I have uploaded a PDF of a form we want to make fillable and then turn into a weblink. When i upload the form it does not give me the option to detect fields or to create them?

I need to use functionality similar to MS Word mailmerge, to individualize the content of documents sent out for signing.MegaSign can insert customized data into form fields from a CSV file, but I would need text content to be inserted that cannot be edited by signers anymore.How is this possible?

I'm with some problmes...*Quando vou editar um documento adicionando um texto, o programa adiciona tudo normalmente, mas quando vou para a home e clico no arquivo editado, ele aparece sem nada escrito... Somente aparece escrito novamente quando clico em editar novamente.*When i´m going to edit a document by adding text, the program adds everything normally, but when i go to the home and click on the edited file, it apperas whithout anything written... It only appears written again when i click on edit again, please help me. 

I'm having some issues with adobe sign. It asked me to pay for a subscription in which I did. I'm trying to use it but it's not working. Unbelievable I really need to use this app. I'm in the process of working for Amazon but I need to provide an electronic signature but it keeps saying error and I should call customer support. Whats wrong with it?

I have opened up a developer/sandbox account since I am looking into building an integration with Adobe Sign. I am following the steps to generate the access token that I can consume in the subsequent API requests.I have added an application, got my my client id/client secret and also have added a redirect URL. I have hosted a web application at a redirect URL As per your documentation, I am trying to get the access token from the link below..https://secure.echosign.com/public/oauth? redirect_uri=https://myserver.com& response_type=code& client_id=CBAThIsIsNoTaReAlmPBvPF& scope=user_login:self+agreement_send:accountI have replaced my redirect url and client id but am getting an error stating that my configuraiton is invalid.I think that I have enabled the correct scope as well.Please advise,Thanks 

I am getting the following error when I try and add two users to my Adobe Sign account: "You cannot add that email address to your account. Please see this Knowledge Base Article for more information." The users were added to a now deleted organisation previously. I have tried Adobe Support chat but they are unable to help me as I am on the trial version.

Is there a way to create a radio button with no label with tags?I have a third party form that has two check boxes pretty close to the paragraphs. I can make a square radio button to overlay that section of the document line. The white space from the empty label overwrites the text on the background image.Alternately, a way of doing a logical "OR" to the bits so that white space does not replace what is under it would work as well. Something like transparancy.Tried no label attribute, empty, single space .{{#R=Choice_es_:signer1:radio:style(cross):label("Look a Label!")}}

Once we execute oAuth authentication process to retreive refresh token/access token for the subsequent api calls, how do we know the user associated with the access token?I checked the API calls to get the list of the users but it will give me the list of all the users for a specific account. How do I know the user associated with the access token?

Is it possible to construct an agreement, with only the first recipient's (participant 1) email address being specified, that will allow participant 1 to enter the email address of the remaining participants? Say, for example, that we have 200 employees in 10 separate sections of a company who need to sign an agreement, along with their respective supervisors and directors (so the signing order would be simple: Participant1, Participant2, and Participant3). We can easily send the agreement to the email address of each employee (Participant1), but we don't necessarily know the chain of command of each section; however, the employees do. If we could send the agreement to Participant1 with instructions to enter the email addresses of their supervisor and director in that order, we could collect the signatures we need without much additional work.

I successfully changed my primary email address on my account, but now Adobe Sign gives me an error message saying, "Access Denied, you do not have access to this service. Contact your IT administrator." I have found several other message boards with people experiencing this same problem with no resolution. Help!

I can log into Adobe sign, view and apply my signature, but then at the end of the document I click "SIGN" and a window pops up saying I need to verify my identity. So I enter my email and password and I get an error saying they dont' match. Even though I just used them to log into the program! ERRR! And sometimes when I enter my email it doesn't even give me time to put in the password it just automatically gives the error. I've tried multiple times, even tried resetting my password, which it won't let me because it say my email isn't valid, even though it just sent the password reset link to it... Any help please is appreciated. I need these docs signed off today.

Every time I need to reassign an adobesign license, the user who has the license revoked completey loses access to the adobe account. Everytime this happens i need to contact support because the user gets the account deactivated and cannot sign documents anymore. This is very fustrating because the administrator cannot really manage the account without having the users locked. The operator needs to call backoffice or do something from the backend so the users can log in again. This is totally unaceptable, I tried to fix this several times but i need to pass 1 or 2 hours being transfered from one operator to another to fix this very simple problem. I will definetly consider DocuSign on my next renewal period.  

I am doing my HR remotely due to virus.  I am trying to get my employment packet sent to new employees.  When I open it in Adobe Pro DC and fill out the forms that I want them to fill out and sign, is there a way I can save this form for future employees that I want to send too.  Or do I have to fill and sign the form for every employee seperate.  Thanks - Cathy

I received an email from echosign@echosign.com this morning titled:  You signed:  "Application Form" There is a button in the emial labeled Open agreement with a URL link embedded in the button starting with:  https://secure.na1.echosign.com/public/viewagreement?tsid=... with a string of letters and numbers completing the URL.  The return address for an email reply is to an email address at dnb.com and the rest of the URLs embedded in the email seem to go to adobe.   I haven't e-signed any documents or applications with DNB.  Is this a phishing message?  Does Adobe communicate from echosign.com any more?  A copy of the email is attached. 

Not sure if this is right place to post this. A website i'm using has sent me a link to a form I need to fill in, that uses adobe sign. The first step is the 'government id verification' step, which asks me to enter my mobile phone number but when I do it just says 'enter a valid phone number'. This is a UK number and I've tried with and without the leading zero, but it still won't accept my number. Does anyone know why this might be happening? I thought these things just use a regex or something similar to validate it looks correct, so either their regex is wrong or it's doing something else. Thanks

Is there a way to block or lock down front line users ability to add fields once they have entered the recipients e-mail address and attached a document to be signed? I would rather them not see the menu bar on the right that allows them to do anything with fields.

We are a school using Adobe Sign to have parents sign documents electronically on a trial basis only. In order for us to sign on for a full membership we would need to verify that Adobe has signed on with the Data Privacy Agreement (DPA) like PanDocs and DocuSign. Can you verify that Adobe has or will be signing that agreement so that we can proceed with your product?
