Adobe Acrobat Online

When I tried to convert a pdf file to microsoft word or excel, I get the message that I am not connected to the internet.Document Cloud PDF services​

Please advise how to fix this. When I pull open my PDF, click tools, then fill and sign the signature box that normally holds my signatures is completely gray. Please advise how to fix this!Thanks!

No matter what I do, I can't seem to stop Adobe Document Cloud emails for PDF reviews and comments, etc, from going in my Junk Box. I am using Apple Mail. Any suggestions?

I have been using DC to share pdfs for review. Those who open the link through Internet Explorer will mark up changes, but when they attempt to post their change receive the following message: We are unable to post your comment, please try again. I have instructed them to open in Firefox or Chrome, and they have no problems. Is there a fix to this? Would love to know if anyone else is having this problem.

I have an annual, prepaid "Export PDF Plan"; however, when I just now clicked on "Export Document" (several times).the "Convert" will not come up  --- nothing happens when I click on the expand arrow.  Can you please help with this?

I have paid for Adobe Export PDF. How can I reinstall it on my mac? I can't find the download!

Export pdf to docx: this product worked fine until today. I click the convert button. A blank white box opens, and no document gets converted and put in cloud. All my other docs are still there, no new ones will convert. I have mac mojave 10.14.2, and firefox quantum 65.

A friend just told me she is paying for three licenses of PDF Pack for three devices. A quick check of the website does not say how many devices one user can install it on. I know the subscriptions to Creative Cloud or just Acrobat allow two activations per user. How many is it for PDF Pack? Due to a hard drive crash, I need to re-install Adobe ExportPDF.  How do I re-install without loosing my account and cloud?

First file converted from pdf to word without problem, after that I always get "conversion failure" message (also stating that there is no internet connection and it is not true!)

Hi There, We have PDF ifilter installed in our sharepoint farm. Other than this, we don't have any information. i need to know license expiry date, renewal process and installation guide. Can someone please guide me to right person/team here?

We constantly do our reviews/proofing through the PDF shared review function. I generally get the comments and then I print off a comment summary. One particular user seems to have a very funky setting somewhere since his comments print at a 102 point font. I haven't been able to do anything to get this font size smaller. We looked at his preferences and everything is normal, standard, as is mine. You can see what a "regular" comment looks like in the graphic. It is super annoying because his comments can take up to 10 pages sometimes when I print out a summary. Grr...Anyone know what could be causing this??

Hi, I had a problem with the purchase of the Adobe package to convert pdf-word. The problem is that I entered a wrong email during the purchase (for a misprint) and now I cannot recover the activation email because the address I entered does not exist. I tried to change the activation email but the site asked me for a new payment. How can I do? The assistance seems to be closed at this time. Thank you all

I am using Office 365 and images drop out of my Word files when I convert to .pdf  (Acrobat Reader DC).  I have a deadline to have a book printed so this is urgent for me. I have read that there are issues with Office 365 and 32/64 bit formats with Mojave on Mac but do not understand which patch or plugin I should use.When I ask the file to convert online, I get images, but it stuffs up fonts and pagination despite tight page breaks and formatting in Word on Office 365.  It's all highly labile and unpredictable.I have tried everything I know and  am prepared to consider all options  including upgrading for a month  but I would prefer to get what I have working properly.

Export von PDF dateoinen nicht mehr möglich. Mehre Browser  und als auch einen weiteren Rechner getestet. Vor einigen Wochen wurden dieseleben Dateien fehlerlos expertiert und in Word umgewandelt.  Auf meinem Laptop wird auch ein Timeout Error gemeldet
