how do I know that the e-signer is who they say they are (and is meant to be) on adobesign? Any functionality?
Our staff had been successfully using this feature but it has stopped working with PDF files created in the last few weeks. The feature is available and not greyed out however when the tools are selected they cannot be used on the document. The cursor stays as a move cursor rather than a text, crosscheck or checkmark icon.I have tried these PDF files on different computers which have Acrobat Pro installed and I get the same result.Older PDF files are still working correctly.I have been advised that nothing has changed in the process where the PDF files are created.I have reinstalled the application using the latest version of the software with no change.I have uploaded one of the old files and one of the new files having the problem into the online version and I see a different result from the desktop client. The contents of the PDF can't be viewed at all. It's only when I go to EDIT PDF that the contents become visible. This doesn't happen with the older PDF files. I have compared the
Hello,The below screenshot is from Adobe Acrobat signature panel on a document I had sent for signature via Adobe sign on Acrobat. It does not state that the signature is a "Qualified Electroic Signature according to EU Directive"... I know that other versions of Acrobat Sign do show this, like the Signature Panel below, which is from a document that was not sent for signature by me: Does anyone know the difference between the two and how I get signatures to state that they are a Qualified Electronic Signature according to EU Directive? I've tried asking the helpdesk but noone seems to know. Thanks in advance,
I have a user that needs Account admin access in order to view some logs. Currently it is a Group administrator and so has the Group menu when I log into the account. It is not clear to me how make this user an Account administrator in the Admin Console. The previous method was simply to check a box in the user profile but that is greyed out now and no longer available since the Admin Console was added. I've tried adding all the available Administrative Rights (though none of them specficially say "Account Administration") in the Admin Console for this user but that doesn't resolve it as that user still cannot see the required logs nor is the Account menu present when I log in to that partcular user. Any help is appreciated. I feel like I'm missing something simple because it doesn't seem like it should be this hard.
Hallo, I received an email saying: "Your Adobe ID was recently used to access the Send for Signature or Create Sign Template functionality within the unified Document Cloud. An Adobe Acrobat Sign account with the same email address already exists. To protect your signed agreements, we request a one-time verification to confirm your identity". BUT I did not request access to the Adobe Acrobat Sign functionality in the Document Cloud user interface, what can I do? Can you please help me understand if everything is ok?Thanks a lot!Paola

i was using the free trial of adobe sign for 30 days and it worked to my likeing and was easy. now that i have paid for the service, the interface is different and i cant seem to do what i did previously. i send my clients a 2 page agreement prior to every one of my jobs. with the trial, i was able to add a single page pdf (an invoice) when using the template prior to sending for signature. after im a paid customer, everything is in a different place, the templates are "unsupported" and i had to rereate them all and now i cant add the invoice prior to sending the agreement. Super frustrated at this product. im coming from DocuSign. I think its garbage so far. Its so simple what i need, yet so difficult to seem to create.
After I've gotten a document ready to send out in Acrobat Sign, how do I just save it for use later, to send out for signature at the beginning of a virtual meeting? (I often host virtual mediations, where I need to get meeting guidelines and any settlement agreement signed off on by the participants during the mediation. I don't want to fumble around during the meeting setting up a document for particular signatures. I want everythning prepared in advance to open and send.) I had intended to save my ready-to-send-out as a template, then, open the template and send that out immediately, sign doesn't look like it will let me do that -- I can save as a templat only when I also send out a document for signature. There must be an easy method to organize this. Can anyone tell me how to save a ready to send document for later sending? Thanks. [Question moved to the Acrobat Sign forum]
How Can I retrieve a signed document way back last year? How can I acces it?
Hello, I would like to know how to send an agreement with webhook. I have checked parameters in API POST /agreements but there is no parameter to set webhook information. Is there any way to do it? Or should I create webhook using API POST /webhooks differently?
I have a web form and the user will fill it out and request signature from their manager. All the agreement emails are coming from the Web Form owner email, not the person who filled out the web form. Is there an option to have the form filler's email send the notifications?
Hi,I have a free account and tried using Request Signature feature, works great. I signed up for a 7-day free trial to see more, then cancelled, since this is the only feature that I need now. I am now back to free account, but I cannot request signatures anymore, even though more than 30 days have passed. Previously it said 2 signature requests every 30 days for free. Did I misunderstand something? Thanks in advance
Hi,I've recently become a new user of Adobe Sign and am currently being left very frustrated by blurry documents, which are unacceptable to send out to my clients. Any type of document files I use (.doc, .docx, .pdf, .rtf, .txt etc) ends up with the same result. I've tried creating the documents in both Microsoft Word & Open Office and still get the same results. Here's the process I'm currently going through:- document created in Word etc. Looks perfect (NB I've also tried default fonts, like Times New Roman - same result).- document processed into Adobe Sign. Looks blurry. When I zoom into the document in the processing window, it does slightly improve but the text is still not perfect. - add my fields and then send test documents to myself. The test documents on mobile look terrible. When they are scaled to fit the screen, they are almost unreadable. When pinch zooming, they look marginally better but still unacceptable. - I go through the signing process and receive the pdf con

Hi, Is it so that I can create unlimited ammount of web forms with the Standard plan?
Hello, we have library documents setup to send to our customers. We use the Adobe API to push customer data to the signing experience to have our forms prepopulated. For all of these fields, we still want them editable, but we have made them not required. The goal is to have the user go directly to signing, if they want, but be able to change the prepopulated fields if they want. The prepopulated fields are "assigned" to "Anyone" and the signature field and a date next to it are "assigned" to "Participant 1". When we tested this the other day, the Guided Navigation arrow was the color orange and went straight to the signature field while still allowing us to edit the prepopulated fields, which is exactly what we want. Testing today, without any changes we can tell, the Guided Navigation arrow is yellow and makes us tab through every prepopulated field even if they are not required. We like the Guided Navigation because we want it to point at th
On at least two occasions, I have received a duplicate notification that my document is 'Filed and Signed' a few weeks after the first notification. Why is this?
Hello. I received a subscription to Adobe Acrobat Pro though my organization and am attempting to create a fillable pdf form that can be uploaded to a SharePoint site. I expected to find a tool called 'Prepare Form' but do not see it. I did find a tool called 'Create Web Form' and tried that. I was able to create a fillable form but I cannot figure out how to save it as .pdf so that it can be uploaded to SharePoint. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Can we use e-signature in web form without involving any type of document. I just want to use e-signature feature in my dyanmic examination portal
Hello everyone! So I was uploading some images to adobe stock and I was preparing new release forms for 2 different models. I went through the usual process but it keeps saying the status for each of them is "Bounced" - i know the email addresses are correct, I've tried restarting my device, logging in and out, using different browsers, trying to create a new release directly and pressing the create new release button when preparing the images for submission. It's happened before and I gave up on that specific release because the image wasn't that good to begin with and then it worked for other people/emails later so is it a case of Adobe Sign acting up or is there something I can do to fitx this myself? The email addresses are hotmail.co.uk if that's relevant. Thank you - have a nice day!
The french date format enter with adobe pro Dc is not reconize automatically by Adobe sign. We need to update with the month in English before to sign.
