Adobe Acrobat Sign

I have sent out the same agreement to a dozen people and all except one lists their name under the "Signed" column in the manage page. However, one of them shows that it was signed by me instead of the actual recipient. I reviewed the History tab and it correctly shows that the intended recipient received and signed it. It's just that the Manage screen erroneously shows that I signed it.Why is this? Can it be fixed or will the recipient need to re-sign the document?

Hello to everyone!We are using a corporate Adobe Sign and experiencing an issue when after sign a document and then trying to combine via Nitro Pro, it requests a permission password. Right after you sign a document, it becomes SECURED and it`s impossible to remove restrictions, because you need to know a permission password for that.I have read some articles regarding that topic, and it says that the document owner the one who sets a password, but as a document owner I didn`t set one. And as a solution, they offer to "damage" the document through printing, and it works, you can combine the signed document with others, but the validation is breaking too, you can`t go through the hyperlink of the signature and check the validation, it becomes inactive.If you could help me with this one, it would be much appreciated.I would like to know how can I find out the permission password which sets right after the document is signed? Or maybe it`s possible to turn off the automatically setting of

LOOKING FOR CONSTRUCTIVE FEEDBACK AND PRODUCT SUGGESTIONS FOR ISSUE(S) SUMMARIZED BELOW: I will prefice that I am by no stretch of the imagination, "technology/digitally" savvy.  But like many users of technology/software, my business reilies heavily on certain tools/software, one of those being a powerful PDF solution. Before going further, I want to make clear that like many others, my issue(s) with Adobe has nothing to do with the performance of their products compared to their competitors (for what it's intended to do, Adobe is superior to its competitors...IMO).  Rather, it centers around the confusing, convulated, and not straightforward way in which Adobe markets their products and specifically, the features/tools within each subscription level.  At this current stage, I will not go as far as saying Adobe is doing this with intent, but I must admit, I'm getting closer to that threshold BRIEF BACKGROUNDI own a small retail insurance agency.  Cur

Hello,I need to change the email address on my account.  When I changed it in my Adobe ID, then logged into Adobe sign, I got these 2 error messages (see 2 pictures below).  After about an hour, I change my email address back and it works again.  How can I change it?  (By the way, when I log in, click the question mark at the upper right and click 'Contact Support' (see picture), it asks me to login, which I do, then when I scroll down and click 'Start Now' under 'Contact Us' (see picture), it takes me to another page that asks me to Sign In, and I'm in an endless loop.  So I posted here.

Hi, I am new to Adobe Sign and i am trying to put together a formula as follows: If client checks box, the fee is added to the total field.If client leaves box unchecked, the fee is not added to the total. Does anyone know of a formula that can achieve this? Thanks in adavance!

can I send a document for signing to five individuals at once, instead of one after the other?

Upon opening the adobe sign app on iPad im promted to login, login is sucessful however im redirected to the adobe acobat home page within the add not the adobe sign app, anyone elese have this issue?

I created a template and assigned all the text fields to "Anyone" for filling. I assigned 2 form fillers (user1, user2) while sending the template for signing. User1 filled the form and submitted. User2 was only able to Submit the form but cannot edit any any field. My expectation was User2 should have got the form for editing the values which was entered by User1 because both User1 and User2 roles I had assigned as Form Filler. Is this by design in Adobe Sign that if once the form is submitted by the first participant who is a form filler then even if next participants are form fillers they cannot enter/edit any fields?

I am trying to come up with a routing flow for a template that allows for more than one form filler to edit a field. We regularly have scenerios where an applicant will fill out an application incorrectly and we need to be able to correct it and send it back for signature. This is an example of the flow I attempted... Form Filler  applicant@email.com Form Filler  validator@email.comSigner  applicant@email.comSigner  approver@email.com The problem with this scenerio is once the applicant submits the form as a Form Filler the fields are not enabled for editing. So if corrections are needed we cant do that before asking for signature. Surely there is a way of doing that. I even tried setting conditions on the field to enable the field if Signature 1 is not signed. Doesnt work.We are using the Enterprise version of Adobe Sign.

So, it looks like Adobe "Improved" the layout of the Adobe Acrobat home page.   All I want to do is sent an agreement, using templates I have already created.  I select "request e-signature" > "e-sign templates" and then there are no templates at all.  Where did they go? What am I doing wrong?  I do this on a regular basis, so I am not new to this.  Why do you do this to me Adobe?

Does anyone know how to create a calculation so that i could have a time in at 8:00am and a time out at 5:00pm with an hour lunch and it to come back calculated as 8 hours? I have been trying to creat a calcuation for so long so if anyone has done this before that would be great help!

I am trying to fill in something about a pension i have and when i finish its tells me to sign and agree, but when i finish it keeps saying server error try again.

When requesting a signature, the first step is the Add Signers page.  Requesters add one or more Signer’s email addresses.  Is there a way to prepopulate the email address of the recipient email(s)?  Stated differently, is there is a tag or a way I can have my application add a signer’s email address before the pdf uploads to Adobe?  This way the requester does not have to enter the email address.  Same question for Subject & Message.  Can I add text that prepopulates this field? 

I am creating a Web Form with a template. The template does not have a signature or email form field at the end, but after creating the Web Form, there are extra signature and email fields (shown in picture below). Can someone help with why this is, and how to avoid it?

Hi, I'm creating a template that includes a chart where signers fill in what % they want of their money to go to their beneficiary. There are 5 rows for input, and thus, 5 boxes where a signer can fill in a percentage. I want to make sure that when they're done signing those 5 boxes equal 100(%) - is there a way to do that?

Hello all,Adobe Sign has randomly starting adding an extra signature bar to all of my documents. Specifically, this has happened when I am the prefiller and creatign a signature for someone else.  Upon doing some research, I found it may be because my created signature field is not requred. However, I checked and all my fields are required.  It keeps adding:Signature: Email: Company:  To the bottom of all things I create. Can someone please advise? Thank you.
