Adobe Acrobat Sign

I am creating a web form but I cannot create a "Form fill Role" I dont know if there is any issue or why I have not the opption to be selected. And in Authentication is the same. Based on help docs should be 3 options (None, KBA & Password) but I cannot see anything here

I am trying to sign into Adobe Sign account when I encountered this:"We have encountered an issue due to possible Adobe Id change. Please contact your IT administrator or Adobe support."I can't reset. Changing the passwords does not help either.In order to contact support, I needed to sign in. This is circular and this forum seems to be the only way I can reach anyone in Adobe support.It seems that this issues has been around since 2018. You would've thought it have been fixed by now.

Hello, I send out several documents for signature a week, and about half the time it ends up in a junk folder or spam folder. I've found several other topics with this same issue but the answer is always given through a private message. I would like to make sure my e-mails aren't going to spam for these important legal contracts. Is there a way to change the sender from echosign to a different corporate e-mail domain? If not, is there a way to ensure it's not going to end up in the spam folder?Thanks

To enable "Recipient group" option in Workflow designer, do the following steps:Go to Account tab>Account settings>Send settings and select the Custom Workflow Send check box and save.Go to Workflow designer.Under the Recipient section, double click the "Recipient" field and select the "Mark as recipient group" check  box. What is the difference if I haven't selected the "Mark as receipient group" check box?

When changing the email on my works CC account, I created a new CC account by mistake. I deleted this account but I now can not use my new works email on my works CC account. I have heard it takes upto 30 day for a deleted account to be acknowledged. Is there a way to speed this up?

Dear all, I was trying this same for quite some time and was stuck at this point. Hope some one can help me regarding same My intention is to get the fields set to a template to new document on same location same size.This is possible directly from adobe sign. But i am unable to load just fields from a preset template to a new document, via power automate. Can some one help me with this.. that will be really helpful

Why can I no longer search for documents I know I have that are presumably older than 30 days? They've all disappeared. Why must I input a password into the password protected forms now to view them? The passwords are for the receiving party, not me, and they have not been kept track of. Why does every new "update" render your services completely useless. 

I have a signed document however the Adobe signatures do not show up where intended. 

In my testing - I have found this to be impossible but just checking within the community.If I already have a working template, is there any way to edit that template, to include new pages/documents? Many thanks,Claire L

i would like to send a signed document after 2 or 3 signatures have been signed to another person to sign but this person is differnt each time and i don't know who will be signing it. the only way i've figured out who to do it is print the signed pdf then scan it back in and send out. is there a way to create a blank signature line for anyone to sign?

In Adobe Sign (web form) how do you show a a section containing field labels and fields, based on a selection. As an example if 'Applicant 2' radio button is 'Yes', then show the Applicant 2 column inluding headings, field labels and fields. I have seen this in Acrobat using layers but my understanding is that Adobe Sign flattens the pdf, which would remove the javascript.

I see this message for securing a signature request, "Ensure that before recipients can view or sign the document, they have to verify their identity using one of the following methods: Email, Password, Knowledge Based Authentication (KBA), Phone, Adobe Sign Identity, or Government ID." but only email and password are available choices. How would I enable other forms of security?

Appy Pie connect is an automation platform. We have integrated Adobe Sign into our marketplace. Now facing problem with Adobe Sign Authorisation API. When a user comes in and try to authorise the account it shows different error everytime. What could be done in this case??
