Hello,I am a landlord looking to make our lease agreement a fillable pdf that I can send to multiple tenant emails for them to sign at the same time. (Example 3 college students currently all at their parents homes in different towns, but plan to sign a lease together on one of our three bedroom apartments...they all need to sign the same document via email from their hometowns). I don't want to have one sign...save and forward on to the next, etc. Would like them to all be able to sign right away similar to a Google Doc link maybe? Thanks in advance!
I sent a document only to one recipient and now I need to get a 2nd recipient signature. Can I send the completed document out for a 2nd round of signatures? Thanks!
Maybe this has been tackled before. I have to think there are literally 1000s of people wanting this option. I just bought this program. I sent myself a test. I put in one name in the first box, then a different name in the second box. The name in the second box automatically went into the first box too. What? Support told me I have to send 2 separate emails for a husband and wife to sign a form. So then I will have 2 pieces of paper in my file cabinet and 2 files for my one contract? That seems positively goofy if that is truly the case. Any ideas?
Is there a way to dynamically route a document to be signed based on how a form is filled out? specifcally if they check the box labeled "help" it goes to help@company.com, or if they check finance, it goes to fiannce@company.com.
I understand the many reasons you would not want to do this, however, is it possible to alter the information entered on a document after signatures have been applied? For example, if a user puts their address as 1234 fakestreet dr. and they actually live at 1235 fakestreet (but we don't catch that until its already been signed), can that be changed either on that line or as a replacement of hte underlying form (but preserve signatures)? Alternatively, is there a way to send a document back to the original person who filled it out to make changes? EDIT: I see this similar issuehttps://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat/entering-data-after-digital-signature/td-p/11000674?page=1 So is there a way to bounce a form back to the person completing it to make changes?
We created a web form in Adobe Sign for recipients to fill out, when they fill out the form there is a large text box on the third page. When the recipients have finished filling out the document and it goes to the signer, the text box and the text in it is no longer there. Any suggestions on how to resolve this issue?
Hello,I work in a school and after our program orientation we have students sign a contract. Is there a way to have a link to a form so we can send to students to sign and submit?I know about the "Distribute" and "Track" features, but we need to have an actual copy of the SIGNED form to attach to the digital folder we create for each student.Thank you!
When I signed up for the trial version of Adobe Sign, I was impressed by both the simplicity and intuitive nature of the "Classic Experience". The product, via the "Classic Expericnce" was able to do everything I needed it to do and without me having to spend hours figuring out how to do it. In addition to that, there were several signed agreements that automatically populated! These were contracts that I'd signed with multiple different vendors during the preceeding years. Those 2 things were what made me sign my company up for Adobe Sign. And now that I have, they're both gone. Now that I've subscribed to the full version of Adobe Sign Business, the "Classic Experience" is no longer available and, during the sign up process, I was asked to archive my old agreements. They're no longer in my user account and I have no idea where they've gone (admittedly, perhaps I should have read the email more closely). Where have all of these old contracts gone? How can I access them?
The "Classic Experience" that was available in the demo version of Adobe Sign had an option in the Manage Agreements tab that would allow the user to quickly and easily upload older documents to be archived via a link appropriently titled "Upload Agreements". The link is still visable in the online tutorials (see screenshot below from 43 seconds into the "Manage and Track Atreements Sent for Signature" video tutorial) and many of the posts in this forum and concerning this topic include references to it. Where did this link/button/option/tool go? I can't find it now that I've signed up (and signed up several of my co-workers) for the product. I can upload documenst to my Adobe Acrobat and to my Document Cloud and to my linked Microsoft OneDrive, but I don't seem to be able to perform this very simple task. A task that I was able to perform on the demo version and which we were intending on using as part of our internal workflow. What happened to the "Archived Docu
Each time I start an Adobe Acrobat program, it requires to sign in. More than eight Adobe technicians tried to solve this isuue to no avail. The last one a second level Adobe technician could not solve this issue and let me after one hour with no internet connection and left me because he had an other customer waiting.I had to work an hour myself to find the reason of this lack of Internet connection, finally I found it: it was the firewall preventing the Internet connection. I disabled it and the Internet connection went back. Finally I reconnected the Firewall and my Internet works again.I think the reason is because the second level technician created a new Account Setting called "Test " and this was not recognized by my Firewall.Anyhow, it seems that Adobe products are good but Adobe support technicians are very poor.Probably underpaid.Has anybody encountered the same kind of problem?Thanks,daniel0350
Before, I was able to use the Thai language settings normally, The date and month were Thai. It will show when I finish signed. But now when I set the Thai language The month is (. .) instead of Thai, so I don't know which month the person signed. But if I change the language of the webpage to English US, The month will be normal. I don't know what caused I tried to change my browser and I couldn't or try changed the device and not the same.
I am new to Adobe Sign and could use some basic help from the experienced community. Is it possible to redirect a signer to a new URL after they complete an Adobe Sign web form?

I needs to send a document out for signature that first requries the receipient to fill out and sign, and then I countersign once they've completed their signing. Once we've both signed, both I and the recipient receive a copy of the fully exetuced document. I can't figure out how to set up this dependency/workflow in Adobe Sign. Thank you,Darren
we've used AS to register 1500+ agreements over time with part of our legacy business, and now need to search through them but notice that they are no longer listed out we understand that they can be searched for individually from known email addresses for the signee but is there a way of bringing up all the records we'd had saved? Something has changed in the last few months on here for how its retrieved and we can't see an alternative method thanks
Hi guys, I'm using ADOBE SIGN API.I'm using one webhook for all notifications. Idea is when signing notification is fired from webhook I need to retrieve signed document. I have implemented this and it works ok.Issue:After sometime (2 or 3 days) webhook is deleted (not set to inactive, it is removed) and I don't get notifications anymore. Can someone from API crew give me some advice on this? What might be causing this? Can I set webhook to be active indefinitely? Should it expire, am I the only one with this issue? What is the best case scenario to implement? Thanks!
I have a form with 4 signature boxes and can be sent to one or multiple people to sign.I also need to sign at last i.e 5th signature box once the signer(s) have signed. The problem is that it is not asking me to sign at the 5th signature box . Example - when I send to single signer, it comes back and ask me to sign at 2nd signature box or when I send to two people, it comes back and ask me to sign at 3rd signature box. But I should sign at the 5th one. Is there any solution?

Is the javascript stripped before the pdf document gets loaded on adobe sign
I have a document that is countersigned. On our agreement however is another annex & schedule where later on, we can update the agreement with new designs we will have licenses for. I wanted to ask what the effect is of uploading an already signed and encrypted document? Is that fine to do? I note you can upload an already signed document, as I have tested, I just wanted to double-check before I roll out and continue using Adobe Sign. Regards
Is there a way to CC non-signers?
Hi Adobe Community, Our organization frequently uses templates to issue documents to a single signer. Right now, we manually cc: any additional recipients (Payroll, HR, etc.) who will need to receive a final copy of the document. Is there a way to configure a template so that these recipients are copied by default? Thanks so much for any help you can provide!
