One of my favorite features of Docusign is that you can send multiple documents out at one time and receive them all back as both one combined file and separate files. We can't seem to find out how to do this with Adobe Sign and assume it's not yet possible. Has anyone else been able to do this? We'd love to find out how or find out how to submit the idea to become a new feature. I really don't want to send five emails out but we need our estimates, service agreements, and other documents saved separately.
As most of us read many books or articles through pdf or adobe reader, we find some difficult word and we have to search in the net or in another source to find its meaning, it will be good if we have synonym dictionary in pdf, it helps users to get the meaning for the required word their itself rather than navigating to another source to find it, this can be added as an inbuilt option to provide alternative terms.
I am looking at the different plans and I saw this column on their plan table (Signers/ Transaction). Does this limit refer to the amount of people you can have sign a docuemnt that you send out? For example, if your a youtuber who sends out consent and release forms to people allowing you to interview them, you can have hundreds of people you need to sign per year. The highest number I saw in the Signers/ Transaction colum was 25 for buissness and just 10 for indivdual. Does this mean you can only have that many unique people sign a docuemnt u send out per year? [Question moved to the Adobe Sign forum by moderator]
I have been getting error messages all day today. I tried tech support and they were 100% unhelpful. My password works just fine. I can get on the site. I only use Adobe Sign on the web, not via a progam. I have gotten the following two error messages today, consistently (AFTER deleting cache and all cookies from my computer): Error Message #1:We encountered an error while processing your request. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please reload the page and try again. If you continue to encounter this error contact our customer support. Error Message #2:"Draft is not accessible due to updated account settings. click OK to compose a new one". When I click OK, I get the 2nd error message posted above. Again. I was on with tech support for almost 2 hours and they sent me here.
As stated in the post below signature types can be enabed or disabled for documents. However, this is not true for individual users or documents, only applicable on a company-wide basis for someone with administrative access. Non-administrators need the ability to disable signature types for individual documents. This is essential in banking industry where signature cards must be written not typed, but most other documents can use typed signatures. Can this capability be enabled at the individual user level? Hi,I got "Adobe Acrobat PDF Pack" license and I am trying to follow the API documentation, but I cannot see the "Account" menu on the top menu to create an API application. Thanks,Bashir
Hi, I am facing issue while using the REST API for uploading Transient documents. It works well with using POSTMAN tool but not from a web page. I am trying to POST a form data using AJAX/JS/HTML, it throws error one after the other. Errors :Would you please help me out? Is someone facing the same issue. Thanks,Karthic.R
When adding signers I can type their name or even part of it and the email will appear making it easy to add them while others I must type part or all the email address. Why is that? Where are my signers name and email stored if anywhere or where is that look up feature pulling from so I can associate a name with an email? It is so much easier to just type a name (or part of it) and have the email appear.
The server keeps giving me an error message when trying to upload a document for Adobe Sign. I have multiple tempates already and this one won't work. I tried other documents - nothing can be uploaded?

I am seeking information on what happens when a signer in the work flow, forwards the adobe sign email to the next person in the workflow without actually going into the document to sign it? Does forwarding the email result in an automatic signature by that person?
In the past, I had a paid Adobe Acrobat Pro DC account, but I canceled it. Since then, if someone sends me a document to sign using Adobe Sign, I cannot access the document because I get the attached error message. I've spent almost three hours with Chat support with several Adobe agents, and no one can figure out how to fix it. I am the admin for my Adobe account, but that doesn't seem to matter. Some Adobe support agents said to purchase a new Adobe subscription, but I shouldn't have to do that to sign a document sent to me by an Adobe Sign user, right?
The UI of the Adobe Sign features lots of motion and fading, which makes me ill. Is there a way to turn on a "high contrast" or accessible mode which does not make me ill?
I'm a photographer and want to use Adobe Sign with an iPad and pen to have my clients sign a consent release while there- not sending the doc after the shoot. Can I do that using Adobe Sign or using another Adobe application?
I sent a document to be signed by a party. They e signed it and returned but the file is locked so I can't attach it to a bigger file. I can't print a pdf with it either. How do I disable the lock so this does not happen again. There is really no benefit of this if we have to print it, scan it to be able to attach to the larger file every time. How can we avoid doing all the extra work?
Hi, I need to make a few of the exact same Web Forms but just with different co-signers, the Web forms are fairly complex and take about an hour to set up. Essentially I just need to have the exact same form, just with different cosigners attached, currently there is no way to copy the form and paste it. There must be a way more efficient way than to waste 20 hours making the same web form again and again and just changing the cosigners right?
Trouble with eSign service...not saving signature so it can send back to the person that requested it.
How long are the e-signed documents kept/how long are they retained in the "documents" section?
I share documents in a group. Does Adobe sign allow me to view a documents progress that is shared in group if Im not included on the document
I have a doc that shows completed on the web with pc access but the iphone still shows waiting and will not let you sign. i have tried unistalling several times.
Can't log into adobe sign..it says we enountered an error while processing your request???
Adobe your customer service is an absolute joke and I have no idea how any of you have jobs. I can't believe that there is nobody at Adobe who cares at all about their product and who doesn't want to make money. You should be embarassed everytime you cash your paycheck because you don't deserve it. The treatment I received today is beyond my comprehension. You are the absolute worst! I don't need to talk to someone who is a sarcastic a-h0le and who needs to be a jerk because they hate their life when I just call in and ask a simple question to a major problem that I have with Adobe Sign. I have no idea how an employee can when asked a question to a major dilemna he is having with your product for this agent to respond in a sarcastic way and then try and make me feel dumb and like an idiot for doing this because I didn't understand how the document was set up. I have never received such horrific service in my life. When I called back to complain about this person, the next person "Dave"
I received an email from my credit card company asking me to sign and submit a document that they wanted to verify my information with the IRS. The agent with Discover was walking me through the process and he told me to click the button "click and sign" but when I did that, it automatically submitted the form and sent it off somewhere. I thought I was just signing it because he told me that I needed to print it out and then upload it to their website. I was not authorizing the IRS to release my information. Discover was no help and told me there was nothing that can be done. Is there someway to cancel this? They tricked me into signing it and I didn't want to do that. I've never in my life seen a form where sign and submit was one step. Every other time you get a chance to review the information and then you can send it. This auto did it and I hadn't read everything and was trying to better understand what it was that they are wanting me to verify. The email was from echosign and
My signature file contains two signatures (mine and my manager's, for some reason), so I can't use it as-is to sign a document. I have to clear the signature and type in a new one every time. How can I fix the file so it contains only my signature? I don't see a Save link when I type in the correct signature. Wish I did....
Dear All,I want to send a document to two people for entering data and signing off, but I want to make sure that everything looks fine before the document is send to person 2.Do you know how I can add an intermediate review step in Adobe Sign? What I tried:-adding a check box. But then I am forced to add a signature field-adding a signature field for myself. That's possible, but I should not be a signer of the document. Thanks for your help!Martin
