Adobe Acrobat Sign

How do I correct mistakes in a document sent to me for e-signing?

I have set up a template in Adobe Sign, but now want to edit not just the fields, but the underlying content of the template. As I don't have the original document that was uploaded to create the template, can I download an editable version from Adobe Sign? The two 'download PDF' options in Adobe Sign provide a PDF which is certified by Adobe Sign and so cannot be edited. Is there another solution? (The same issue arises with a web form.)

Does anyone use PDF attachments with AdobeSign? We really want to sign a PDF with multiple PDFs attached inside instead of adding them in-line (one after the other) in one document. When I submit a document with attachments to AdobeSign, all the attachments disappear.

Good day, I need my form fillers to have the option of attaching their signatures to a document as opposed to just been restricted to drawing signatures. The webform recipients have multiple options (draw, image & mobile) of adding signatures. How do i ensure the options of recipients are extended to the form fillers?Please help   

I am the administrator of a couple of organizations with many adobe acrobat licenses. For some reason my user account is unable to sign any documents sent to me for signature. When I attempt to sign them it says that my account has been deactivated. I am the administrator on the account so there is no way for me to reactivate my own account.I have an acrobat license but do not have an Adobe Sign membership. I am simply trying to sign documents sent to me. I have been in contact with adobe support via phone and chat for multiple hours without anyone understanding my very simple issue.

I have an Adobe Acrobat DC account which includes AdobeSign.  Where can I find the option to enable audit trail reports when verifying a transaction ID?  

All of our forms are showing the following error, when we attempt to use the "Get Code" function in our website. This agreement is no longer accessible for signature. I am sending out an AdobeSign template that has a name field, text field, signature field, and date fields. I have sent it out to multiple signers, although one signer is unable to populate the name field. It is showing up as blank, but there is a name field included in the template. How do I resolve this issue? Thank you!

Can we have a membership that can be use from 2 computers at the time ? I work from home, but the business I work for needs it too. Thank you. 

Hi! In the Mobile Adobe Sign App, I'm missing the Preview option when I request a signature in person. the result is that I'm always referred to the document preview itself whereI have to manually add the signature field. I'd rather avoid this step and have the signature automatically added at the end of the document. How do I reset this option? Is this linked to my type of account?  Kind regards,Annelies

when I apply my sign on the document, date information is not created below like attached picture. How can I resolve it?

HI all, currently i am manage to create report for Adobe sign transaction.report create based on individual user transaction/sending the doc because we need to backcharge to each department.when i calculation total individual user the amount not tally with amount that i create for all user. what this happen?please advice Total Individual report 4258 and total all report 4815

Why can I sign a pdf that was forward to me by that person, and then I can sign it with that person's signature?  This doesn't seem secure to me.  As well in the audit report, it doesn't show anything except that it was signed by the original recipient.Thank you.

Bonjour, Nous recontrons une problématique, lorsque nous envoyons un mail à xxx@neuf.fr ou xxx@outlook.com, par moment les mails ne partent pas "ne peut être remis". Cause erreur d'adresse mail, or quelques jours avant nous avons envoyé à la même adresse sans aucun probléme. Ce qui est bizarre c'est que par moment cela fonctionne. Merci d'éclairer ce point. Cordialement

I cant open my pdfs. It suddenly stopped giving me access. then I mistakenly put in my private email instead of my uni or business one and now it doesn't give me an option to change accounts just prompts me to pay for it all over again. I have two accounts, one for University and a business one but put in the wrong email and now nothing works. 

When using Acrobat Pro DC (continuous release) and trying to send for signature, I get the following error "Could not Send. An error has occurred. Please try again". When I try again, I get the same error. This is a consistent and ongoing error for me. Please advise.

I am trying to configure a proxy URL in the webhook. I've validated through the browser/postman that it responds with 200 OK and with the client-id in the header and in the body in the required format.  The proxy through which the webhook hits the API checks incoming request certificates through a CN check. Does anyone know if the webhook notification sends any certificate in the request if we do not explicitly set one through the PKCS#12 uploader in the security settings? If so, what would be the CN associated with the request?

I have a few users in my company that keep trying to send a .pdf out of Adobe Fill & Sign, and they get an error message saying The message failed to send, your mail server's send quota has been exceeded.  please contact your mail admin or try sending from a different mail account. Please explain and is there a resolution?  My users can't use a different mail account.  We are on Office 365 with company owned devices and a personal email account on the device is not allowed.  

Hi,We recently sent out a form to be completed by few applicants. Most users did not have any problem completing it. However few users are able to complete the form but not able to submit. It always says 1 field remaining and points to the signature fiels though they have signed it. Can someone please help me with this.Many Thanks.

Just starting out with Adobe Sign.  I'd like to make the pdf read only other than the signature.  Currently users can manipulate all parts of it.  Is this easily done?

How do I delete my account I can sign out but idk how to delete it fully. pls help.

For about the last month when I try to download a completed form from my email it opens in Acrobat Reader and when I click on save as I get the pop-up below. Anyone know why this has started happening and how to fix it? 

We are using Adobe Acrobat DC Pro to create and sign documents. In one document one of the signees get an error: At lest one signature is Invalid. The document is signed by the first signee, the second signee gets this error.  Not sure where to look for this error.. /frode

Hi,I am using Adobe Sign in Dynamics 365. On Agreement Entity, while doing Edit Document (which opens Attached file in Edit Document Tab), I need to add some paragraphs based on Template Type/Case Type. How can i do that?Also I need to review the final document with proper text value when i am using Formula field. Is it possible? Currently on Edit Document screen, it is displaying Formula Field, but i need to see actual value before sending the document. Is it possibe?
