Adobe Acrobat Sign

HelloI have been using Adobe Sign for about 6 months for my school account.  For some reason, the method for designating fields for signatures has changed.  For instance, where as before all I had to do was to click on the email I had already put in the initial document and place it in the area it needs to be signed and then add a date field.  Then click on another name and email and place that in another field, etc. Now, when I click on a name and email, all the fields I have already worked on now change to the one I just clicked on. I can't seem to get all the signatures I need for one document designated for their different areas. Frustrating!

I have read and tried all troubleshooting options in the community to help with "Error message: Unhandled Error" messages but have not found a solution. The error occurs after document is filled/signed and ready to be submitted. Specific error changes after try to resubmit but attached is a recent message.

I recently switched your accout to the new home & manage experience (vs. classic). However, now we can't upload signed documents if the document has been delegated or signer was replaced with out switching back to classic view. What am I missing??

But it trusted. 3) Should all users create an account on your service? Hi all,I have Flow which includes a "create and sign an agrement" action and other actions after that action.Because there are several signers I want to avoid to run in the Flow limitation, that a flow  only runs 30 days and after that the flow will expires.I thought I can split the Flow in two Flows and use the "When an event occurs" trigger for the second Flow but I don´t know how to assign the right agreement ID.Does anybody know how to solve this?

Hi!I am trying to embed a signing widget into my appI have successfully created widget with `/api/rest/v6/widgets` using `x-api-user` header, got widget id,but when I am trying to get its code by /api/rest/v6/widgets/${id}/views, I'm getting errorcode: "INVALID_WIDGET_ID"message: "The Web Form ID specified is invalid" How can I fix this problem?

I instsalled Adobe Sign mobile apps in iPhone (iPhone XR, ios version 14.3). After input Adobe Sign login ID and password, it pops up "An error occurred", "Try again" message. It does not direct me to the home page (such as pending, approved). I tried many times, still failed.   

How do I bypass this message?  I have a document that has multiple signature blocks, some require signature and others are optional.  I'd like to be able to assign the signatures where it is required but leave the other blocks blank and not require a signature.

How can I solve that problem. I finished signing my documents and as I want to close the signature phase to email it, I receive this error message 

I understand that Adobe locks documents once they've been signed. However, I have a form that needs some notation after it's been signed--like when someone has signed a form and then an admin assigns the person a case number by notating it on the bottom. Is there any way to do this with Adobe?

If an Adobe Sign Group Administrator can add users to their Groups, why do they not have the "Deactivate user" privilege for their Group. I have groups containg  more than 100 people.  I don't want to be involved in the adding or removing of users, I have delegated the adding of people to the Group Administrators, but currently only a System Administraor or Account/Privacy Administrator has the "Deactivate user" abilities.  I also don't want Group Administrators to have the ability to deactivate a user that is not in their own group, so I don't want to make them all Account/Privacy Administrators. Adobe Sign, please add the functionality so that Group Administrators can use the "Deactivate User" function but only within their own Group.

I recently installed creative cloud all apps which includes Adobe Acrobat Pro DC.  I am not able to use send for signature.  It keeps asking me to upgrade and then when I click upgrade it says start now.  When I click start now it takes me back to upgrade.  I'm pulling my hair out and I have a document I MUST get out to be signed.  Please help!

Hello,I tried to finish post integration for Dynamics of Adobe sign and on the stage when we need Enabling Activity Feeds on Adobe Agreement entity it failed (I use trial dynamics and trial Adobe sign pack for testing your product). So the error massage is appearing when I try to publish all customizations on the page. I checked all solutions from the massage. They all succeeded. Please kindly assist me.

Hello guys,I'd like to create an agreement via Adobe Sign's API and force it to use a specific workflow (created in Adobe Sign's Workflow Design page). The workflow is fairly simple, 2 users must sign the document for the workflow to be completed.I struggled a bit with Adobe Sign's API, but I eventually ended up making it work for non-workflow based agreements. I can create an agreement based on a PDF document that includes signature fields, I add a recipient's email address, and it works great. But as soon as I start adding a workflow id in my API call (POST to /agreements), I get this error :Error calling POST /agreements: PARTICIPATIONSET_LABEL_MISSING Empty label value for a participation setWhat does this "label value" mean ? I read in the docs that it corresponds to the unique label of a participant set. What is a participant set exactly ? I've sent out requests to sign a document yesterday but made an error with the template.  I updated the template today.  If the recipient has not done anything, will the newly updated template be the one they see?  Or do I need to resend it?

I have a document that needed two signatures.  I must have set this up incorrectly because I now have two versions of the document, one with each of the signatures.  Is there a way to combine these?  Or send one for the signature of the second person. Everything seems locked and I can't find the right help page for this. 

Is it possible to route a document for signatures to more than 10 signatories? I am getting a notice that 10 is the limit...

Can you use Adobe Sign to add the initial document that requires signing AND another document (for informational purposes only) to Adobe Sign without having Adobe Sign forcing you to put a signature on the information only attachment? 

Hello all! Hope you and all you care about are healthy and safe! I am a CPA. I had been using SignatureFlow from CPpaperless for e-signing tax forms. They worked in conjunction with Adobe Sign, but followed the IRS regs requiring special Knowledge Based Authentication before the forms could be signed. They announced that they are ceasing their service on June 30 and I need a replacement. Thought I could do it via Adobe Sign but I can't find how to link a KBA service such as Lexis Nexus to the authentication process. I attached a copy of the IRS rules (in relatively plan english) should someone want to read it. Thanks for your help!
