the pop up.Is there a way to block title from view or redact the title when it is send to end user?

Dear Community, Dear Adobe Support, I like to report a bug and request help on how to handle this issue. I couldn't find any similar posts so I opened a new one here. I am from the IT department and a colleage informed me today that if he opens a file using "adobe document cloud for sharepoint" all filled fields of this document are shown empty even though he knows that they are definately filled out. If he opens them using "open in browser" he can see that fields are filled. I recreated that problem and made two screenshots of the same document. I had to censor one of the documents in order to be allowed to upload them here. Besides telling him not to use "adobe document cloud for sharepoint" when opening documents to avoid inconsistencies and confusion over "not filled fields" I do not know what to tell him right now. Is this a known issue? When can we expect this to be fixed?  The browser used was Microsoft Edge Version 87.0.664.66 (Offizielle

Using Adobe Acrobat DC, is there a way to lock a pdf from copying, emailing, editing, and saving?

I'm an IT guy, I just install software. One of our users asked for Export PDF. I logged into our account to manage users and our team and I made the purchase. So now I have access to the service, but I don't want it. I don't have MS Office and I don't create PDF documents. I need to give access to one of our Admin folks, how do I do that?Shawn

When i am combinding a file it is telling me that the file is not supported and will not combined.  I have never had this issue before.  Please advise

I have shared files with a client in China using send and track and she can view them but not download them please help! I have tried online chat who kept me on for over an hour and didnt help other than asking me questions I even sent them pics as they didnt seem to understand what send and track actually is. I purchased the Send and Track subscription and want to be able to edit from within Outlook. For some reason, I can't get the plugin to install. I checked Outlook and Word (2016), but neither show the Adobe add-in under COMs. I also checked the registry and it does not show an add-in as being installed. I tried uninstalling / reinstalling DC, but still no luck. Any thoughts?

Hi there - I just bought Acrobat Pro DC so I could use Adobe Sign. When I click on "Specify where to Sign" I get the below error."Could not Send"    "Access token provided is invalid or has expired"  I have googled it and there isn't anything helpful. Does anyone have a solution?

Are the docs we present in the front-end uploaded to the adobe server? Or just the number of API calls? 2. I am a website designer and the web design software I am using for one of my large websites is giving me "bad parameter" errors when uploading the site to the server.  The site has hundreds of PDF files. Is there a way to locate all the PDF files that have bad parameter errors, without manually opening each one of them? Thank you in advance for any assistance anyone can offer!Dave
