Adobe Acrobat Sign

We have investor templates where the investor needs to complete forms and sign (Participant 1).  I would then like to assign one or more people to be Participant 2 and complete some additional forms and countersign the package.  When sending a document for signature from the library can I add multiple users and drag them all as Participant 2?  I assume that the workflow is complete if anyone completes the form as Participant 2, correct?

Hi, I want to distribute a file to clients to fill in and sign but i want to prefill some of the custom data fields I created such as customer ID number. When uploading the CSV file I receive an upload error.  These are the only 2 in the CSV: _email_es_:signer1:emailCompany_IDabc@gmail.comprefilled testtest|@mail.comprefiled test ID I also have a lot of other data fields in the file but these are not required to be prefilled.already checked the name of the data field and this is correctwhat is missing here?i can't find any clear documentation online to help me out. thanks, Jan

Background: when I send the document through  Adobe EchoSign and it is returned to me I get all the tracking status printed out as part of the document that I received back.Question: Is there any method while the document is out for signature that I can access and print out the tracking information as it stands. In other words I want to find out if the sent document was delivered to his e-mail address?Thanks in advance,Jack

Hi all, We send out a lot of documents to multiple signees. Many times, one signee or the other don't sign on time and it is really difficult to trak where documents are held up. I try with Adobe Sign website where you can see In Progress and Completed documents etc but it does not allow to search by Signees or sort by Signees. Is there another way to quickly track status of each document to know where it is held up? Can I scrap it using Power Query etc?

Hi all,  I could really use some help please.  I created a doccument on Word and uploaded it to Adobe sign and added in the text boxes/tick boxes etc that I needed to as it is a questionnaire. I emailed it using Adobe sign to a user and they received it in the correct format, however in some of the text boxes the font was huge and I need to edit the doccument to make the font smaller as well as add some more questions. However, when I went to do this, it says I cannot edit the doccument as it is encrypted. I did not encrypt the doccument or add a password so I am very confused. I'm sure as you can probably tell technology is not my strong point therefore some support would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks in advance!

As an admin on the Adobe Sign portal, I am trying to edit my and other user's first name and the last name but the form does not shows the First Name and Last Name fields in editable mode. How can we edit these 2 fields? We can edit other fields like Initials, Phone Number, Company and Job Title.

Hi everyone,Is there a way to see uncompleted web forms?  When people fill it out, it sends them an email to confirm their email address.  Can we see the forms that were filled out but did not complete the email verification?  I checked the in progress area, but there's nothing there.Thanks,Eric

I need an option for 6 users under the same email address.  We need to send and receive all documents in one email address. I tried to assign one personal licence and one team license for the same email address and the system create a provisioning conflict.

After creating a signature, name, date, and title field, the software is often (not always) automatically creating a duplicate signature block below these field and there is no way I've found to delete this duplicate block. Any idea why this would happen?

Our agency enters into 100+ contracts a year with a variety of vendors and uses Adobe Sign for this process.  There is a standard base contract that gets used across the board for all vendors, but there are also a handful of other contract amendments that may be needed based on the services being purchased.  All of these documents require a signature or other info to be entered.    I know how to setup templates for the base contract and each amendment, but I'm not finding a way to assemble multiple templates into a single contract to be sent for signature via Adobe Sign.  I do not want to combine add all the same fields on every single contract, nor do I want to send each vendor multiple documents for signature.  How do I combine multiple templates with pre-defined signature and data fields into a single document to send for signature?

I have a webhook set up and a few agreement events selected.  Since it posts to the same endpoint I don't know how to create my json object on my side to accept whatever agreement event is being posted to me.   Is there a layout that I can use to create a large json object from?  I keep getting 400s and I cannot see what Adobe Sign is pushing to my endpoint.  Thank you.

Hi I tried reaching help but they do not support tech help -  I tried to login today and it only loads a white blank screen. Icleared history cache etc to no help. Is anyone else having this issue?

How long is the trial period and what happens at the end of the free trial period if we decide not to sign up? My needs are very basic and I just need to send out forms to collect signatures on a very very infrequent basis. I'm estimating less than 10 documents a month. I read the forums and it seems like there used to be this 5 free documents for signatures request a month? But it's like not working anymore cos I revisited Adobe Sign recently and I was told to upgrade after requesting for a couple of signatures in a test to see how things work.So I'm wondering what are my available options and what happens if I happen to exceed my limits in a given month?It seems hard to reach live support as I keep getting the chatbot. While I am using the adobe api form fields while I am binding the form fields I am unable to bind at the particular x and y axis  point. adobe signatures feature sucks. i just paid for this program thinking it would be easier if i paid but it is still just as messed up. why do i have to make new ids when i am already signed in using my account? its like there are 50 layers of security. then when you go to make the sigantures no way to make multiple. 

I have a question . When I send a document to someone to sign it. And when he finished signing it. His name and date appear below the signature. How can I show only the signature without name and date?

Hi, I have been using Adobe Sign for a while now, as it was included in my CC acount. I now get this error message : Could not send - you are not authorized to send documents for signature.Please contact your account administratorI don't know from where it comes. The only problem I can think of is that I went some month ago for Adobe Entrerprise, but canceled that offer right away as it was not appropriated for me. Perhaps some rights or account settings haven't been reset correctly ? Any help would be appreciated, thanks !Julien

I am working on an integration with adobe sign, where a PDF stored in our system can be uploaded to AdobeSign and sent out for signature. I do not see any API method or documentation explaining how to preview(iframe) the uploaded file to drag-drop the Signature box and add other fields before sending. I am not able to find any information regarding this, Please suggest on this  it will be highly appreciated.

Hello, I can't figure out why the font of my document changes when I upload it to the adaboe sign box.  I cannot find a place to chage this. before I upload: after I upload: Any suggestions on changing the default so it doesn't change what I upload? (I know these are different forms but it happens on everything) 

My boss wants to delegate e-signing authority to me, but would still like to have her name/signature (rather than mine) appear on the completed document.  Without my having to sign in under her account (because I can't anyway, because my company uses multifactor authentication to prohibit this exact situation), is there a way to e-sign as a delegatee but still have the delegator's signature appear on the completed document?
