Adobe Acrobat Sign

Is there a way to setup some security when using webhooks? I'd like a way to verify that the status message comming in is from Adobe. Maybe signing (JWS) the status message so it can be verified.

I am doing a form application for user. My design is using a check box with circle display. But when I process the adobe sign, it uploads again to let me specify where for the signature, the check box changes to tick box. How can I avoid it?

I am making a template for user. I set a group of radio option for user select. After user fill and sign, the form is fine with non-editable and showing the radio option value correctly. But when click the Adobe Sign to assign the manager sign location, it will process to upload the form as a field form and some Group of the option value has disappeared. Attached please find the image of before and after. Hope it can sove  

Before you dismiss my comments as just someone who hates change, let me explain to you why the changes to Adobe Sign have resulted in a worse experience for users, not better. Firstly, let me say that we also use another online signing system called "Signable" and it's rubbish yet you seem to have adopted all their bad design mistakes! I frequently tell Signable to learn from your interface which was perfect so why are you ruining it? These points all relate to the "manage documents" section.1. You have removed the "view" function so now I cannot quickly check my document without downloading it.2. I used to be able to easily see whether someone had viewed the document - now I have to click through several menus.3. Sending a reminder used to be a single click but now I have to click through to the reminders section.Basically, whereas everything used to be fully visible on one page, now eveything takes longer and is harder to find. Do not implement this poor design.

I am trying to send a "fill and sign" document.... for a rental contract.I accidently chose the wrong dates (did 2020 instead of 2021) and did "Fill and sign" and sent it to my email address, before it went to the tenant.However, I caught the wrong date after I signed.... and so i changed the date on form and sent another one. It never came through to my email, at all. I dont know why. I tried again, and it said "You dont have anymore available without a subscription".  I was able to cancel the first two signed documents... and then in top right hand corner it now says "2 left" before upgrading...But as I filled it out, and tried to send.. it still wont let me. I am not ready to get a subscription yet.... what do I do?

I have a situation with a Performance Evaluation here I need separate signature fields indicating review for both a "Reviewer" and a "Department Head."  Most of the time, the Department Head is a different person. But sometimes the Reviewer is also the Department Head, so that field would not be needed. I can't put the "Department Head" field last because - if needed - that signature would have to occur BEFORE the final two signatures (HR Director and Executive Director). The way I understand Adobe Sign, this doesn't seem possible.. you can only enter the email addresses in the order that you want the document signed. But you can't alter it so that one could be "skipped" depending on the situation. Correct? Making zero sense?

If I e-signed a document, and the other party signed a printed version of it, then the status of the document on adobe sign's audit is 'cancelled' is the document still legally binding?

I am using a contact to send a document for signature. The contact is a student. The recipient of the document for signature is *not* the student, but the email address of the student's parent which is a field within the Student contact.The Student's name does get correctly added to the title of the email using the {!Contact_Name__c}  so I know the correct contact is being accessed.I am trying to merge the student's name into the document before sending using merge mapping but I get the following error:Object look up field: echosign_dev1__Recipient__r not set, ignoring mapping entryI am also trying to store the signed document in the contact's Notes and Attachments section but this also generates an error:Attempted to map to a related object reference which was not set on the agreement: echosign_dev1__Recipient__r.I suspect that the error is because the recipient of the document (the parent) isn't the contact (the student), but is just a field within the contact, but I'm just gues

Dear All, We are using the tool and there are some documents that are signed by a specific user and an external user.Due to the large number of these documents, we would like to avoid the signature from our side and demand the signature of the client. In other words we would like to send the document for signature to our user and this should be auto-signed and then to the external user. Is this possible? Thanks

I am using Acrobat Standard DC.  When I click on Request Signatures and then 'Specify Where to Sign', it says “Access Denied. You do not have access to this service. Please contact your IT Administrator to gain access. Please let me know how access can be gained.” Firstly, could someone confirm that Acrobat Standard DC includes the 'Request Signatures' function. This page seems to say that it does: https://acrobat.adobe.com/uk/en/acrobat/pricing/compare-versions.html But someone in the Adobe online chat said it doesn't.  Secondly, presuming that 'Request Signatures' is included, please can someone help me to resolve this problem.

Cant send a pdf for signiture

When I host a signing on an iPad or iPhone the date field for the signer is recorded for the following day. Example a signature obtained 7/31/2020 is recorded on the document in the field linked to the signature as 8/1/2020. However on the history log the correct date is listed for the entry. This does not occur on an android or windows device. It was working fine on my iPad and iPhone until about a month ago. This even affects the date fields in small captions under completed signatures and initials.Ive tried this on other people’s devices and I get the same issue. The problem is with the IOS version of the app as this only happens on apple devices. Ive confirmed the issue on other people's apple devices and again the discrepency does not occur on android and windows devices. 

Happy Friday! My organization is looking into using Adobe Sign to provide a webform for individuals to pull up on any device to fill and sign. We would like to prefill certain information on the form for these individuals automatically with data from our database. This data is different for each individual, and we have around 3k people who would be signing this form. Up to now, we have been adding the data for each individual to a non-form fillable PDF in batch via script for our physical forms, which works because we don't need to add any form fields since the document is getting printed. However, since we are trying to pivot to a digital form process, ideally we would need the data to be prefilled in a form field, which could be editable by the form signer if the information was incorrect. Is something like this possible with Adobe Sign, either within the system itself, or via a custom script process using the SDK? Or, as an alternative, is it possible to add form fiel

I am currently working to integrate Adobe Sign in our product, and I am struggling to find a way to retrieve the number of participants (or really any form field information at all) from a library document. The use case is we allow a certain number of signers to be selected in our frontend, which we then pass on in a REST call. The issue is, there doesn't seem to be any way to determine how many signers a template is actually configured for. Is there any way to retrieve this or even the form field data in general?

Hi,I trialled Adobe Sign a few days ago with no issues, however today I'm not longer receiving email notifications (they are also not in my Junk folder). Also, when I try to send forms to people to sign, they are not receiving an email either.My notification settings look correct so I'm not sure why this is occuring? Any help is appreciated! 

So I have over 2,000 documents that need to be sent to staff members for signature. Each document will already have the employee's name, and employee number on it. Is there a way to bulk process all files to send them to each specific employee email?
