Adobe Acrobat Sign

 Hi there~ Some of our users are reporting issues with generating Adobe Sign agreements in Salesforce.  When they are in a Salesforce Opportunity and click the "Send Out for Signature" button (in the SF Classic interface), the Adobe Sign window that pops up just shows the "loading" icon and never actually progresses to the next screen. Does anyone know such issues? Thanks. Keith  

Is there a library of stock generic Adobe Sign templates that we can modify? One of the forms that we need is a form to send to our customers to receive their credit card information.

I cannot find any of the options explained in other posts to either recall or cancel an agreement that I sent & was signed, and let the "signer" know that the agreement has been cancelled.  Help!

Is it possible to view which fields have been assigned to each signer after the document has been routed for signatures?

Hi,I have a document that needs signing and dating twice, the problem is that when the first person signs and dates the signature field it locks the date field of the second person who needs to sign and date, is there a way round this? I've added the document to show the problem, it's the signatures on page 2, the partners signature date filed is locked after the delegates signature and date is added Thanks In Advance Paul Horsley

Hope some can help me how to setup following. Our students practice outside school 3 days a week. Every week their supervisior have to sign our pdf of what they have done and the days they have been working. The student then hand it to us.  What I want is to share the document to the students so they can get a signature from their supervisor and then mail the document to our mailadress. Regards

I want to use adobe sign to make an attendance sheet for distance learning. I filled in the various emails of the registered persons and as well as the signature positions for each person on the pdf document. This document is for my personal use and I do not want participants to receive the document at the end of the signature. Is it possible that this document, once signed by everyone, will not be sent to everyone but only to me?And I would like to know how many signatures we can put in a pdf document? Thnaks Vanessa

I am sending document to customer, before that i am asking some information in mobile like terms and condtion check box and some extra text fields. Once they fill the field i am redirecting to adobe sign document. There also checkbox and the extra fields there. I need to prefil this value.  Can anyone guide me to update using the API.

I have created a flow to make our invoicing more efficient as we used to have to print and scan things all the time. Our team are hardly in the HO, especially at the moment. The flow creates an agreement using the invoice and sends it to the team member for approval and a signature before it can be paid. We used the Enterprise trial but now we need to purchase the license it is hugely expensive. We need to send around 3000 invoices to each other a year (all within the company) and have been quoted £2.28 per transaction and I don't understand how it can cost that much to just request a few signatures. We don't need any extra Adobe features, just the sign element with it being able to link to Power Automate. Adobe have been awful in the support of this so I'm hoping someone will know of a cheaper option.

Hi, we send multiple forms for signature in one transaction, therefore the audit trail only shows the name of the first document and doesn't detail the other forms contained within the transaction. Is there a way the audit report can either list the documents or display the number of pages included in the transaction? Thanks Ann

Need to add a warning for the first signature request to let them know it gets emailed to the next person immediately after they sign. Would like it in larger print on top of the page. We are using this for offer letters and it is getting sent before managers have the conversation which is definitely not ideal. The reminder would be of great value!

Hi, I'm new to the world og Adobe, and I'm having trouble working something out: I have signed up to a 7-day trial of Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, which includes Adobe Sign. I've done some testing with Adobe Sign, and I like it. However, I work in a school, and want to test sending a form to lots of people (in preparation to use it for 200+ parents). To do this, I think I need "Mega Sign", but I just can't find it anywhere!!Could some kind person please tell - where do I find Mega Sign? Is this an extra subscription??Many thanks.

Hello friends I recently developed an API integration with the Adobe Sign API for our web application. It follows  the guidelines found at https://www.adobe.io/apis/documentcloud/sign/docs.html#!adobedocs/adobe-sign/master/gstarted/get_access_token.md to require an access token using the OAuth flow. I have successfully tested this integration for the last 2 weeks, but when my colleague tried to test the integration, she does not get redirected back to our web app. The OAuth flow that should redirect the user back to our application with the authorization code does not work. The flow is as follows:- user clicks Connect on our web app- user is redirected to the authorization endpoint https://secure.eu1.echosign.com/public/oauth - user enters credentials- at this point, Adobe should display the scopes that the app will use and the user has to agree with, instead the user is immediately redirected to https://documentcloud.adobe.com/link/home/ after e

I read most of the other similar threads and nothing helped me (cc email etc) At times we have documents which need to be sent to more than 1 person (including sender) and this send to myself plus another email works fine. But when I only have my email i get "You cannot send a document only to yourself to sign.". Doing this through chrome and MS teams addin

Hi,I need to send a fillable form to a number of clients and have each sign it. It's important that none can see the others email addresses. Is there a way to bcc the emails using Adobe sign and send? Is there another way to do it? 

When i try to submit the document i signed it says this site is undifined? i dont know what the problem is.

We have a form that we created that requires competion by a client, as well as a signature by both the client and the employee who is sending the form to the client.  I cannot make it work. If the employee signs the form first, and then chooses the 'Request Signatures' feature, it turns all of the fields in to read only (the form is NOT set up with them to be read only.) If we send to the client first, there doesnt seem to be a way for us to digitally sign it. What am I doing wrong?  

I'm new to Adobe Sign, so please forgive the very basic questions.  Our organization facilitates multiple scholarships. Can Adobe Sign be set up in such a way that I can create the scholarship application with the required signature field included that can be sent to anyone (or embedded on a website) or do I need to have an email in order to request a signature?

I have been building forms and sending them for signature for years.  I have Adobe Acrobat DC and yet when I send a new form I have created to Adobe Sign, I do not get the option for calculated fields.  I FINALLY found that I have to upgrade to a business version to get this option.  VERY FRUSTRATING that I have to pay an additional $21 per month just to get calculated fields.   However, I did it - I purchased the upgrade AND I STILL CANNOT GET CALCULATED FIELDS.  The purchase shows in my adobe account and shows the correct/same login as my Acrobat.  I have tried both on the desktop version and online and NOTHING.   I have to get this done immediately and have been on hold on customer support chat for well over an hour so I am hoping someone here can help.  Otherwise I am moving to Docusign.

is there a way to save a e-signature document? so i can upload it instead of having to fill out where to sing and print all over again? i send the same document to many emails and each time i have to manually mark the signature and print name locations. thanks. 

I have created multiple pdf forms in Acrobat Pro DC for a client. The forms are filled out differently for each of the clients customers and then sent for signing. However when the signee receives it they are able to edit all the fields of the form. Is there a way to lock the whole form so the only element they can edit is the signing field which is added within Adobe Sign?   Many thanks.

Hello! I am creating a form template with multiple sections and I want to be able to use a checkbox or radio button for the user to click and be progressed to the next section if the section they are in does not apply to them, thus avoiding scrolling to the next piece.  Does Adobe have this fuctionality?  If so, how to I implement?  Thank you!

In Adobe Sign one of the signers names is coming out in all lower case instead of first letter uppercase and the remaing letters lowercase. This only started happening a few months ago and it was fine previously but I can't find a setting to rectify this.
