Adobe Acrobat Sign

Wanneer ik een PDF bestand met o.a. een vervolgkeuzelijst (Man/Vrouw) verstuur om te laten ondertekenen dan ziet degene die moet ondertekenen een vervolgkeuze staan van Mens/Vrouw. Adobe Sign wijzigt het woord Man in Mens????

I successfully changed my primary email address on my account, but now Adobe Sign gives me an error message saying, "Access Denied, you do not have access to this service. Contact your IT administrator." I have found several other message boards with people experiencing this same problem with no resolution. Help!

I can log into Adobe sign, view and apply my signature, but then at the end of the document I click "SIGN" and a window pops up saying I need to verify my identity. So I enter my email and password and I get an error saying they dont' match. Even though I just used them to log into the program! ERRR! And sometimes when I enter my email it doesn't even give me time to put in the password it just automatically gives the error. I've tried multiple times, even tried resetting my password, which it won't let me because it say my email isn't valid, even though it just sent the password reset link to it... Any help please is appreciated. I need these docs signed off today.

Every time I need to reassign an adobesign license, the user who has the license revoked completey loses access to the adobe account. Everytime this happens i need to contact support because the user gets the account deactivated and cannot sign documents anymore. This is very fustrating because the administrator cannot really manage the account without having the users locked. The operator needs to call backoffice or do something from the backend so the users can log in again. This is totally unaceptable, I tried to fix this several times but i need to pass 1 or 2 hours being transfered from one operator to another to fix this very simple problem. I will definetly consider DocuSign on my next renewal period.  

I am doing my HR remotely due to virus.  I am trying to get my employment packet sent to new employees.  When I open it in Adobe Pro DC and fill out the forms that I want them to fill out and sign, is there a way I can save this form for future employees that I want to send too.  Or do I have to fill and sign the form for every employee seperate.  Thanks - Cathy

I received an email from echosign@echosign.com this morning titled:  You signed:  "Application Form" There is a button in the emial labeled Open agreement with a URL link embedded in the button starting with:  https://secure.na1.echosign.com/public/viewagreement?tsid=... with a string of letters and numbers completing the URL.  The return address for an email reply is to an email address at dnb.com and the rest of the URLs embedded in the email seem to go to adobe.   I haven't e-signed any documents or applications with DNB.  Is this a phishing message?  Does Adobe communicate from echosign.com any more?  A copy of the email is attached. 

Not sure if this is right place to post this. A website i'm using has sent me a link to a form I need to fill in, that uses adobe sign. The first step is the 'government id verification' step, which asks me to enter my mobile phone number but when I do it just says 'enter a valid phone number'. This is a UK number and I've tried with and without the leading zero, but it still won't accept my number. Does anyone know why this might be happening? I thought these things just use a regex or something similar to validate it looks correct, so either their regex is wrong or it's doing something else. Thanks

Is there a way to block or lock down front line users ability to add fields once they have entered the recipients e-mail address and attached a document to be signed? I would rather them not see the menu bar on the right that allows them to do anything with fields.

We are a school using Adobe Sign to have parents sign documents electronically on a trial basis only. In order for us to sign on for a full membership we would need to verify that Adobe has signed on with the Data Privacy Agreement (DPA) like PanDocs and DocuSign. Can you verify that Adobe has or will be signing that agreement so that we can proceed with your product?

If I want to have someone sign 3 documents (one after another) using web forms.  Is there a way that when the client signs the first document it automatically takes them to the next to sign?

I have documents that need an e signature using Adobe Sign. each time i try to sign into adobe it says it can't prices at the time ,therefore i can't sign the documents. what do I do?

Amazon my docs requires you to use adobe sign to E sign their documents. After signing into amazon my doc you are asked to sign into Adobe my sign. When I try an error code is displayed. I logged into my adobe account through the normal portal and had no problem but I am ubable To log in through amazon my docs. Has anyone had this problem and possibly know the solution? I have reached out to adobe twice with no help. They have directed me here. 

Hi, Is it possible to remove the document preview in the AdobeSign email that is sent? Some of our forms contains personal information that we'd like to remove from the emails. I've turned off PDF attachments to the emails but I can't figure out how to remove the document preview in the email. Any help is appreciated. Richard

I want to require digital signatures instead of e-signatures. Even though I have added digital signature blocks to my PDF form, when I prepare the document in my Adobe Sign dashboard, it removes the digital signature blocks and makes them just e-signature instead. How do I retain the digital signature blocks? I have Adobe Acrobat XI Pro and Adobe Sign.

When using a web form, after the client signs the document it asks them to enter their email for the document to be sent.  Is it possible to remove this feature so they do not have to input an email after signing?

When a signer completes a webform document, we see the confirmation message below.  Can this be customized?  I tried the "enable signer messaging" but that did not change this message. You're all setYou finished signing “document”. Copies will be e-mailed to all parties. You can also download a copy of what you just signed.

After one group of reviewers has signed a document, can I add additional reviewers/signatures?If not, can I add the attachment to a portfolio and an additional page with reviewer signatures as a separate document in the portfolio? Can a portfolio have digital signatures attached to it as well (i.e. send out the entire portfolio for digital signatures)? I am trying to have a first group of reviewers approve some invoices, and subsequently do a packet with a check request to Accounting--the whole thing (reviewer-signed invoices, check request) needs to be in one packet. I'm not sure if Portfolio is the best way to handle this, or if there's another quick trick I'm overlooking? Thank you in advance!

I have beentrying to find the monthly limit for adobe sign. The website mentions the limit per year for Individual Account to be 150, however there is no mention of the monthly limit.Tried calling the support team also, and they are also as clueless as I am.Can anyone confirm the limit  for monthly plan? (Not Annual Plan paid monthly)

I am using a free trial of Adobe Sign for small businesses.  There is no option to delete with the free trial.  When I eventually choose a plan I would like to know if they all come with the ability to delete completed agrements?  Or is it limited to certain plans? Thanks!

Hello.  I purchased a license with Adobe sign two weeks ago for the year and as I have been attempting to send documents it states that I was under a trial and that I can no longer send items.  I purchased the platform and 5 others.  Can someone help?
