Adobe Acrobat Sign

Hi Team, Does anyone know how a participant (signer or copy) can generate the "URL Reauthentication requested" event through the Adobe Sign application and what kind of effect this on the document signing process? Thank you for your help.

I am trying to find if Adobe Sign is included in my CC Suite subscription or not. I found different answers online, I guess because sitation was changing through time. I see on Adobe help pages something like (https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/using/signer-identity-authentication-methods.html) but there is no way to access this settings. If I try to login on https://secure.echosign.com/public/login I get redirected to Document Cloud. I started searchig because I wanted to know, why I only have e-mail and password under authentication (while sending signature request). I should be able to change this in Account Settings/Send Settings but I can't find a way there.

Hi guys,I have to add input fields, via restapi v6, in a document that cannot be modified. So I've chosen form-fields tool instead of text-tags.I've noticed that once PUT /agreements/{agreementId}/formFields method is executed the agreement, in AUTHORING state, is executed automatically (AUHTORING -> IN_PROCESS) and previously I have to check  that all fields where created correctly.Does anybody know if there is a way to do this verification? RegardsMariano

Seemingly randomly, the date will appear over the tag with both the tag and the date visible.  Any idea why this is happening and how to correct?  [Created in Word and saved as PDF, then sent through Adobe Acrobat Sign.]Word Setup:Results (omitting client info in the Accepted By and Title, which are correct): TIA

Hi, We are making use of Adobe Sign to timestamp our documents - however, there is no recipient (or there can be a fake one) for the agreements we create. So we do UploadTransientDocument -> CreateAgreement -> GetAgreement (as PDF). When I look at the audit report, it says "Out for Filing". But is there a way to get the status of the PDF to be "ACCEPTED", without any signing by a user, or even using the API, to set the status to be ACCEPTED, even without receiving the request signature? Basically, I need to get an agreement with no or a fake recipient to be in "ACCEPTED" status. Can I just use the Put route to do this? Thanks!

Hi, Our client who is an energy company in France has asked us to implement a timestamping functionality where all our PDFs created by our internal PDF builder in PHP are timestamped as to mark that there was no further modification. This is for a new compliance regulation that is to be implemented this summer. A written or digital signature of one's name by an individual, either user or customer, is not needed, just that the PDF be timestamped. We were told that we would like this completed in Adobe Sign - Adobe Sign is the API specifically requested by the client. When I was using the v6 API as a test, I did not come across something involving timestamping functionality, even though UploadTransientDocument and CreateAgreement do involve timestamping files, I'm sure, since they are API calls. But it seems this doesn't have anything specifically to do with timestamping. In my mind, the whole process of what needs to be implemented is - we generate the PDF using HTML

I have an active Acrobat Pro plan, but when trying to create a Adobe Sign app it shows the option disabled.   

I have created an Adobe Sign template which is an application form.  It will be sent to 3 people in turn for completion/signature.  I want to share this with my colleagues as an organisational template, is this possible?  I need them to be able to instigate an agreement flow by being able to send out the form for completion.

I have a subscription Acrobat Pro DC and I'm using another email address than the one used in Microsoft 365. I'm not able to install Adobe Acrobat Sign for Microsoft SharePoint Online. Could you please help me to solve this issue?

There is no problem with my Adobe account,but when I log in to Adobe Sign, a loading window appears and I cannot log in.Attach the capture file.

Can someone please help me understand how our users can sign documents on SharePoint? For example, our staff save PDF documents onto SharePoint and then require another person within the company to sign them. This document could be a document generated from a 3rd party program or from a Banking Program, or just Microsoft Word, etc....  When they go into SharePoint, and open the document - it opens in Adobe Cloud, (via the Adobe Toolbar we have installed) but I cannot find anywhere that allows the staff member to insert their signature and sign the document. What am I missing?Thanks for any help. 

Hello guys,I'd like to create an agreement via Adobe Sign's API and force it to use a specific workflow (created in Adobe Sign's Workflow Design page). This workflow is fairly simple, 2 users must sign the document for the workflow to be completed.I struggled a bit with Adobe Sign's API, but I eventually ended up making it work for non-workflow based agreements. First, I create a transient document, then I can create an agreement based on this transient PDF document that includes signature fields, I add a recipient's email address, and it works great. But as soon as I start adding a workflow id in my API call (POST to /agreements), I get this error : Error calling POST /agreements: PARTICIPATIONSET_LABEL_MISSING Empty label value for a participation setWhat does this "label value" mean ? I read in the docs that it corresponds to the unique label of a participant set. What is a participant set exactly ? Hello,  I need to send multiple documents for signature, however when I add 5 documents in one request, the signed documents that are returned to me are in one condensed document rather than the 5 documents I added initially.  Is there a way to send only one request to a client and have my 5 documents returned separately?  Thank you!

Certain emails assigned as signees display the wrong name. this also happens when I am a signee-- when my own email is put in as a signer, my name auto-fills incorectly and I have to redo EVERY time. How can I change this and how can my other signees change this?
