Adobe Acrobat Sign

Hi, I need to make a few of the exact same Web Forms but just with different co-signers, the Web forms are fairly complex and take about an hour to set up. Essentially I just need to have the exact same form, just with different cosigners attached, currently there is no way to copy the form and paste it. There must be a way more efficient way than to waste 20 hours making the same web form again and again and just changing the cosigners right?

Trouble with eSign service...not saving signature so it can send back to the person that requested it.

How long are the e-signed documents kept/how long are they retained in the "documents" section?

I share documents in a group. Does Adobe sign allow me to view a documents progress that is shared in group if Im not included on the document

I have a doc that shows completed on the web with pc access but the iphone still shows waiting and will not let you sign. i have tried unistalling several times.

Adobe your customer service is an absolute joke and I have no idea how any of you have jobs. I can't believe that there is nobody at Adobe who cares at all about their product and who doesn't want to make money. You should be embarassed everytime you cash your paycheck because you don't deserve it. The treatment I received today is beyond my comprehension. You are the absolute worst! I don't need to talk to someone who is a sarcastic a-h0le and who needs to be a jerk because they hate their life when I just call in and ask a simple question to a major problem that I have with Adobe Sign. I have no idea how an employee can when asked a question to a major dilemna he is having with your product for this agent to respond in a sarcastic way and then try and make me feel dumb and like an idiot for doing this because I didn't understand how the document was set up. I received an email from my credit card company asking me to sign and submit a document that they wanted to verify my information with the IRS. The agent with Discover was walking me through the process and he told me to click the button "click and sign" but when I did that, it automatically submitted the form and sent it off somewhere. I thought I was just signing it because he told me that I needed to print it out and then upload it to their website. I was not authorizing the IRS to release my information. Discover was no help and told me there was nothing that can be done. Is there someway to cancel this? They tricked me into signing it and I didn't want to do that. I've never in my life seen a form where sign and submit was one step. Every other time you get a chance to review the information and then you can send it. This auto did it and I hadn't read everything and was trying to better understand what it was that they are wanting me to verify. The email was from echosign and

My signature file contains two signatures (mine and my manager's, for some reason), so I can't use it as-is to sign a document.  I have to clear the signature and type in a new one every time.  How can I fix the file so it contains only my signature?  I don't see a Save link when I type in the correct signature.  Wish I did....

Dear All,I want to send a document to two people for entering data and signing off, but I want to make sure that everything looks fine before the document is send to person 2.Do you know how I can add an intermediate review step in Adobe Sign?What I tried:-adding a check box. I'm using Salesforce for Adobe Sign and need to create templates that use text tags to create radio buttons but I need to render them horizontally not vertically. I can't find any reference in the documentation saying this is possible. 

What is the file size limit to send for signatures?

I am able to send documents from BOX. But when I send them, it also saves an audit file to the BOX folder. I have disabled the "Save Audit File" in the global settings for Adobe Sign, which has stopped the audit file from saving with the file in Adobe Sign, but the audit file is still saved to the BOX folder for documents sent from BOX folders. How to I disable the audit file from saving to the BOX folder when I send from BOX?

Hello, Is there a way to only require a signature if a particular drop down is selected?  I only want a signature if someone selects a particular drop down selection.

I work for a law firm in the UK and am wondering if Adobe Sign has a certain feature. When someone wants to instruct us to use our conveyancing service, we send out a 'pack' of forms that the client needs to fill in and sign (multiple signatures) - including bank information, personal details etc etc. When they send these back to us all signed, some of the forms in this pack need to be sent to estate agents or other solicitors. Our ideal situation is as follows -  1. We send out a pack full of these fillable forms in one email (request signature from the client).2. Client signs where required and fills all the necessary information in, all in one go with all forms together on one PDF, and sends it back to us.3. Instead of it returning all together in the pack, we would prefer it to send back to us with all the forms seperated as attachment in an email to us. As this makes it very easy for my colleagues to send some of these forms on to third parties. We co

My company sends legal documents to our clients to sign using Adobe Sign. We then file the signed documents with government agencies via e-mail. We would like the agencies to send a copy of the document back to us with a digital stamp on it, showing the date received. Can Adobe Sign be configured to allow digital stamps like that?

In my department at work I have been tasked with creating digital signatures for multiple users.  Is there a way for them to change the password on the signature after I've installed it on their systems?  I set it to be a generic password and then they are required to change it to a personal unique one.  I just wonder if it's possible to change the password once they have set it up on their computer. 

Hi all, using Adobe Sign I would like to create a form that is signed by three people. I can't define the people in advance (so I can't associate the role 'signer 1/2/3' with concrete user). Is there a possibility to implement the following idea using 'Signer 1' as an example?At the beginning of the form is inserted field, in which 'signer 1' enters his mail address manually. From this field the form takes the email address for signer 1, and assigns the role of 'signer 1' accordingly. Now this person can automatically edit only the fields assigned to 'Signer 1'. I am looking forward to your answers 🙂 

I am needing to know if there is a way to send a large document to one individual signer first, lets say yearly contracts for example, to be signed and then split into individual documents to be sent to the individual signers, or employees in this example, to finish their portion of the signing.  So what I am needing is:- One large document sent to head of business for him to sign all the contracts at once (rather than him having to click through 50+ documents to sign individually on his account)- Documents then split according to the employee they go to and sending to those individual employees. I am hoping there is a way to do this to take a little of the workload off the initial signer.

The page below seems to describe how to combine multiple documents into a single doc for signing, but still return separated files rather than a single combined file in the end. https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/kb/split-up-a-signed-document.html However, the instructions appear to apply to admins only, and seem to apply globally to all accounts. How can I, as a user, achieve the same thing for my account only without having to convince an admin to make this change to the system for everyone? Thanks DWT

When sending document for signature it tells me request must be made from correct api access point?? Help how do I change this

we have a training log that needs to be initialed each time training is accomplished.  Is there a way to have a runnin g document that we can send out each time the person completes training and they can initial the new line but the old signatures are still there?  Check out the docuement.

Long story short, I have a few different groups of MegaSign agreements that need to go out at the same time.Is there a way to use my templates and get a MegaSign set up and ready to send but NOT send it right away? Can I delay to a specific time or wait until later to click Send?  

Recipient has a valid email address but esign cannot deliver. Have verified with the recipient and tried a test email which works.
