Adobe Acrobat Sign

Hello, I am struggling since couple fo days to solve simple problem with Adobe Sign Templates. We have to collect the nominee information from our employees in the document and it would be multiple table rows of text Inputs. The total sum of nominee proportion fields should be equals to 100%. Unfortunately there is no way to enable validation on calculated fields. We should stop users to sign and submit the document without  entering the proportion fields sum equal to 100%. Please let me know if anyone have ideas.  

The attached form has a shortened text tag {{$A}}on page 1 that I am receiving the below error message when attempting to process via Adobe Sign workflow.  Cell A88 includes an IF formula to allow the user to toggle back and forth between a workflow version or a print version.  The long text tag also points towards a specific signer number depending on the P.O. form dollar amount. We were able to get this to work on a different form but not on this one.  Please help! I can manually update the Signer for this but would prefer that it is automated.   

I currently generate documents for signing (from MS Word, Excel, etc) using Adobe Sign - I don't have Adobe Pro etc.For some of the detailed documents (the ones from Excel) - when they are opened by a receipient for review and signing, the resolution is too low to be read.If I download a copy of the pdf (from my Adobe Sign dashboard) then it is good quality and can be fully zoomed.Similarly if the receipient signs the documents, then the copy that they can download is also good quality & can be zoomed.I am just wondering if there is a way of getting the pdf at the signing / reviewing stage better quality.Many thanksT

Hello experts, I am wondering in Send in Bulk, when we were recieveing multiple signed PDF files from different signers, is it possible that we can have the returned Signed PDF's file named differently?  for example: [agreement's name]+[signer's name].pdf ? Facing this problem is because it is very not a pleasant to find one specific signed PDF from bunch of PDF shared simular name.  (in the case of using external achieve, you can imagine... ) Looking forward to hear back. Thanks! Hao

I am trying to assign a groupId to an agreement.Below is my JSON, I am using POST /agreements from Adobe Sign REST API Version 6 Methods. My agreement is created but when I GET the agreement by ID no groupId shows up.  

I'm a photographer looking at using my iPad to collect model releases and contact information. How can I have my form interactive and local (not on network) and collect multiple forms for multiple people? Is this possible? 

I have a 1500 KB file that I need to send for signature through adobe acrobat DC pro but every time I try sending it I get a error message "file is to big for account settings". I have looked through the forum and have found other people having similar issues but their files were bigger than 10MB. Can someone help me please?

Good afternoon,Trying to setup a free trial of Adobe Sign. However I setup an account and every time I sign into Adobe Sign I get prompted to vertify my email. I receive the activation link, click on it, copy and paste it etc and it does nothing. I've tried clearing the cache in browsers, igcognito mode, different browsers, but still doesn't allow me access to Adobe Sign, just states vertification needed.I can get into other Adobe products with that account without any verification, just Adobe Sign.Have tried the Adobe support chat etc, but in line with the Community Guidelines, not going to give any further details on that, other than the problem still exists.Anyone had similar or managed to get this resolved?Thanks

I have a 48 page document where one signature is needed on every page.  I'd hate to have this person sign it 48 times.  Is there a way where I can have them sign once and just duplicate the rest of the pages?

As I receive a request from a sender to sign on a PDF, can I sign on the intended field using digital signature instead of an Italic font of my name? I want my signature to look like this:  Instead of this: I've understood that this works under Acrobat's Certificates function. However now I'm exploring the options of having the same digital signature under "Request Signature" option under Adobe sign. I explored Preference > Signatures > Creation & Appearence however could not find relevant settings to change it.  What I want is a digital signature under this option in Adobe Sign. Thanks.

Hi Community,I'm new to Adobe and I need some guidance for setting up hint in a text field. I'm using the text tag "{{*city_es_:signer1:city}}" in a text block and it is working fine but the text block is appearing as a simpe block with no hint appearing inside the block. I want a help/hint text that should appear inside the box and as soon as the user click the box the hint should dissappear from the box.Can someone guide how to achieve this?Regards,Roushan

While making POST request to Agreement endpoint with offline device details in deviceInfo object I am getting the error as  {     "code": "PERMISSION_DENIED",     "message": "Offline Agreement creation is not enabled." } I want to capture the signature of a person when there is no internet available and it will sync with Adobe once the network is available.I am using free developer account.Can someone please let me know that how I can enabled the offline Agreement creation?This feature is available for iOS app but we want it for any OS and want to integrate through API.Thank you.

Hi, I have Adobe for Teams and I am trying to establish a Office 365 tenant connection from SharePoint to Adobe Sign. When connecting I am forwarded to my main account page after logging in. On the second attempt, I get an error "OAuth failed. Please try again." I am an administrator on SharePoint and O365. Are there any other steps that I need to take to get this working? Thank you 

 Hi. Using Power Automate Flow, I read a pdf from a Sharepoint folder, then send the file to Adobe Sign using "Create an agreement from an uploaded document and send for signature" action. When the flow finished running, I can see the file under "Waiting for you". However, when I click on 'Fill' button, nothing happens.At this point, how to proceed to sign the document?Thank you.

Hi, I've an Adobe Sign enterprise license. When an agreement is being signed, the Auditr Report (partial or complete) can be downloaded from the "action" options.  Is there a way to avoid the visibility of this audit report to the signers that are not in my account? Is it a legal requirement that the Audit Report is visible for everybody in the signature process? I know I can disable that the audit report is sent to all users, but they always have the option to download it. Even if the user is not in my account, if they have their own Adobe Sign account they can access to the document and download it. Thanks

Hello, We are using Adobe Sign integration with Salesforce and would like to know if  we can limit the Contacts (list) for recipients, to display only those Contact records associated with the selected Account or Opportunity records(based on AccountId field). If an Opportunity has been added, then the list of Contacts available as the Partners to the Opportunity(field - Partner__c) should also be included. Can we get help on this?    Thanks in advcance.

When trying to create an Agreement from Account Object's related list, from Salesforce Lightning, the corresponding Account Name does not get populated.  Whereas, while trying the same with Salesforce Classic, I am able to see the Account Name gets populated automatically. Can someone clarify why this is happening? I would also like to understand if it is possible to populate the corresponding related Account, when trying to create an agreement for a particular opportunity.  Thanks in advance.

However, if you have tried more than once to create this agreement with the same document, please visit our online support system." I am getting these errors when trying to run a workflow, I contacted support chat and was told there is an active bug for this, can I get more detail on what's going on and when the issue is expected to  be resolved? Thank you.

I need to create some documents to be signed in Adobe Docusign. But I intend to buy only one monthly fee, and after that I may not need to buy more monthly fees because my demand for creating contracts is very low. My question is, even though I no longer pay for Adobe Docusign, my contracts are still safe and secure for the moment I need them? 

We need to add an admin account set-up under the “integration channel” in Adobe which is required for Ariba to work properly. We need this confirmation from Adobe to proceed further. We need this configuration to proceed with a project. Regards

HI, So, I really need to archive completed agreements, ideally it would be great to be able to Arcive them to Dropbox, but I cant find a way to do that. But... there is also an Archive in Megasign itself, but I cant find any option to send any agreement to the Archive in Megasign either? Seriously, I have something like 250 signed agreements and need to be able to archive them, I've tried hunting help topics, and asking Adobe themselves, still nothing! Any help and advice appreciated! 

Hello, I am trying to create customised PDF with a specific Location for the Signature Boxes. In V6 the way to do this changed. But following the article it's impossible to make this happend. The default Signature Block always appears at the end of the document. No matter what location I set. https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/kb/formfields-option-is-not-available-in-v6-of-rest-api-adobe-sign.html Transient Document ID is valid.State is Authoring.contentType is SIGNATURE_BLOCK.inputType is SIGNATURE. But Signature Block always appears at the end of the PDF no matter what I set in Location.

We have been utilizing adobe sign to have multiple documents signed at the same time and when it was completed, we would receive an email with each individual signed document as a separate PDF. As of today we are getting each document combined at 1 PDF which we are unable to use. Is there a setting to go back to how it was before?

Hi,I got an issue with the verification email. After signed up with Adobe Sign (from the link my employer sent me to fill out paper work), I received the verification email with activation link. But when I clicked on the link, they brought me back to the "Verification Require" page. I also clicked "Resend Verification Email" and it did the same. Do I have to do anything before I can access to adobe sign?
