Adobe Acrobat Sign

Hello, I am struggling setting some automations between SharePoint and AdobeSign via Microsoft Automate. It seems that AdobeSign is more designed as an independent application with some integrations with Microsoft Automate. I am on a dead-end getting information about an agreeement - the action "Get the status of an agreement" is not fully documented in https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/using/microsoft-powerapps-and-flow-integration.html With some "trial and error" I found three of the needed status codes: CANCELED, OUT_FOR_SIGNATURE and SIGNED, but there a complete list somewhere in the Adobe docs? Anyway I cannot get the "proper status" for which signer already signed and which not - I only get a complete list of the signers and their order but this is not enough. Also for CANCELD staus is there a way to get the reason so I could use it in some other parts of the automation? So, there is any way to resolve this dead-ends? Kind Regards,Lucian

Hello, for Security Reasons we should not use the Adobe Document Cloud - as it might be used as a Filesharing Platform - so our Employes can send out Data without any Control. Instead the use of our own hosted external Sharepoints is suggested by our IT-Security / Intelectual PropertyWhat functionality is behind Adobe Sign and Sharpoint?Where are the documents stored? Only in our external Sharepoint - or are they also uploaded to the Adobe Document cloud.In other Words - are the additional Buttons for Adobe Sign in Sharepoint only a Service for easy Adobe Sign access and all works as in the Web?  or is there more behind?Thank you very much    Claus-Peter (PS. The Security of the Adobe Document Cloud itself, for uploading Contracts to be send out is not the problem)

After Signing a Document and clicking on the signature the validation page opens ... on the right side it states something (@hotmail???) which has nothing to do with the process and the signed colleagues..

How can I fixed a signature field after the other part has already signed

I'm trying to receive a Bounce Back Loan from natwest and they are sending me echosign documents for signature. Once signed and returned to them I'm getting a document back from natwest saying I've entered the wrong sort code for my bank account. I haven't. I've tried now five times over the course of 3 days and natwest agree it's an error with Adobe echosign. Apparently they are investigating it. Need it done ASAP though as natwest not coming back to me with solution. 

Hello, My query is as follows, an ETLA agreement for Adobe Sign, do you only have access to the Adobe Sign console? ...   In context, an Adobe Sign VIP deal has access to One Console (Admin Console) as well as the Adobe Sign Console. So I don't know if, I can't see that console in the ETLA agreement or it just doesn't have it included.   Do I have any option to see the number of transactions I acquired and how many I have consumed in an ETLA agreement?   Greetings, thank you very much for your help.

I own a sole-proprietor business and would like to send documents for signature via Adobe Sign with my business name, not my personal name. Right now when I send a doc, the customer gets an email that says "[personal name] requests your signature on..." How do I change that to say "DKD Energy requests your signature..."?

Hi,  When we send docs for signature, the signer does not receive an email with the request to sign. On AdobeSign profile we see that the document went out.  Any idea what the isues is?

Hi please help the customer support is not helping. I added a User to a trial version of Adobe sign and now i can not remove them as a user, it seems they keep hold of the user ddetails and so you can not add them as a user to another account am i missing something and being really thick?

I was sent a document via email to fill out and sign. I am able to type in the text boxes and sign the document. However, when I click on the dots provided to answer yes and no questions my answers disappear when I move on to the next question. 

Is there any support for API integration? 

Hi, I have 19 agreements waiting to be signed - but under the "Manage" tab, I only see 9. There's no scroll bar and no indication of how to scroll through the list. I'm on Firefox. Is there a way to scroll and I'm missing it, or are we limited to the search bar? Thanks.

I updated my email address and it is showing as verified  But when I click an email to sign a document I get this error message  

I need to be able to sign an external Adobe Sign signing request.We were previously on a Enterprise Subscription on Adobe Sign but has terminated the subscription since we switched to another vendor.Now it seems my email address is occupied by a deactivated free subscription so i cannot sign the external request.Do i need an account just to sign? If not how cna I get rid of it?

I have a couple of hundred contracts to be signed in webforms.  I would now like to export the form field data that was collected into an excel file.  Any ideas?  Thanks

I am using the Adobe Sign for SharePoint On-Prem add-in and have a document library that has versioning enabled and requires a document to be checked out and checked in.  When I send a document out for signatures using the Adobe Sign connector and the document gets signed and completed, it automatically downloads the signed/completed document back into the document library as expected.  However, with versioning enabled, the signed documents are uploaded to the document library in a Checked out state using the System Account and cannot be seen by anyone until the system account checks them in.  Is there a way for Adobe Sign connector to automatically check-in the document after it uploads it to the document library?  It seems to me that it should, but I have been unable to make it happen.  Any help would be appreciated!  Thanks.

Just started using Adobe Sign and it's awesome. However, I'm learning as I go there are some challenges. For example, I need to be able to merge pdf's after they have been signed. How do I set a password that is universal so I can access my documents?

Can Digital Signatures be created on Android and IOS devices? 

Customer support said that they can't do anything with this default design. And there https://www.adobe.com/products/wishform.html no adobe Sign product, and I didn't know where to ask about that. Just look at the pic below: In Russian that field sound's like "Enter your FIRST Name"And in most cases, people enter just first name.but our lawyers say that we need the full name (second + first name).how we can change/adapt this caption to Russian? Maybe someone knows?

I did send a document for sign off and did put a deadline. The document expired before the other party could sign. How do i activate the document again without the other party signing the document again.   [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]    

The point is, that customers should digitally sign our forms on a tablet. At "Sign In" there is the possibility to send this by email, which is understandable. However, we are personally on site and our older customers do not have an email address. How can they sign on site on my tablet? Do you know any alternatives that works with pdf? 

Hi, I would like to create a document that needs to pass through various departments, allowing each recipient to comment and/or sign before onforwarding to the next email/person. Is this an option and if so, how do I set this up?

I seem to have a batch of about 15 documents that were signed in September that are forever stuck in my box, the same time we were being integrated to the new Adobe Sign platform. These documents do say they were signed months ago and have the workflow to accompany but give no options for managing or archiving them. When I try to hide them it does nothing. 

I am wondering if there is any way to add or remove page/s after you have uploaded an agreement template"?
