Adobe Acrobat Sign

We'd like all agreement emails to be "distributed" from the same email address and replace the user's name with the company name. Is there a way to do this without a cutomization fee? For example, all agreement will be emailed from sign@company.edu vs the business analyst email that setup the workflow in PowerAutomate. 

Greetings - hoping someone can offer assistance. I've uploaded an Adobe Portfolio document for signature, and when the receiver opens the email in order to sign, they get a message telling them they need to have "Adobe X or Adobe Reader or Later", which is happening on computers that already have Adobe Reader or Adobe XI installed. Attempting to install (again) from the link appearing via Sign ends up with a message that says 'you already have a newer version installed'. Appreciating any feedback - Jennifer

Is there a way to organize templates into folders? We have a lot of templates and it would be helpful if they could be organized into sections so that they are easier to locate and correspond to the sections of our files.  I only have group admin status, which might limit my options somewhat.

HI Team, I have subscribed for 30 day trail and i am trying to setup Adobe sign for my dynamics365 instance, I have successfully installed solution, Generated Integration key and updated it. I have followed below link to set up the configuration https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/using/microsoft-dynamics-integration-installation-guide.html#Config In the document in one of the steps it mentions to Add the Adobe Sign connector to your Power Automate list of connectors: then try to find the template "Update Dynamics Agreement record on agreement state change in Adobe Sign". I have searched but i dont find this template, Has anything changed in the configuration process, or template has been updated with some other name.Please let me know how to proceed further to complete the setup. Thanks in AdvanceRaghu  

I cannot login to adobe sign after changing password.I tried to log in when I was trying to solve a problem:I have a subscription to acrobat pro dc that is supposed to include adobe sign. Adobe pro is working fine but I cannot send documents.When I try to send a document, all I get is this message saying: Cannot send, an error occurred, try again.This message is totally useless.. What went wrong, why??  Would be helpfull to include some information..Please solve my problem, my adobe ID = Removed by Host

Hi,After selecting "Send for Signature" for a Word document and clicking "CONTINUE" a blank screen opens up and nothing happens. Normally this screen displays the Word docx in PDF format and allows for adding signatures. Several Windows 10 users in our company report the same problem with the Adobe Sign Addin for Word. What's up Adobe?  This has been happening (or not happening) for weeks now.

Getting a bound back in adobe sign.Item was signed however it is saying items are being bounced back Email filter does not show any blocked emails

I am looking at implementing Adobe Sign however during testing we noticed that when the documents are signed the copy paste protection is removed. Is there a way around this? We need to prevent copy-pasting from the pdf but still need the text to be searchable so converting it to an image and then back to a pdf isn't an option. Thanks

Hi guys. I am sking for your support on changing the display name for all Adobe Sign messages requests. Presently all the email sign requests show display name UD UD, which of course can be easily ignored by the recepient. And yes, I have fully updated my name in the profile. Who can have a look into this? Please check attached picture.  

Hi, I am building C# MVC web site which going to create document at the end and need to sign from end user. When I am start accessing Adobe APIs it required code retrieve first before retrieving access toke (refer: https://www.adobe.io/apis/documentcloud/sign/docs/#!adobedocs/adobe-sign/master/gstarted/get_access_token.md). Article mentioned it requesting allow access page and user should be sign in to adobe to get codes. Our end users does not have adobe account and we should generate that code with our adobe user id which authenticate through the API. When I am searching for such function seems it is not possible at the moment, is there way to do that?  Thanks

Sorry in advance for the rookie question but I'm aware on how to add SIGNATURE lines...no issue.  I did have an issue creating INITIALS that I placed on my contract.  I wanted to highlight saftey issues by requiring my signer to INITIAL important points.  I tried the CHECKBOX option but that didn't quite work out.How to I create the INITIAL field ?  Much thanks for being patient with a paid newbie

My accountant sends mails with adobe sign. But the last two times the email gets bounced. So i created a test account. And indeed an email to my adress gets bounced. To my gmail adress it works.I added the adobe sign email adress to my whitelist. But it still doesn't work.Can you help to find the problem?Because i have a trial account i can't reach support about this. Tonne Kooiman

I know we are perilously late on this upgrade but I was just finishing (I thought) upgrading our system from SOAP to REST, but as I tested on some production data I came to a realization that the documentKeys we have saved from SOAP do not match the agreement IDs that exist in REST.  As such, right now, we can't access old documents through the API because we only have the old document keys saved. I tried downloading all our agreements through the new API and then linking them in our data based on the name, but there seems to a maximum number of 10000 agreements that can be downloaded in one GET, and since we have more than that, this did not work. I am not sure what needs to be done to link an old SOAP documentKey to a a REST agreementID so we can continue accessing our agreements in the new system. Any advice on this matter would be appreciated. Hi everyone, The lines and boxes for filling out are sometimes and sometimes not detected by Adobe Sign. I then have to select them manually, enlarging the edges of the signature box so that it matches the lines. Since I send out a lot of documents (of the same format) it would be great to get a better understanding on how the detection works. Thanks for your kind help.Ilse

I need her to click the upload file button to attach the necessary file to that document before she can submit it. Adobe Tech Team, please help me on this as I keep on trying adobe sign and acrobat features, but failed. Thanks for the help.

I would like to disable a field using a radio button condition but there isn't. I can disable only text fields. ADOBE, could you help us?

I'm using a paid version of Adobe Sign.  When the client signs the docs the blue bar, date & time appear (which is good) but no Signature Panel ever appears at the top of the signed page or on the Audit Report.  I've reviewed all of my Account Settings but nothing changes.  I need the Signature Panel for my docs to be compliant with the authorities (financial services industry).  Here's hoping for a result......I'm at my wits end.

In AdobeSign (EchoSign) when I am attempting to send for signatures, at the point where I am placing fields for signatures, or even just typing a note into the message box, suddenly the screen disappears and I get the rolling ball and the message, "Loading Adobe Sign." This does not recover and I lose all of my work. This occurs in ALL browsers. I have reached out to Adobe again and again for help. I have not been able to resolve this issue for months now and am ready to cancel.  Online support says:"Hello Jennifer, I'll be happy to assist you I see that you had Adobe Sign which is cancelled now and you have an active subscription for Adobe Export PDF."I don't want to export to pdf's! I want to send for siganture! They keep taking my money monthly. What's the deal? TIA!
