We need to include records from an entity that is related 1:N to the primary entity. It has to be displayed in a tabular format. Can this be achieved in an Adobe Sign document?For e.g. - Account is related 1:N to Contact. If we want to display all the Contacts related to an Account in a list, can it be achieved by document mapping in Adobe Sign?

It is now July 1, 2019. I purchased a subscription to Adobe Reader DC yesterday in order to get signed signatures from pdfs. However, everything that has been reported above is still a bug. I cannot get past the upgrade message. I do not own Adobe Sign. I own Adobe Reader DC. Why can't I complete the process of emailing my signed document to others to also sign? Lakshmi 

Dear Adobe Team, I'm having an issue to set the signature box aligned to the right side or if possible set it as Right-To-Left instead of Left-To-Right because the document is in arabic language. When I align the tag to the right and you get to sign it. The typing in the box starts from the left side and after signing the signature appears in the middle of the document. Also, I can't put spaces and then sign so it appears indented in the box.Please find the atachment as an example.I would really like if there is a solution to this because it is imporant for us.Thank you

We have uploaded our company logo to Adobe Sign w/ the appropriate specs to be our header and footer. Is there any way to move these around on the actual email template when it’s generated? As you can see below with Adobe’s example, the header is in the middle and the footer is to the left. Just wanted to see if it was possible to make them uniform and in the same area (in this case to the left).

Trying to do simple file mapping in Saleforce which should upload signed document to files of a custom object. Mapping isn't working! What am I missing here?

Does anybody know if there is a way to view within the Audit Report how many times the person was "reminded" of the document?  I need to show there were at least 3 attempts made to remind the person to sign the document in my audit to prove they were "unavailable for signature".  Thank you!

Hi all, I have been struggling with trying to make a text field required based on a dropdown selection in an Adobe Sign form.  I have a more complicated form created, but to prove out the script I created a very simple form with only a few fields: Dropdown1 - drop down field with options "Authorize" or "Not Authorized"Text1 - text box that is required to be filledText2 - text box that is not required, however, if "Authorize" is selected from the Dropdown1, I am hoping the properties of this will change to required.Signature1 - signature box that is required I originally had been trying to put the following script in the Dropdown1:this.getField("Text2").required = event.value == "Authorize" ? true : false; However, this property required script apparently does NOT work in Adobe sign.Does anyone know of script that WILL WORK per the above? Thank you!Bob 

I am trying to send request a signature from someone, when I open pdf and click on fill and sign it will only let me sign myself, it is not giving me the option to send to someone else? Can anyone help?

Hi Everyone, So I did not click password protect on any of the documents I've sent. I've now saved them all. When I try to go into the documents they are all password protected.. What password would this be? And how can I get it to not do this going forward?

So I have been asked to update some agreement templates that are to be used in conjunction with Salesforce. I have never worked with Adobe Sign so I am not familiar how to do this. Do I update the templates within Salesforce? Do I login to the Adobe website to do the update? Can I upload the whole Word document to update? I truly appreciate your help.Rod.

We are trying to create a shareable template within Adobe Sign. However, under the Account tab, there is now "Group" on the side menu to perform this task. We feel we have granted Adobe Sign Admin rights to do so, but with no luck. Any help would be welcomed. Thanks!

We just purchased 5 licenses for Adobe Sign.  The biggest complaint from our users is the ability to modify a document after it has been sent for a signature.  I did some digging and found this page - https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/using/modify-document-sent-for-signature.htmlHowever, myself (admin) or my users do not have this option to modify a document after it has been sent.  I reached out to Adobe support but I have no heard back.  

We would like to have a separate email template on group level which is to remove the header logo on email setting. Our Admin has tried to remove the Header logo in email settings on Group level for several times but after few seconds it appear again and it cannot be permanently removed. Does anyone face the same issue before?

I have been evaluating adobe sign using a free account, I have found it good, but now am interested in Single Sign On (SSO) using SAML for my organisation. I found information regarding setting this up online, but don't see any options related to SAML SSO in my profile or account settings. What do I need to do to enable to use of SAML on my account?
