Adobe Acrobat Sign

I am trying to merge map line items (example Contacts associated to an Account) into a AdobeSign document sent from an Account in Salesforce. I understand this can be done with Opportunity products, but curious if anyone had successfully accomplished this for other items, like contacts that are related to an account. thanks!

I am trying to get the adobe sign production logins to be able to get the phone support. But in the mean time, i will try my luck here.Hello, i want to display fields from the opportunity products in my documents. From what i understood it is possible from the tutorials. But no matter how i add those fields which are pretty simple fields, nothing appears on the template there is a boxing for writting. How are my supposed to call the fields on my template then?Thank you very much

Hello, I have a problem using hybrid routing in Microsoft Automate - "Create an agreement from an uploaded document and send for signature". Using the information from Adobe Sign for Microsoft PowerApps and Flow I've managed to send a document for signing to mutiple recipients for signing in order.But I cannot manage the hybrid option or more exactly using the "Recipient Groups" when one user or another from same department must sign.If I use the "Recipient Signing Order" field 1,2,3,4 I will have 4 signatures in the specified order. But if I use 1,2,2,3 where users with the same id (2) are from same department, the flow will wait for both of them to sign - so they are NOT in the same group. What is the trick in the flow to use the "Recipient Groups" as in the "manual" sending for signatures in AdobeSign web interface? Kind Regards,Lucian

Title says it all. A similar question has been asked numerous times, but I haven't found a solution I can easily implement.The most promising answer was to put the checkboxes into one "conditional group" - but I'm not sure how to do that. Google turns up nothing.Suggestions appreciated - thanks.

Hi,I set up a wekhook with events "Agreement sent", "Agreement participant completed", "Agreement workflow completed". 1st problem : When I send an agreement with 1 signer, my server receives as expected a wekhook notification with event "AGREEMENT_ACTION_REQUESTED", but another copy of it 1 minute later, and again 2 minutes later, and 4, and 8, 16....all with the same timestamp. 2nd problem : When  the signer signs the agreement, my server receives 2 notifications (which should be for events "Agreement participant completed", "Agreement workflow completed") which are copies of the first one (event "AGREEMENT_ACTION_REQUESTED"). Are these known bugs of Adobe Sign webhooks ?

is it possible to insert any attachments together with the signed document? these attachments do NOT have to be signed

Hi, It appears that I did not download a copy of the executed agreement in mid June. Now over 2 months later, I need to access the agreement. However, when I click on the email link I got in June to view the document, I get the following message, "A member of the originator's account has removed this asset from Acrobat Sign. Data on this agreement is no longer available."  Is there any way to access this agreement? Please help! 

when i try link Salesforce and Adobe Sign from "Adobe Sign Admin", we are getting below error "Your account has been deactivated. Please contact support staff". I am not sure, what is needed !!  

I created a pdf form and sent it to one party to sign. I would now like to send the signed form to another party to add their signature. When I try, Adobe says the pdf is not suported. My intent was to get a signature on an offer to buy, and then send the signed offer to the seller for acceptance. How should I have set this up?

If my customer is a TV network and they want to sign separate agreements for all their affiliate stations, can I add all those separate agreements to one email? Or would the customer have to get a separate email for every station agreement? For example, the same Customer Contact getting 50 emails (for 50 affiliate stations) coming one after another saying "Sign This Document". Does EchoSign support uploading multiple documents to one "agreement" record? If not, the whole 'ease of use' electronic signature process could backfire big time...

Once signer opens that document sign url, fills all the required fields and signs an agreement document. After this signer/other paties added in cc will be recieving a copy of completed document which has all data filled by signer and signature of a signer.  We observed that, we can copy a content data/signature from that completed document and paste on word document or somewhere else.  How we can restict to make not allowing the copy paste content from agreement document generated using API https://secure.na1.echosign.com/public/docs/restapi/v6#!/agreements/createAgreement.  Is the document generated after completing a signature is editable or non-editable at adobe?  Regards,Mahesh

Hi everyone,  I must send the document through ADOBE and they arrive in the case of SALESFORCE taking into account the Thread ID. Previously the document and the auditable report arrived separately, now the two files arrive in one, and this requires a rework because we have to separate them later. Do you know if there is a configuration in ADOBE or SALESFORCE so that they arrive separated again? thank you

I think I'm having trouble getting my webhooks to fire.  I have setup a generic endpoint which works with my fiddler testing.  I am extracting and returning the client id in the header request/response as stated in the documentation.Is there any way to see if my webhooks have fired?  Are there any logs I can check?My webhooks fire on all events and my endpoint simply accepts any generic information so I have made it as simple as possible, but it's not firing.Would appreciate any suggestions.

Hi - I am about to tear my hair out as I am trying to send several documents to be signed.I am getting the error:Adobe Sign was unable to create your agreement because the document could not be thumbnailed.I have tried to look up ways to solve this and no luck.Can anyone advise please.Thank youGlendaPS - old system much better as you could see which documents were sent to who and be able to easily find them.  New system seems to be much less information shown.

Is there a process for merging two signed docs?  We have a doc that needs to be signed by 35 people and looks like 25 is the max that Sign can do at one time.  Thanks in advance.

Hi, How to get Agreement Id whenever Webhook API get called or Workflow completed event or Status = Signed.  I need to upload to a portal after the signature.  Please help.

I need to send a waiver to the parents of 300 students.  I need both parent signatures.  How do I do this with the bulk send?  I can send the document separately to each parent but I want to send to both with both of their signatures required and the waiver not completed until signed by BOTH parents.  

I am trying to use the sign here stamp but it will not let me. It won't even let me click on it. The only stamp I have access to are the dynamics ones. My co-workers don't have this same problem that I do so I don't know how to fix it. 

Hello, I am attempting to send a form out for signature. Once that form is signed, I need to share the form with another group in order for them to sign/edit. I understnad the only way for them to have editing access is to enter the permissions password within Adobe. Before doing so I'm testing on my own computer with a seperate email to ensure the process works. However, once I've sent, signed, and downloaded the document, Adobe Acrobat Pro is claiming my password is incorrect. However, I know for a FACT that this password is indeed CORRECT. Losing my mind over here. Someone please help. Is it because I'm doing it all on the same computer?  Other info: When I download the signed document and open it within Chrome, the persmissions password works. It's just within Adobe Acrobat Pro when it won't work.  Thank you!
