Adobe Acrobat Sign

I really need to be able to do this, I don't have time to delete 1 document at a time. After the document has been completed I do not need any other record of it and as the dashboard is not that efficient to use, I need to clear as many documents I can in order to work with the ones I do need.  I am serious about this feature, it seems simple enough to be able to incorporate so I can't see why this is not an option/feature.

Hello, I am interested in purchasing the Individual Plan for my home-based business, but I have not been able to reach customer service to speak with anyone. I own a medical staffing company and would need to send out a lot of contracts and applications to be signed. I would use it almost daily sending contracts to my new employees and the hospitals/nursing homes.I don't understand the signers portion of the app. I see it says 6 signers for this plan.-For one, does that mean 6 signers a month or 6 signers a year?-Secondly, if it does mean that I can only have 6 companies sign throughout that time frame, am I able to save the contract and delete that company to add a new company? I have a Mac [Mojave 10.14.4].  Yesterday, I created an account but realized the product wasn't available in my country so I immediately asked for the account to be deleted since I couldn't get what I needed anymore.  The account was successfully deleted yesterday, but now when I open my Adobe Acrobat Reader DC it has a pop up sign-in window.  I don't have an account.  And even before yesterday, it was never a window I saw when I opened the Reader.  I can't do anything with the Reader and I have a lot of work that I need to do.  I don't want to create a new account.  I just want to be able to look at my files without seeing a sign in window that's kind of forcing me to create an account.How do I get rid of the "Sign-In" window when I don't have an account?I really need help ASAP.

I was disappointed to see that Microsoft Flow integration is only available in the Enterprise plan.  Microsoft Flow is not just an enterprise tool.  Nor is Teams, nor is Sharepoint. Its all included in $5/mo Office365 plan, with Sign included as a standard Flow connector.  I have dozens of 5-15 user organizations using Flow/Sharepoint in some capacity (and all using Teams).  Now one of our larger clients is interested in an e-sign platform, so I was going to recommend this due to the Flow integration...  Until I saw it's limited to the enterprise plan.  They don't need a single feature from Enterprise aside from Flow integration, likely don't even need most of the features on the Business plan.Keeping Dynamics tied to the enterprise plan makes sense, or other large enterprise focused software and ERP platforms, but not Flow.Is there any plan to open that up to lower tier plans, or are there means to enable it for lower tier plans?Thank you

I am writing you in regard of Echo sign API version v5, Echo sign API support sending of custom message’s in email body. We are looking for option to pass message in HTML format so formatting can be applied on custom message (Tabular formatting). My Adobe sign has stopped working. Last time I used it was a week or two ago. I have two machines, a desktop and a laptop, and it has stopped working on both.Strangely, I can't access the signature functionality through either the web interface or AdobeDC.When I send any document to "For Signature" in DC it either stalls on the upload (18% or 60%) usually and just sits there. Or the upload completes and I just get a blank page with the faint text "The thumbnail could not be loaded".If I use a web browser (Edge, IE or FIrefox - yes, cleaned cache etc) then I can see "For Viewing and For review" in the left menu and a few seconds after the page loads "For Signature" appears. However, I can't access the signature functionality at all. I get a "Loading Adobe Sign" spinner, or a blank page.I have also tried on a VM and it's the same.If I VPN to another country (hence, change my IP and geolocation) it seems to work.I really shouldn't have to do that to use the service.I've had an Adobe techn

Trying to do a simple test for the webhooks using a Developer account and the webhook is firing at the right times, but the details of the event don't seem to be correct.  For example, this morning I created and new agreement and signed it 14 minutes later.  My local logs are showing I received webhook events at the right times, but on both occasions the event was AGREEMENT_CREATED for an agreement I created last week.There was a problem with my webhook code at the time this agreement was created, but that is fixed and it is now returning a 204 response - is there any way to see the webhook activity/events that were sent?

I called support and was told that Adobe no longer offers phone support for Adobe Sign, and that I would have to email. This is ridiculous. After finally fighting with whomever was on the phone, I finally got someone to agree to "setup a call back", and of course that never happened. I am at my wits end here. When sending a documents for signature, I simply get "an error has occurred. Please try again". This has been going on for a week. We are using Windows Server 2016. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. I have tried multiple documents.

I am attempting to sign a document in Acrobat 9.0 and apparently have forgotten my password.I can not find any tutorial on how to reset this password.I have reset my Adobe password, but it does not work for signing the document.Thanks for your help.

My recipient is taken to a log in page instead of directly to the document when they click on the email link to review and sign a document I've sent. Do they need to do something to sign with out creating an account?The recipient is within our company but does not have the adobe sign license I have. Does this matter?Thank.

I'm nearing the end of my Free Trial period.  I'm looking at the plan for individuals.  I'm a home inspector.  My question is what features am I going to lose from the Free Trial?  Admittedly, my needs are very basic. There doesn't seem to be a way for me to contact Support so someone could look at my activity and confirm that I have not been using any feature that will go away. Thanks.

O365 adobe sign for teams, where is the pdf file stored once signed? Are the pdf stored in the Adode Cloud? Is this the only way to use this add-in? we do not want users to store flies in another cloud solution although they would like to use the pdf sign feature that is part of the O365 teams add-ins?

This is probably obvious, but I can't find an answer anywhere.What I want to achieve is quite straight forward (I believe) and is laid out below:I want to pre-fill a few fields (this bit is working)Then I want my signature added along with dateFinally, I want the document to go to the customer so they can fill a couple of fields and sign the documentI just can't get this to work. It comes to me for signing but when I click on the link in the email, it takes me to the document in my Document Cloud but there is no way to sign it, it just seems be a preview page.Please assist as it's driving me crazy trying to get it to work!Thanks!

Adobe Sign would be even better if you add the ability to create an address book of recipients, or save recipients to an address book, so you don't have to always retype email addresses of frequent email recipients. Even better would be the ability to integrate an existing email address book, like Outlook, into Adobe Sign, so you can search through your existing email addresses.

Hello,            I have tried changing the postion of default signature added by adobe esign at the end of document. I have tried using"                    'contentType' => 'SIGNATURE_BLOCK'    " in locations array of fields property for the api  : api/rest/v6/agreements/{agreementId}/formFields . But it does'nt work with "SIGNATURE_BLOCK" contentType and field is not shown in pdf in required location. We are using v5 of the API.Currently, we are calling the method to create agreement summaries and then calling the method to get the signing URLs.  I read elsewhere on the forum that the API is async and so the agreement summaries may not be finished processing at the time the API returns.  The forum post I was looking at was related to v6 of the API.  I cannot find the documentation to v5 of the API. A couple questions:1) Is the call to create agreement summaries in v5 of the API async and if so, how would I go about checking the status of that API call to make sure the job is done before I try to get the signing urls?2) Can you point me to where I can see the API documentation for v5?Thanks in advance!
