Adobe Acrobat Sign

My accountant sends mails with adobe sign. But the last two times the email gets bounced. So i created a test account. And indeed an email to my adress gets bounced. To my gmail adress it works.I added the adobe sign email adress to my whitelist. But it still doesn't work.Can you help to find the problem?Because i have a trial account i can't reach support about this. Tonne Kooiman

I know we are perilously late on this upgrade but I was just finishing (I thought) upgrading our system from SOAP to REST, but as I tested on some production data I came to a realization that the documentKeys we have saved from SOAP do not match the agreement IDs that exist in REST.  As such, right now, we can't access old documents through the API because we only have the old document keys saved. I tried downloading all our agreements through the new API and then linking them in our data based on the name, but there seems to a maximum number of 10000 agreements that can be downloaded in one GET, and since we have more than that, this did not work. I am not sure what needs to be done to link an old SOAP documentKey to a a REST agreementID so we can continue accessing our agreements in the new system. Any advice on this matter would be appreciated. Hi everyone, The lines and boxes for filling out are sometimes and sometimes not detected by Adobe Sign. I then have to select them manually, enlarging the edges of the signature box so that it matches the lines. Since I send out a lot of documents (of the same format) it would be great to get a better understanding on how the detection works. Thanks for your kind help.Ilse

Hello,I didn't get a clear answer on this. When I sent a document for signature to someone. I need her to click the upload file button to attach the necessary file to that document before she can submit it. Adobe Tech Team, please help me on this as I keep on trying adobe sign and acrobat features, but failed. Thanks for the help.

I would like to disable a field using a radio button condition but there isn't. I can disable only text fields. ADOBE, could you help us?

I'm using a paid version of Adobe Sign.  When the client signs the docs the blue bar, date & time appear (which is good) but no Signature Panel ever appears at the top of the signed page or on the Audit Report.  I've reviewed all of my Account Settings but nothing changes.  I need the Signature Panel for my docs to be compliant with the authorities (financial services industry).  Here's hoping for a result......I'm at my wits end.

Hello,I have a customer that is using  the Adobe Sign API to send a document to sign, but they want to sign the document automatically without the action of the user. Exists a way to do this in the API? If not, what we need to do to resolve this requirement of the customer?Thanks

In AdobeSign (EchoSign) when I am attempting to send for signatures, at the point where I am placing fields for signatures, or even just typing a note into the message box, suddenly the screen disappears and I get the rolling ball and the message, "Loading Adobe Sign." This does not recover and I lose all of my work. This occurs in ALL browsers. I have reached out to Adobe again and again for help. I have not been able to resolve this issue for months now and am ready to cancel.  Online support says:"Hello Jennifer, I'll be happy to assist you I see that you had Adobe Sign which is cancelled now and you have an active subscription for Adobe Export PDF."I don't want to export to pdf's! I want to send for siganture! They keep taking my money monthly. What's the deal? TIA!

When sending out a document for signatures, my Adobe Sign Document History has Pacific time zone, how do i change it to Eastern time zone?

Hi All,I tried to find the answer to this but was not able to do so. I created a flow in power automate to grab sharepoint list data to populate an existing library template. Using the Adobe Sign interface, I can add additional files to an agreement and still use the template. I can't seem to find how to do this same function via the flow without merging all documents first before uploading onto adobe sign but then I'm unable to use the existing template. So, is it possible to somehow create an agreement using a template but then also append additional documents? I'm trying to use the template similiarly to a cover sheet and this is where allof the signatures are recorded.Thank you.

Hi, I have been sending around 2-5 documents per day to be signed to my signer, and she is having an error where she will sign all of them, but I will only receive signatures on about 90% of the documents signed. I would say 1 in every 10 documents do not come back signed –> I remind her –> she tells me she has already signed it –> I have to send again –> she has to sign again. Is there any way to prevent/fix this problem in the future? Thank you!

I sent a document to be signed by multiple parties, and copied several other recipients. One of the email addresses I was given was incorrect, and now some random person has been copied on the email & received a copy of the document. I'm assuming he will also receive any reminder emails, as well as a final copy once it is signed by all parties. I know how to replace a signer on a document, but how can I remove an email address that was CC'ed? This has to be an option!

With Adobe Sign plus the payment (Braintree) integration for contarcts, is it possible to link two (or more) bank accounts in the system so that I can choose which bank account to collect each payment to? Hello I am unable to login with my Adobe Sign Account, and when I try to reset my password, I get an e-mail that says my account has been deactivated and that I need to contact my Adobe Sign account admin for assistance. No idea who that is, or how to contact them. Any ideas? Kind Regards

In  OAuth flow there will be an endpoint like 'oauth/userinfo' which fetches the user information who has authorized his/her account. Looking for similar API for Adobe Sign. As Adobe Sign accounts can have multiple users, how can we know which user has authorized his/her Adobe Sign account ?

Hello!I'm working on using conditional display options with a form I'm developing. In the below picture, the middle row of fields (that are showing as greyed out) are each set with the condition:show if KeyName1 =/= [blank]I expected these fields to be completely invisible. Instead, they are still showing but greyed out. Is this an issue? Or is this just how the conditional display is intended to work? I'd like to find a way to make them totally disappear.
