Adobe Acrobat Sign

I needs to send a document out for signature that first requries the receipient to fill out and sign, and then I countersign once they've completed their signing. Once we've both signed, both I and the recipient receive a copy of the fully exetuced document. I can't figure out how to set up this dependency/workflow in Adobe Sign. Thank you,Darren

we've used AS to register 1500+ agreements over time with part of our legacy business, and now need to search through them but notice that they are no longer listed out we understand that they can be searched for individually from known email addresses for the signee but is there a way of bringing up all the records we'd had saved? Something has changed in the last few months on here for how its retrieved and we can't see an alternative method thanks

Hi guys, I'm using ADOBE SIGN API.I'm using one webhook for all notifications. Idea is when signing notification is fired from webhook I need to retrieve signed document. I have implemented this and it works ok.Issue:After sometime (2 or 3 days) webhook is deleted (not set to inactive, it is removed) and I don't get notifications anymore.Can someone from API crew give me some advice on this? What might be causing this? Can I set webhook to be active indefinitely? Should it expire, am I the only one with this issue?What is the best case scenario to implement?Thanks!

I have a form with 4 signature boxes and can be sent to one or multiple people to sign.I also need to sign at last i.e 5th signature box once the signer(s) have signed. The problem is that it is not asking me to sign at the 5th signature box . Example - when I send to single signer, it comes back and ask me to sign at 2nd signature box or when I send to two people, it comes back and ask me to sign at 3rd signature box. But I should sign at the 5th one. Is there any solution?

I have a calculated field named Total which is a sum of other 2 fields named Fee1 and Fee2.I have put the forrmula to calculate the Total field but need help to put a condition also, if Total is below 1000 show 1000 and if Total is above 1500 show 1500 

I WANT to have everyone i send it to, to be able to DO EVERYTHING!!!!  I dont care if its a sign box or scrawled with dogshit....HOW can i enable EVERYTHING for EVERYBODY on EVERY LINe?!?!?!?!?

Is the javascript stripped before the pdf document gets loaded on adobe sign

I have a document that is countersigned. On our agreement however is another annex & schedule where later on, we can update the agreement with new designs we will have licenses for. I wanted to ask what the effect is of uploading an already signed and encrypted document?  Is that fine to do? I note you can upload an already signed document, as I have tested, I just wanted to double-check before I roll out and continue using Adobe Sign. Regards

Is there a way to CC non-signers?

Hi Adobe Community, Our organization frequently uses templates to issue documents to a single signer. Right now, we manually cc: any additional recipients (Payroll, HR, etc.) who will need to receive a final copy of the document. Is there a way to configure a template so that these recipients are copied by default? Thanks so much for any help you can provide!

I have just started using Adobe Sign and I can't figure out if the signers automatically receive a copy of the completed document, or is that something I would have to forward to them?

Good morning..I'm attempting to create a calculated field using the expression builder but I don't see the 'Value Type' option to launch my calculation syntax. Is there a step missing or could I potentially not have adequate license access? I confirmed with my administrator we purchased the multi-license for Adobe Sign, but still no luck...Please advise Thanks

I am trying to create a new workflow but everytime I get to the step to add the documents the document library only has the 3 Global Documents and none of the templates I have previously saved in the library and have been using. Does anyone have any advice on how to make the documents available in the workflow designer?

Since Adobe Sign validates the url passed in the body of create webhook API before creating the webhook by sending a GET request. The url which i am using expects 'Content-Type' header because of which url is not getting hit and i am getting "INVALID_WEBHOOK_URL". So is there any way we can pass header also in the body so that Adobe sign can use the header to call the url. Can someone provide an overview of how to store signed documents in a document management system like Documentum?  It appears there is no out of the box integration with Documentum like there is with Box and Evernote.   I found this on data retention policies -  https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/using/data-document-retention.html  It says "On-demand Data Retention: With this option, customers can delete documents from Adobe Sign at any time through the Adobe Sign API. This option is typically used when Adobe Sign is integrated into an external system of record such as a Document Management System, Records Management System, HR System etc. where the retention policy is configured and managed within this external system." But how do you integrate with the Document Management System?   Does that need to be coded through the Adobe Sign API as well? 

I am working with a lease document that I have prepared using Prepare Form in Acrobat DC.  I have all fields defined including Signature boxess.   When I move to signature step by clicking Adobe Sign and add the email addresses of those who need to sign in it "guesses" who is signing or filling in what field.  Most fields are set to "Anyone".  I really want most fields to be available by Sender to Fill In but not modifiable by anyone else.  I also would prefer to be able to predefine which signature goes where - Signature 1, 2 etc before Adobe Sign.  It seems that I have to go through all the fields in Adobe Sign making sure this is set right every time before sending and it takes a long time.  I am sure there must be a better way to do this!   I have tried Adobe Template - but do not know how to share the template with my team for them to fill in & receiving the form prefilled and ready for signatures is working.  It is j
