Is it possible to use an Apple Pencil to fill in a PDF template form using Adobe Fill and SIgn?

I have a Microsoft Dynamic 365 tenant and tried to integration Adobe sign with it. But, I kept getting "integration key is not valid" at the integration step. I read a few post on the forum and found out trial account doesn't support integration key. But, I assigned up Adobe account through this link Create Developer Account, APIs for custom applications | Adobe Sign  and suposed to get a developer account. But, I am not sure what type of account I got and why I cannot pass the integration key step. I need help to bypass this error. Thank you for the help!!!

I have many contracts which have been processed in Sign. When I log in, I am interested only in "Out for Signature" and "Templates". Once a document is signed or cancelled, I have filed it elsewhere and I don't need to see it in the Manage dashboard. However, the "Templates" section is buried way at the bottom, so I have to scroll all the way down every time I want to send another contract.I don't want to delete Signed and Cancelled contracts, because it is tedious, it shouldn't  be needed, and I would like to keep a backup.Is there a way to move the Templates section to near the top, or default the Signed and Cancelled section to be collapsed?Adobe Help isn't much help.

We have a simple form with 3 signatures required (two concurrent recommendations and one final approval) that I have created in Acrobat Pro DC.I need to create a workflow where an author will fill in the form and then send it to the first recommendation user.  After that user signs and submits, it is sent to the second user for signature, then to the final user for the last signature.  The author would need to be able to check in and see the status of the document and what stage of the process it is in and if the final signature is complete for final processing and filing.Ideally, due to confidentiality requirements, I would love to be able to do this with an Internal Server (SharePoint) instead of using Adobe Sign and storing the documents in the cloud.Note:  I have attempted to use Distribute and the Tracker to accomplish this, but I think that this is the wrong way to go about it.  Using this method for a Reader-Enabled form (so they can use the reader/browser to

Hi,I sent a document for  E-signature  but the recipient gets an error  "Access Token provided is either Invalid or Expired” when trying to sign.Please advise what needs to be done to enable him to complete the E-signature ?

I've signed up to an Enterprise Trial of Sign to see if it will help be gather signatures in SharePoint Online.I sign in to Microsoft Flow, and try to add a connector, my connector is not signed in.I hit Fix Connection which takes me to sign in to Sign: Sign-In takes me to the Sign main page:At no point am I seeing a handover of an auth token (or whatever is used) fro the sign in page back to Flow. This means I cannot add the connector to Flow - I can't use it; the trial is ticking away unused. Help?

Is it possible to disable our default group from being able to send for signature? We want our default users to be able to sign any document that is sent to them, but don't necessarily want them being able to send documents for signature. Thanks,J

As being said by Adobe, Adobe Sign follows industry compliance such as eIDAS . But how does it reflect on my signed documents ?I have tested it by sending a sample document to other recipient (actually my email as well) and sign normally but I couldn't see any kind of proof to guarantee it's legally binding plus industrial compliance. Only thing that might help is I could navigate to a page verifying existing transaction.Look forward to advices.Thanks.

In my developer account, I do not see the 'agreement_retention' scope to add to my application. I want to be able to test deleting an agreement. Is this an available feature that I can enable somehow for my developer account, or is it only available for paid accounts?  If I try it right now, I get an error 'PERMISSION_DENIED, message - The API caller does not have the permission to execute this operation' Thank you. Hello.We are experiencing an issue with default Agreement name when sending a document in Adobe Sign(we still use the echosign link).It is being defaulted to admin profile's email and is not changed when a file is attached.I saw a similar question has been answered here https://forums.adobe.com/message/10959379#10959379Unfortunately I don't see Message Template in our account settings and I am also unable to contact support as described.Our profile is currently using Teams license.Is there any way to control default agreement name?Could you provide any support contact?Any help would be greatly appreciated.Thanks in advance.

HiWe are creating Agreements using the Dynamics CRM solution version 7.0.0.1 on Dynamics CRM 2016 8.2.Once we have sent the Agreement the Current Signer URL is empty and the Signing URL field on all Recipients is empty.If I check the SigningURL using the REST API then I do get the URL's back for all Recipients, it's just not populating the Dynamics CRM records with these URL's even though there is an existing field adobe_signingurl.I've been through the solution settings as well as the account settings and nothing stands out that could be causing this.I'm assuming that as the fields exist there must be a way to populate them.Any ideas?ThanksScott

Is it possible to add a signature field to a MS Dynamics CRM Form in order for a Field Service Engineer to get the customer to sign off on a mobile device on a field visit. The signature field would have to appear on the actual form rather than emailing a link to the customer.

I receive the attached error which seems to contradict itself- insufficient transactions, which still having 2 of 5 free transactions available in my 30 day period. I have a 'free' Adobe Sign account accessed from Dropbox, I have send 3 previous 1 page documents with 1 other parties signature, but now I cannot send my 4th document.Dropbox know of no issues and this is the only support line open to me with Adobe... Any ideas on how to resolve this?Thanks

Hello, having an issue here, I can create and delete templates in adobe sign with no issue. but when i go to send something out, and choose from the library, there is this section called Adobe Sign templates that i can't seem to locate anywhere. i want to delete these as they are old and outdated but cannot find where they are located so i can delete them.

Hi, I've created a field model (sorry, I don't have the exact terms in english as I use the french version), and my two date fields look okay when we fill the form.Once we receive the filled in form, the date fields only show the day. The month and the year have dissapeared.Both the size of my field and that of the font used look fine... Has anyone else encountered the same problem?

My echo sign stopped recognizing signature fields and sending out the document without asking???? this started yesterday because Sunday it was working fine .. anyone has the same issues ??? how to I reach technical support ?

Hi,My company has got an account with echosign (we still use the echosign link), we used to be able to use the autofill Agreement Name feature - after dragging and dropping a file, the Agreement Name would be autopopulated which is what we want. Now it uses one of our emails as the subject line and we have to manually delete it every single time. Does anyone know if there's a way to fix this?Also is there a customer support center for us to contact the customer support team?Thanks!

Hi everyone,I thinking about using Adobe Sign to secure the signature of contracts. I didn't find the answer to this question : do the other signers need to have Adobe Sign too to sign the documents I'll send to them ?

When I open up PDF it will take for ever to open and for ever to communicate to the printer to print. Is there something I can do to speed up the process.
