Adobe Acrobat Sign

I am using Adobe Sign (via web app) to create a Work Proposal/Agreement from a template. The document outlines what services I will provide for the customer, as well as the cost.They will sign that they agree to pay for the services. I would like the ability to add a checkbox (or initials, etc) at the bottom stating that the payment has been recieved, and then send them a final copy. I have tried adding extra signature step Signing step for this, but it creates a problem.Signing Step A (Pre-fill) - I pre-fill the customer info in the documentSigning Step B (Customer) - Send document to customer for signatures(It may take a few days for the job to be completed & paid for)Signing Step C (Me) - I fill in checkboxes, etc to mark that service is complete and they have paidThe process works well enough, but there is a problem.I would like the customer to have a PDF copy of the agreement after Step B. As it is, they will only get a copy after ALL steps are completed. I

The latest version of the iOS Adobe Fill & Sign app (20.4.0) won't recognize my Adobe account email. I can't sign in on the app or access my Adobe Cloud documents.

Hello,I'm going to use adobe sign to get my customers to sign the quotes I send them.Now I also need them to pay a percent of the quote.I saw that I need a braintree account to do so : is it mandatory ?Also I was wondering how much it cost : I guess I'll have to pay a fee on each transaction ?Could you please tell me a little but more ?ThanksRegards

The sign off document is a separate document but there are other reference documents which need to accompany it. How do i attach the reference documents?

Can anyone tell me how all the users on Adobe Sign for Small Business view eachothers shared docs?Ive had everyone adjust their settings but I still cant see what they have sent and they cant see what I have sent....uhg the chat support and live call support have not been able to help me. 

Is there any way for me to correct a spelling error on the actual document template after it's been signed by several parties (without resending for signatures)?

Hello,I want to sign up for the free trial with my Adobe Sign account. I tried it the first time with filling in the form. It made me an account but no free trial was available. Whenever I wanted to get the trial and logged in to my existing account it says I already have an account. No options for trial are available.Somebody please help as I have been reconnected 10 times by the terrible customer service.. 

A year ago US firm presented me a document to sign through echosign.com (Adobe Sign). I signed, they signed, ok. It was March 28, 2019Now, my firm is under audit and auditors ask me why if they click on signs website shows that it is some random strange name (Nikolay Rerikh - it's in fact famous russian painter of beginning of XX century) and date is March 3, 2017.Screenshots are attached. How is this?Help operator suggested to post this question here and is useless.I can give full transaction ID.

I have enabled the SAML settings on Adobe sign and When I try to access the sso, it redirects to my IDP url and it throws Incompatible SAML Authentication Request .(Signature validation failed).And also before sign in it shows the below error as well 

Hello,We have a client whom is trying to setup Adobe Sign, They have 1 user which made the account but require more users for the test. When we go to add more users we get an error:You cannot add that email address to your account. Please see this Knowledge Base Article for more information.The referenced KB article seems to me that we need to validate ClientDomain.com.au via support? I tried to chat with Support but they refused to help and said trail accounts can only be assisted via Adobe Support Community despite what the KB says?Is anyone able to assist with the domain validation please?Kind Regards,TMC_Forum

In the old version I could see which signature request had an Active Auto Reminder.  Now it is just a list of names and I have to click on each one to see if there is an auto reminder going to that client.  THIS indicator is really the main thing I miss on this new version.  PLEASE bring it back. Now that I can't go to the classic version.  Very time consuming and inefficient.

I'm wondering if K12 Named licenses can use ADOBE Sign services... Because users can be younger than 16, allowing them to sign looks something strange.Doesn anyone knows?

Looking to understand how to view where in the signature workflow a document is in?   I have several stakeholders who will need to sign a document, I have the license as the creator they do not, as they only need to sign.  However their is a need for them to know who has signed and where it is in the workflow.  How can this be achieved?

I'm with some problmes...*Quando vou editar um documento adicionando um texto, o programa adiciona tudo normalmente, mas quando vou para a home e clico no arquivo editado, ele aparece sem nada escrito... Somente aparece escrito novamente quando clico em editar novamente.*When i´m going to edit a document by adding text, the program adds everything normally, but when i go to the home and click on the edited file, it apperas whithout anything written... It only appears written again when i click on edit again, please help me. 

I'm having some issues with adobe sign. It asked me to pay for a subscription in which I did. I'm trying to use it but it's not working. Unbelievable I really need to use this app. I'm in the process of working for Amazon but I need to provide an electronic signature but it keeps saying error and I should call customer support. Whats wrong with it?

I am following the steps to generate the access token that I can consume in the subsequent API requests.I have added an application, got my my client id/client secret and also have added a redirect URL. I have hosted a web application at a redirect URL As per your documentation, I am trying to get the access token from the link below..https://secure.echosign.com/public/oauth? redirect_uri=https://myserver.com& response_type=code& client_id=CBAThIsIsNoTaReAlmPBvPF& scope=user_login:self+agreement_send:accountI have replaced my redirect url and client id but am getting an error stating that my configuraiton is invalid.I think that I have enabled the correct scope as well.Please advise,Thanks 

I am getting the following error when I try and add two users to my Adobe Sign account: "You cannot add that email address to your account. Please see this Knowledge Base Article for more information." The users were added to a now deleted organisation previously. I have tried Adobe Support chat but they are unable to help me as I am on the trial version.

Is there a way to create a radio button with no label with tags?I have a third party form that has two check boxes pretty close to the paragraphs. I can make a square radio button to overlay that section of the document line. The white space from the empty label overwrites the text on the background image.Alternately, a way of doing a logical "OR" to the bits so that white space does not replace what is under it would work as well. Something like transparancy.Tried no label attribute, empty, single space .{{#R=Choice_es_:signer1:radio:style(cross):label("Look a Label!")}}
