Adobe Acrobat Online

Due to a hard drive crash, I need to re-install Adobe ExportPDF.  How do I re-install without loosing my account and cloud?

First file converted from pdf to word without problem, after that I always get "conversion failure" message (also stating that there is no internet connection and it is not true!)

GOD!!! If no one responds to this message I will terminate my service with you!!!!I need to download a PDF file that I just created back to my computer.  It will not download as as a PDF.  What is going on?????

I have a monthly paid subscription to Acrobat DC and have it downloaded to my laptop.  I am travelling and will not be taking my laptop and will be using a shared pc.  I tried to access adobe dc from the webaccess and don't get 3/4 of the features available on the downloaded version.  Even when I tried to Organize and remove some pages, there was no place to hit save and it kept reverting back to the original.  How do I access the full functionality of my paid service online?  We have several subscriptions in our company and thought we were getting complete functionality "wherever and whenever" we want.The "sales pitch" says :Adobe Acrobat DCMake it look PDF-ffortless.Take control of your work with Adobe Acrobat DC. Hi There, We have PDF ifilter installed in our sharepoint farm. Other than this, we don't have any information. i need to know license expiry date, renewal process and installation guide. Can someone please guide me to right person/team here?

We constantly do our reviews/proofing through the PDF shared review function. I generally get the comments and then I print off a comment summary. One particular user seems to have a very funky setting somewhere since his comments print at a 102 point font. I haven't been able to do anything to get this font size smaller. We looked at his preferences and everything is normal, standard, as is mine. You can see what a "regular" comment looks like in the graphic. It is super annoying because his comments can take up to 10 pages sometimes when I print out a summary. Grr...Anyone know what could be causing this??

Hi, I had a problem with the purchase of the Adobe package to convert pdf-word. The problem is that I entered a wrong email during the purchase (for a misprint) and now I cannot recover the activation email because the address I entered does not exist. I tried to change the activation email but the site asked me for a new payment. How can I do? The assistance seems to be closed at this time. Thank you all

I am using Office 365 and images drop out of my Word files when I convert to .pdf  (Acrobat Reader DC).  I have a deadline to have a book printed so this is urgent for me. I have read that there are issues with Office 365 and 32/64 bit formats with Mojave on Mac but do not understand which patch or plugin I should use.When I ask the file to convert online, I get images, but it stuffs up fonts and pagination despite tight page breaks and formatting in Word on Office 365.  It's all highly labile and unpredictable.I have tried everything I know and  am prepared to consider all options  including upgrading for a month  but I would prefer to get what I have working properly.

Export von PDF dateoinen nicht mehr möglich. Mehre Browser  und als auch einen weiteren Rechner getestet. Vor einigen Wochen wurden dieseleben Dateien fehlerlos expertiert und in Word umgewandelt.  Auf meinem Laptop wird auch ein Timeout Error gemeldet

I get the "An error occurred while signing in" message in my "Tool" window next to the PDF even though my name shows up at the top as having already signed in.

I have a 19page PDF in table format. The paid PDF to excel export is working quite well on the first 15 pages, but then it just stops and will not do more pages. Is there a way to make it complete all available pages, or do I need to split the PDF up into 15page segments and then export to Excel?Thank you in advance!(PC, windows 10)

I'm unable to find my serial number for PDF Pack in order to download to a new computer.  I followed the instructions to the order history screen, but the "downloads and serial number" link is not there.

Why does Adobe keep wanting to charge me while my plan is still good for 2 years?

How can I save my PDF file as a Word doc directly to my PC?  I do NOT want to use the export function that involves Cloud.Previously, I was able to save my PDF files as either Excel or Word docs on my hard drive, but I do not understand why using the Cloud is required now for this action.

Bonjour.J'ai souscrit à Adobe PDF Pack.Deux questions importantes : 1) Est-il utilisable seulement en passant pas le cloud ? Ce n'est pas ce qui m'a été dit par le commercial avant achat. Je souhaite pouvoir travailler hors connexion via Adobe Reader sur mon poste, avec les options qu'offrent Adobe PDF Pack ; c'était ma demande initiale.2) Quelle est la limite du nombres de pages pour pouvoir utiliser l'outil "organiser les pages ?" Apparemment un fichier de 150 pages ne passe pas, je suis totalement stupéfaite.PS : je trouve inadmissible que le support téléphonique soit injoignable dès lors qu'on a souscrit à un abonnement ; et qui plus est un abonnement qui nous a été conseillé par un commercial totalement incompétent !!!!!!!!!!Merci pour votre retour rapide, cela fait une semaine que je cherche ces réponses sur les forums ou en contactant le support téléphonique qui n'a jamais décroché.

I’m liking the ability to fill out a PDF form with no fields using Adobe Fill and Sign. However, I need to access the files in my Document Cloud account. Although I seem to be able to access my Creative Cloud files, the Document Cloud access seems to be conspicuously missing. Am I missing something?

I would like to move a document from document cloud to a browser based application.  As an example, I can logon to the CVS pharmacy website, choose to upload a photo, and choose the file location of Google Photos.  This allows me to NOT have to download a photo to my hard drive before uploading it to CVS.  I can have Google Photos open in one window and drag a photo to the CVS window.  The second application is an "in house" program, so if there is an API, maybe that would work?I would like to be able to do something similar with Document Cloud and if It's possible, could you let me know how to do it? Thanks
