Hello Adobe Sign community,Hope that everything is well with you!I have many cases with the following Adobe Sign issue: errorMessage:2021-07-07T20:32:12.864Z 52e1a6fd-bcff-4279-aec9-c64a7d74ccbc Task timed out after 15.02 secondsThis issue did not finish my workflow process.Any advice is important for us.Hugo
The main page of "Request Signature" currently nicely defaults the Agreement Name into the subject line when I drag-drop the file(s) I want to have signed and nicely updates the default "Please review and complete this document." text in the body. I would also like to have the boy of this Message default my standard corporate email signature block (e.g., my name, title, company name, contact info, etc.) like with a new email in a regular email client (e.g., Outlook, etc.). I've searched high and low in the help files and the forums, but nothing that seems to provide instruction on this (if it is even an option within Adobe Sign). Thanks
Hello! I'm trying to create a template in Adobe Sign that will allow us to send a self-review to an employee, and performance review to the manager, then be approved by the department head. It seemed simple, but...The employee section needs to be signed after the manager provides their input, and the employee cannot see the managers until the review happens. Is there a way to:1. Have the employee fill in their self-review2. Manager then fill in the performance review3. Review Happens4. Both sign/comment5. Dept head approve? Would this be done in a workflow? Would I have to create two different documents?
Hi, I'm trying to set up integration with Adobe Sign in our SharePoint 2016 on prem environment. The installation has worked so far and I have also added the "Integration Key". If a user now click on "Send for Signature" then an error message "Sorry, something went wrong" is displayed. In the SharePoint Log I found the following entries: Executing POST https://api.eu1.echosign.com//api/rest/v5//usersAdobe Sign Api Response{ code: USER_ALREADY_EXISTS message: A user with the specified email already exists } Can someone tell me what I did wrong with the configuration? Thanks for the help in advance 🙂
We currently have a department that issues documents to be digitally signed through Adobe Sign. Some signers have Adobe Sign license through their personal email/account.We would like to restrict their access and sign these documents through their work email address.According to the below article it seems that it is possible (unless I misunderstood):https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/using/admin-guide.html#brWelcometoAdobeSign My questions are:Is it possible? The article wasn't very clear to me.If possible, which type of license do I need to have?If possible, would we be required to purchase Adobe Sign licenses for all users (who will be signing)?
Hi All I have changed my company name in every place I can find But when a document gets signed... it emails the customer with MY OLD company name... and I can't find where to change it Can anyone help?
HiI was wanting to know if it is possible to send a link to a document that requires a signature to include in an email instead of having the automatic email that goes out from Adobe as says: xxxx requests your signature. I send out quotes to clients who have requested finance consultancy and I would prefer to email them with the details on the quote rather than it go out and automatically ask for a signature before they have read the quote. I would prefer to email them with the quote and say 'if you would like to go ahead with this quote please click here to sign.....' ThanksLeigh
I created an account via invitation of my company. I choose a passwort - everything fine. After logout, I want to login again. I typ my mail adress and when I switch to the passwort field, he automaticly redirects me to the microsoft login page. Why - I don't want this, because the microsoft login is corrupted and doesn't work. How can I login with my adobe password? To ask this question, I have to create another accout, because I no login is possible.

We have two individuals, because of changing roles in the organization, have been deactivated in Adobe Sign. Whenever they receive a request to sign a document from outside the organization and click on the link embedded in the email, they are asked to log into Adobe Sign, but cannot because their account is inactive. Their names show up on the inactive list, can I get them off the inactive list or should I take another approach.

I read that I needed to format my fields in adobe sign instead of adobe acrobat dc. So I tried that and now I can't retrieve the updated form as fillable out of adobe sign. Is there a way to keep the integrity of the formatting with switching between the programs? Also, best way to date sign a document when doing an electronic signature?
When I create a word document with several checkboxes in a vertical line underneath each other, Adobe Sign turns them into Radio Buttons instead of checkboxes when I use the automatic field detection function. If the checkboxes are placed randomly somewhere in the word document, then Adobe Sign DOES autodetect them as checkboxes.I want it to do this always! Can this be fixed? (BTW Using tags in the word template is not the solution work for me, because I use a nice background for my templates and the tags don't come out transparent in Adobe Sign but come with a white backgroundm which makes it look ugly)Who can help?
I'm following the directions on this page: Prefill Agreement fields before sending but when I go to "get a document signed the Preview & Add Signature Fields check box does not appear at all. I am using the free trial version, but it doesn't seem like that should matter. How am I supposed to properly gauge if the product meets my needs if I don't have access to all the features?! Help!
When I "add me" to the list of recipiants the "Myself" e-address is an old one that is no longer in use. I've deleted that address from my Adobe Account and changed it to my present e-address, but it still comes up as the old one. Very frustrating. How do I get it changed in AdobeSign? [Question moved to the Adobe Sign forum]
I pay monthly for Lightroom and Photoshop, how much more will Adobe sign cost? Thanks!

What do I need to use the Adobe Sign Integration in Microsoft SharePoint? I do have a Enterprice & Team Licencse but when I try to connect the Adobe Sign App in Share Point with my Admin Log in it doesn't work.
I've received a signed .pdf as an email attachment issued from Adobe sign. I was able to open the .pdf without being asked for a password or to install any certificates. When I check the document security, the 'Document Open Password' field is set to 'No'. I'm concerned that anybody who access to the.pdf would be able to Open and read it. This could include anybody who is able to access any of the mail servers used in the transmission of the emal. Am I being over paranoid ?
I hope you can help me. We are facing the following scenario:X wants to send a file to be signed by Y.X doesn't know who Y is nor their email adress. But X knows Z, who does know who Y is.We would need X to set the file, so Z can send it to Y to sign it. Once signed, X should receive back the copy of the signed file. Is it possible to do so using Adobe Sign?More details in the attached image
